Etain Bridal Boutique

My salesperson was Haley and she was OUTSTANDING! She helped me stick to my budget and helped me find my dream dress. She was very patient and easy to work with. Love her. My dress came in right around the date predicted and never had any issues. If you go to Etain, make sure to make your appointment with Haley. She's awesome!

I live in Little Rock, AR and contacted Etain Bridal Boutique to order my Sara Gabriel veil for my wedding, since no local boutiques carried them. The initial hat that I ordered was nothing like it appeared on the Sara Gabriel website, and Haley Freeman at Etain was wonderful, contacting Sara Gabriel and helping me get the perfect veil. The customer service was superb.

Haley and Candy were awesome! I did have a little issue with another staff member about getting dress pressed but Haley took care of it and I would highly recommend all future brides to come here!

She helped me pick out the perfect dress and accessories, and was just a joy in general to work with and talk to. My whole family loved her! The boutique is amazing. I requested my dress and there was a 12 week lead time but they were able to get it in much sooner (2 Weeks). I was able to have my alterations and jewelry completed in the same location as well as my maid of honor dress. They are truly a one-stop-shop. What an amazing experience.

I found the most BEAUTIFUL dress for a fantastic price at Etain. Hayley was a huge help picking out dresses that I normally wouldn't have picked out for myself, and that I is how I found "the one". It is a beautiful store, and I hope they stay in business for years and years to come helping women find their dream dresses!

I came in by myself to shop for my wedding dress, not really expecting to buy one that day. But I found "the one"! :) The girls were so helpful and sweet. I bought my dress in the fall of 2011, and they held my dress for me until a couple days before my wedding in April 21, 2012. I worked with Haley mostly and she was awesome! I only came in probably a total of 4 or 5 times, but Haley always knew me by name and recognized me when I came in. She was always excited for me and extremely helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice wedding boutique!

Etain bridal was very organized. I enjoyed working with them in finding my dream wedding gown. I would absolutely reccommend going to check out all their great wedding attire!!

I had a few problems with my dress sizing, but it turns out it was the dress manufacturer's fault and not Etain. Also, one of my bridesmaids forgot to pick her dress up from Etain until the day of the wedding. Etain was so nice about it and actually brought the dress to the venue right away!! The staff is wonderful to work with. Again, aside from my dress sizing issue - things were great at Etain!

Etain Bridal is an amazing boutique! They work with you to help you find the perfect dress! I would not go anywhere else!

Etain Bridal Boutique was a dream to work with - they opened the store the day after Christmas specifically so I could shop for my dress with my sister, who was in town from Hawaii. They were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Etain is a great place to buy a dress. They have a great selection and have personable workers. Everything was just as they said it would be and everything I ordered came in on a timely manner even quicker than expected. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I found my Essence of Australia wedding gown at Etain and I wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING! My experience and my dress were everything I could have hoped for - and more. The seamstress, Candi, was helpful and did a fantastic job with my bustle and hem. She is amazing at what she does! And the staff at Etain are all kind and helpful... you can expect the best customer service anywhere. Thank you all!

The staff at Etain was wonderful to work with! Their service was super friendly, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't know what to expect, thinking that the word boutique meant small selection, but was really surprised and had many options to suit my wishes. I actually bought my dress from the sale rack, and fell in love with it! There were many dresses to choose from, and didn't feel like I "got jipped" I ordered my bird cage from them as well, and it came in within a few days. I would totally recommend working with them!!!

As a mother of the bride, the dress they helped me choose, as far as color, size and style was perfect. It arrived on the date they promised and was exactly what I wanted; even the size was near perfect. The staff is very friendly and make you feel very at ease. They are also very accommodating.

Etain is the best-kept "secret" in bridal! They are located in Newnan as part of the Ashley Park mall. It's a wonderful bridal salon, hidden right in your own backyard! The staff there are all very sweet. Because it is small, with only a few consultants, they do prefer appointments... but they will try to accomodate any bride who visits the store in search of their dream wedding gown. I loved my experience and loved the consultant that helped me. They are excited to help you find the dress, unlike some places where you can get treated like "just another bride". At Etain, you are special and you will be very pleased with your experience. They also carry a lot of the most popular brands in bridal. Check them out - it's totally worth it!

I couldn't give a full 5/5 because of one detail and I didn't know where to put it, and it was not actually part of Etain. When we purchased the first dress, it was from the sale rack (AWESOME sales, btw) and it was a size 10. The alterations lady did not tell us it is best not to try to reduce a dress more than three sizes. My daughter wears a size zero. Had we had that bit of info, which I believe is kind of a full disclosure thing, we would not have spent the $$ on that dress.
Pennie was soooooooooo patient with us and my daughter ended up with an amazing dress--one that suited her far more than the first. The fitting of this dress went very smoothly and Candy did a terrific job. Overall--it is THE place for personalized service and gorgeous gowns!

In looking for my wedding dress I was sort of hesitant - I dreaded having one of those "say yes to the dress" moments when you tell the vendor your price point and they go and grab dresses $2000 over your price to try to make you fall for a dress and drive your price up. Etain was exactly the opposite. From the first day I walked in the door it seemed that they put MY needs first. Any dress outside of my price range, Penney called "ugly" and I never even saw them - I never felt pressured to spend more than I had. This allowed me the comfort to really take my time and find the perfect dress - and I was even able to customize the dress I ordered (they called the designer and asked if they could customize it - even though the designer didn't advertise what I particularly wanted). Then, Haley worked with me for alterations, fittings, veil, and steaming, and even threw in some extras just because :-) Etain was awesome - they helped make my day PERFECT!!!!

The E-Tain staff was great! They were all very friendly, open, and honest. Pennie is awesome at what she does and knows everything about Wedding Gowns! She is awesome!

Etain was a dream to work with. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will never stop recommending this place. I've already had one friend buy her gown from Etain and she enjoyed the experience as much as I did. LOVE this place.

I shopped all over for my dress and this little shop had easily my top 3 favorites. I bought my Justin Alexander dress from them in February and it came in by May (way in time my July wedding). They kept me updated on the status of it after I ordered, and set up a fitting appointment where a seamstress could meet us there to do any alterations. I never felt rushed, and the staff there is so friendly. I would definitely recommend Etain!

I absolutely love Etain! I found my dream dress there along with my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress! Pennie helped me with all my dress shopping and was absolutely fabulous to work with! I highly recommend all brides to visit Etain!

I went to Etain after a horrible wedding gown expereice with another boutique. I was hesitant but Penny was AWESOME. We spoke over the phone first and she pulled up dresses on line when we spoke and by the time I came in the next day, she knew what I was looking for. She recommended 2 dresses to me over the phone and I was shocked when one of them turned out to be the PERFECT dress! I am still working with her as my destination wedding is not until June 1, 2011, but thus far the experience has been beyond my expectations.

Shortly after getting engaged I headed into Etain with my parents to kick off my dress shopping. Granted, I had been looking at gowns for some time, but I hadn't tried anything on. Penny was extremely helpful and really made this a lot of fun. She encouraged me to try on a couple of styles that I wasn't sure about and it turns out she was right! I found a gown a loved and it made my parents get all weepy when they saw me in it. Needless to say, we bought my gown that day. This bridal salon is extremely helpful!

I very well may have gone to every bridal salon in Atlanta by the time I found my dress. I was getting used to being treated poorly by sales clerks and finding people who just didn't seem interested in helping me find my dream dress: they just wanted a sale. Any sale would do. UNTIL I went to Etain. They dropped everything that they were doing and were so helpful. It was clear that they really knew what they were doing and were very knowledgible about different designers. They turned this into a great experience after I was beginning to dread it. Simply remarkable!
