It is very clean and cozy room. KRYSTYNA who was the person in charge for us helped a lot and gave us better advice and price. I appreciate her that we had nice wedding reception and every friends of ours enjoyed a lot.

I have so many wonderful things to say about European Crystal. My husband and I decided to sign with them about a year and half before our wedding date. Our coordinator Michelle worked with us from the day we signed to the day of our wedding. The whole planning process was a dream come true for my mom and I. Every time we came in Michelle and the other sales staff (Anna, Krystyna and Alice) always greeted us with open arms when we came in. We became very close to everyone at their office which just made such a warm feeling..Everything we had wanted was written down in our contract- which made my husband feel good about that. we did add some extra items later on but knew the cost of those items prior. we also did a food tasting prior to us signing which is really what sold us..the filet and sea bass was out of this world. both sets of parents were so impressed.
We had the Grand Ballroom for our wedding and had 320 people. My theme for my wedding was accents of gold and plum purple. I ended up changing the color of the tablecloth to a plum color and sticking with their standard white napkin- which is beautiful by the way. I also upgraded to the gold chavari chair which is $4.95 and trust me i did my research on the prices and that was the best price out of all the banquet halls we visited prior to..i think the most I've seen for those chairs was $12 a chair- now that's just crazy!! my husband didn't understand what was the point on spending $4.95 a chair but after we got our wedding pictures he now totally agrees i made the right choice :) we also ended up going with their led lights which is also extra..it definitely made the room to the next level of wow!! my room was glowing with purple. it made my room so beautiful!! uhh- totally worth it for pictures!!
we ended up going with a wedding planner for just the day of from their staff who was able to work with us the entire day. Anna showed up to my house at 8am took care of all the things that needed to be done, she was with us at the church lining everyone up at the church and making sure i was doing okay ..she was such a gem and i could not do it with out her. she even was there at the reception helping Michelle do everything love those 2 girls.
the food here is just outstanding. from the appetizers, to the soup, the intermezzo- MANGO-my favorite! and don't forget the entree- filet and sea bass with my favorite potato- au gratin- to DIE FOR!!!! everyone at my wedding could not rave enough about the food but the potato was delish!! my wedding cake was actually brought from an outside bakery. European Crystal was kind enough to give me a credit since i brought in my own cake. My cake was from Oak Mill Bakery..i had the ambrosia cake- WOW! it was definitely pricey-really pricey-but worth it..if you have the $$ to spend then go for it !!
the sweet table was from European Crystal's pastry chef- everyone raved about it as well..it was definitely the cheaper way to go ..Overall i am just such a happy and satisfied customer . European Crystal and especially the staff here really did made my dream wedding. I definitely could have went to downtown and had my wedding at the Drake and spent $300+ a person but for what?!? the food in downtown lets just be honest here at the weddings that Ive been to at the high end hotels are gross!! it really had no comparison to my wedding. I am soooo happy we chose this place - every dollar we spent here was worth it and could do it all over again are definitely coming back here for our baby shower (when we have one) and any other family celebrations that will happen in the near future!!
thank you again to all the staff at EC..your job is not an easy job at all dealing with brides like me- but you all do such a great job at it. I could not have done this with out you all !

I had my wedding at European Crystal Banquets on 9-10-11 and am a very satisfied customer. My wife and I have nothing but great things to stay about this place and the staff. We booked with them in February of 2010 and had about 7 months to plan our dream wedding. We worked with Krystyna and she was with us every step of the way. We rented out the entire faciltiy and had our cocktail hour in the Parlor ABC room and our reception in the Grand Ballroom. All of our planning and details came to life on the day of our wedding. My wife was in tears and i almost came to tears. Our favorite decoration that we chose was the white dance floor with our initals engraved on the floor and the drapery around the room. those 2 items were the icing on the cake. The food that we chose was outstanding..the entree that we selected to serve our 300 guests was filet minon and sea bass. Our extravaganza sweet table we chose was out of this world. Our guests could not rave enough about the food, desserts and decorations. My wife and I are extremely happy and would do it all over again at EUROPEAN CRYSTAL !

We worked with European Crystal for our wedding and had pro and cons. The venue itself was beautiful, the food was delicious and everything was pulled together very nicely and looked great. The only thing was that we clashed with one of the people working there. She was cold and didn't seem concerned about us personally being happy. We had to ask several times to have the air turned up (guests were complaining), we were rushed out at the end of the night and other promises were not fulfilled. All in all, what matters to me is that our guests were happy and had a great time. Everything looked beautiful and it was great from a guests view.

Anna and Krystyna were extremely helpful and professional. I really enjoyed and appreciated all of the efforts they made to make my day beautiful! I had my reception in the Grand Ballroom and it was truly a dream! I would highly recommend everyone to do their wedding here as well! :)

Had my wedding this summer at the European Crystal Banquets, it is absolutely georgious! couldnt have picked a better place to have my dream wedding. The place catches your eye the minute you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing! I had so many ppl tell me the place and the food were EXCELLENT! They do a great job making your day a very special day!

Highly recommend working with Michelle, we wouldn't have ended up with the beautiful day that we did without her! She worked with us every step of the way, and was there for our event making sure it was just as planned.

I'm a wedding planner and have hosted many wedding at European Crystal Banquets...European Crystal has 2 magnificent beautiful rooms..The grand ballroom is breath taking and matches will all kinds of wedding themes..the crystal chandeliers to the blue sky ceilings/coves- makes you feel like you are in a dream. The Parlor ABC room is the most elegant/intimiate/beautiful room for smaller weddings..the great thing about this place is that it has 2 very differnt and unique rooms..the staff at European Crystal is open to anything and everything. The sales staff are also trained on operating all the events as well as planning each deatil..I love to work with Michelle and Anna who has been there since day 1, and is always keeping up with latest wedding trends..The food is outstanding..they have one of the most popular chefs who has been in the business for over 30 years..I highly reccomend this place for any special event..It had the eveyrhitng you'd possibly want to make your event a memorable one!!

We held our wedding reception here at the end of October 2010. It was an evening to remember! We were drawn to this hall for its looks, stayed because of its potential, and were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the evening went. Everything was fantastic (nothing is perfect, but right up there and managed very well). The contract was no hassle, everything was spelled out - no hidden fees... the taxes, gratuity, and everything was all spelled out and Michelle got us an invoice before payment was due to keep things simple. Actually, when we came in with less people than expected, they agreed to let us have a dessert buffet instead of paying for 15 unneeded dinners and having it be wasted. I dropped off all my centerpieces, table cards/names, champagne flutes, etc the week before the wedding with a list of directions for setup. The day of the wedding, everything set up exactly the way we discussed and there were no "surprises" the day of the wedding. Michelle was our event coordinator and took us through the planning. The night of the wedding, she came to me a few times to ask/clarify the questionable things (random uncles bringing their own alcohol, DJ time change, do you want us to box the cake, etc). It kept us in control, but we knew that she was handling it so we could enjoy ourselves and she didn't track us down every three seconds with needless questions. The bartender left a little to be desired and we had to ask to turn down the heat (probably from too many people dancing!) but other than that, flawless evening from start to finish. We've gotten more compliments on the dinner than any other part of the whole wedding. Everyone loved it! It was BY FAR the best food we've had at a big group event ever (fillet minion, chicken christopher, and a twice-baked potato) The cake was beautiful and better than I'd imagined it to look. I just couldn't have asked for a better or more memorable wedding day.

Our wedding was in September of this year and European Crystal was our top choice. It had a hotel feel- high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers, very professional staff, exquisite food! Our guests had a blast with the open bar and the scrumptious sorbet and cake!

this venue was amazing! they took care of everything, and I mean everything! I didn't have the least bit worry. My ceremony room was gorgeous and my Reception was so fancy! lol. I also did my rehearsal dinner at European Crystal and I would totally recommend doing that for other Brides. The Food was delicious, everyone was professional and all my guests were super impressed. Alice and Krystyna were exceptional.

The banquet hall was the prettiest and economical in the suburbs. It's the only place that has built in pin spot lights, which makes a huge difference in atmosphere The food was delicious, you won't get better food anywhere else. And the service was great. I highly recommend it!!!

We had our 4/17/2010 wedding at European Crystal Banquets. The hall is lovely with vaulted cathedral ceilings. They decor was perfect. The food wonderful. The staff attentive and friendly. Our only complaint was that the cake was really dry and we thought only our wedding was going to be held at the venue and a second wedding was booked on our night - but they're in it for the money, so we get it.

To be honest, I am extremley shocked by reading all these negative reviews about European Crystal Banquets. I just recently had my wedding there, and had the most wonderful expierence ever! I was working with Michelle from the 1st time I walked in for my 1st appointment to the end of my wedding night..Everything that was said on their end was promised and delivered. Michelle, the owners of European Crystal, and all of their managers were all working at my wedding which made me feel very comfortable, and if i needed anything I knew where to find them...they were so attentive to every detail and made sure that the dinner was going smoothly and not rushed! The food was out of this world..I ended up going with a combination plate of filet minion and chicken christopher! All of my guests were flooding me with compliments about the food and the sweet table..the majority of my guests were half Italian and half Polish and they all left my wedding very happy..I couldnt ask for a better venue or better service! Every dollar that I spent there was well worth it, and I would reccomend to all of my family and friends to have any kind of special event at European Crystal Banquets..At the end of my wedding night, I left European Crystal very happy and felt like I was treated as I was part of their family..nothing but good things to say about this place! :)

WOW - the food was amazing, the staff was attentive, and they pretty much fulfilled our every fleeting request. We had signature drinks, a great liquor selection, an excellent space and just a beautiful evening. Wine service was excellent, the meals were delicious, and they provided everything we could ever want.

I got married on September 5, 2009 at European Crystal and had a traditional Polish wedding. I had my wedding in the North part of the Grand Ballroom. My wedding coordinator at the banquet hall was Michelle...she is GREAT - very helpful, sincere, and knows how to please her customers!!!
My wedding was my dream come true!!! I couldn't have asked for anything better. The b...anquet room was decorated beautifully, everything was TOP NOTCH!! The food was great (even though I did not get a chance to eat everything) but everybody told me it was amazing, we had a half of chicken breast with a mushroom sauce and filet minion steak with another sauce that at this time I don't remember. They have a lot of selection of meals that you can choose from. I also had a 'cold table' that was brought out at around 11pm which consisted of sandwiches, red borscht and a whole smoked salmon -- everybody was impressed. The 'sweet table' was unbelievable, the selection and quality of the sweets and fruits was delicious!!!
The guest were happy with the open bar and Sebastian was an amazing bartender...THANKS SO MUCH!
The party was so awesome that we had to extend the party till 2am!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EUROPEAN CRYSTAL TO EVERYONE....YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE WONDERFUL AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE BEYOND THRILLED AND HAPPY AND WILL REMEMBER YOUR WEDDING FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!!

The positives about European Crystal are that the food is excellent and the service was impeccable. The hall is pretty on the inside, and nice on the outside as well.
When we first booked the hall, she showed us pictures of what it would look like. The pictures were absolutely amazing, with linens matching your colors, silver or gold chairs, etc. About a month and a half before the wedding, we went to finalize our details with the owner. It was then we were told that the silver chairs would be $4.95 EACH, the table cloths $30.00 a table, the napkins $2.95 each. I was so shocked, and irrate that they would leave out these details when we signed our contract. When we approached her about it, she said "well I didn't know what you would want then". When I told her that for the future, she should mention that at the beginning because it's very decieving to her customers, she didn't have much to say. An apology would be out of the question. Nothing was mentioned about it in our contract either. When you already have a budget and your money planned, it's a real disappointment. She went back on her word about a few other things, like the extended hour. When we first booked she said if we would want one more hour of the bar we would only have to pay 8.00 per person for the people that are there. Then at our meeting, she said we'd have to pay 8.00 times the final count.
Our night ended up being beautiful. People could care less about what chairs they are sitting on. But the point is that they changed their word last minute and I lost COMPLETE respect for them and their company. I WOULD NOT reccomend them to anyone. If you do choose them, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. From the chairs, to the table cloths, to the toilet paper.

The two positives of this location were that a) the food was good and b) the hall is very pretty. Aside from that, the person we worked with was constantly changing her answers and telling us one thing while another was true, and also completely going back on her word and lying about having said it in the first place. She does not respond to emails and only responds to voicemails with mulptiple attempts. She was VERY rude to our wedding planners the day of the wedding, starting off with refusing to put out the correct number of chairs (they were 30 short for our 130 person guest list and insisted that 30 will not show up), and continued when they refused to clean up crumbs left on the floor after the cocktail hour. while i dont think the guests noticed these things (aside from our ushers who had to stand during the entire ceremony), i really wish i had not signed a contract with them because they were a pain to deal with for 11 months!

We had a lucheon wedding, and the price that they gave us initially was very very affortable. We really liked the place. It's fairly new, so i doesn't that weird smell that old banquet halls have. We also liked the overall look of the banquet hall, as well as the food. However... before the wedding we had to stop by the banquet hall twice to make sure that the chairs we rented were not stained and scratched (which is what they gave us initially). Also we had talked to one of the sales people there and she told us that we would get candles, these regular chargers and so on. Two days before the wedding she called to tell us that she didnt realize that was only for the dinner weddings.... since we didnt have any of these little details in our contract we couldnt do anything about it. Finally the last complaint I have is that they realllllly rushed the food... BUT the food was VERY good!




I was just recently at a wedding there and the place is amazing what they did with the room decorations was out of this world and the food was to die for. I would strongly recomed it to anyone how wants to have the wedding of their dreams in the suburbs.

Hands down, the best place to host a wedding at. The staff was an absolute delight to work for. They were extremely accomodating, and made the night perfect.

Not only did the staff insult some of my guests (directly to them, intentionally), the staff was rude. They weren't even going to let my husband back into the building 3 minutes after the reception was over to retrieve his forgotten jacket. The staff had a hard time completing simple tasks regarding decorations, etc. The one positive thing I can say about the facility is that they do have wonderful food, but it's certainly not worth the other hassles.




We had the wedding shower here in one of their smaller ballrooms. This place is run by a Polish family. They offer a good value and a nice venue. The food is nothing to die for but the place is pretty and provides a great atmosphere for a shower.
