I have no real complaints about the services I received from EventMagic. There were other vendors considered but we went with this company because they beat all the rates out there except on a few very small things. And as they say "Don't sweat the small stuff... "
We had enough to worry about during our wedding, and this company delivered what was requested, on time and at a fair price. We had tables, chairs , decor and some catering supplies delivered. They agreed to pick up after our reception, and despite showing up when we asked, but before our party was over, they did not complain or charge us additional for the time discrepancy. Which was nice... t
Most of the items were budget priced, and so the tables were a bit worn, but underneath a table cloth it didnt matter that they weren't brand new. Overall the service was quite satisfactory, especially considering the price. I don't normally have a lot of events of this nature to plan, but I wouldn't hesitate to call again, as they were easy to deal with
Event Magic responded very quickly to our request for services and provided a reasonable quote right away. They met with us to help scope our needs and were honest about what they could do and would do. They were flexible and accommodated our schedule. They were creative and enthusiastic for our wedding plans and really made a great contribution to the event. Professional and efficient, flexible and personal, well-equipped, and very competitive in terms of the price for what we got. We shopped around and came back to Event Magic because they had what we needed at a better price than the competition. They were easy to deal with and brought a lot of experience to the project. I recommend them.
Event Magic was on time and had great equipment . Their staff was very helpful in the planning and execution of my BIG day . They went above and beyond taking care of all the details , which allowed me and my loved ones to truly enjoy ourselves. I would recommend Event magic to anyone looking for a great service , great value , friendly staff at a fair price.
We would speak with Eddie on the phone to get prices, but when the contract would be emailed, the dates and prices would be wrong. It took many phone calls and emails to get the right dates and the prices fixed. As the wedding got closer, he got more rude on the phone. We rented tables and glasses for the reception, and a limo for us for the night. The week of the wedding we had to email another itinerary to him as he requested to confirm the times and dates. The tables and glasses were delivered, but the limo never showed up. We called him on his work number, and on his cell phone, but could never get an answer. The next day we reached him and he thought the wedding was another night. I don't think we could have done more to confirm the dates and times with him. This service is very unreliable and people would be better advised to not use them for anything.
Event Magic is a one stop shop for any wedding. I had already booked the rest of my needs, but in retrospect, I would have used them for everything.
The staff is responsive, professional, courteous and very available.
