My husband and I recently got married. Our wedding was on October 6, 2007. We were married in Huialoha Church, Kaupo, Hawaii and our reception was in a large pasture in Makawao. Anela was a god send!!! She refered me to other vendors who could help me with renting chairs and a large tent (40'x100'). Any questions we had we could call on her and if she couldn't help me or if she know I could find it from another vendor at lesser price than she could do it, she would refer us. Not too many wedding coordinators do that. Her first concern is with the couple and we truely appreciated that.

As for our reception...it was AMAZING!!!! When we showed up, the beauty of the tables, set up, decor, everything took my breath away. I never thought that I would have a wedding that would be that beautiful. I truely had the wedding of the year. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was and did so for months. I couldn't have imagined it any better!!! Thank you soooo much Anela.

Anela was really easy to work with and I loved her ideas. I was glad that she made suggestions and kept our decor looking fresh. She's GREAT!

Working with Anela was such a great experience! A wedding in Hawaii is bound to be a special event, but planning something like this long-distance could have been extremely stressful. That didn't happen working with Anela and her team. She took care of every detail, offering guidance and advice but also accommodating all of our requests. She was extremely professional while also demonstrating the Spirit of Aloha in everything she did. It was so easy and fun working with her. She's the best!

Aloha Anela,
Than you (Mahalo) for the superb job you did in arranging our sunset wedding on Kahekili Beach in Maui on March 9, 2004. The beach location was lovely. The photographer (Darlene Munn) was superb. She had the patience of a saint, she not only to great shots of the wedding, but also followed our requested photo list of combinations of family and friends. Darlene’s photographs were wonderful, better than we imagined possible. You were so right about Kelly, she spent almost 2 hours getting my hair and make-up just right. She knew her stuff about hair, make-up, and how to best do both for taking photographs outside on the sometimes-windy beach. My bouquet was perfection, you asked me what I did and did not want in my bouquet, and arranged one that I did not give up until the following week! Reverend Adam Gomes was wonderful, and we appreciate the way you coordinated with George’s son Reverend Todd Leupold to integrate the ceremony between the two. Aaron Kamalii’s songs were lovely, his gentle guitar a perfect compliment to the beach location. We also were glad you made the suggestion to us about stringing our marriage leis on raffia and tossing them into the ocean in memory of beloved family members and dear friends departed before we left the beach.
It was a leap of faith (and as you know, may emails back and forth) to plan our wedding thousands of miles away from the location, but thanks to you, we have many wonderful memories of our wedding day in Maui. Please feel free to use us as a reference at any time in the future. Anela, we wish you continued success in all you do, and we hope you and your family has a life filled with much love and laughter.<
