This experience has been a nightmare.
The owner of the store, I shall refer to her as "JD" is a fraud. In the week my dress was due to arrive, she had fallen off the face of the planet. I took it upon myself to try to find her, and what was going on, and this is what I found:
her store was empty, and closed.
she had disconnected her business line.
she pretended to be someone else on her personal cell phone.
she tore down her website.
she blocked me from email.
she stole my deposit. which was half of the price of my dress.
If you are in the middle of finding a wedding dress, you can imagine the situation I'm in, having THOUGHT I had the dress checked off the list, so I will spare you the details of my emotional turmoil.
Long story short, avoid this store, this woman, at all costs, and tell your friends.
I went to Eternity Bridal on its first day open. I went in just to take a quick look, no expectations to buy. Walking in the door you first notice how beautiful the store is. Nice dark hardwood floors, a modern bathroom, a large dark wood display..everything I would want in my own home. Then you are greeted by the owner. The service is unbelievable at this bridal shop. She helped me in and out of all of my dresses and made me feel so beautiful in everything I put on. When I found "the one" everyone in the store gasped and I knew that had to be it. Eternity Bridal has been one of the most accommodating places I have dealt with and would even open on her days off in order to fulfill my needs. There are beautiful dresses in a place that makes you feel at home.
