Event Pro Live was the icing on the cake for our wedding. The classic, simple draping matched with their subtle lighting for our ceremony space set the perfect mood, and the wonderfully color display in our reception hall kept the party going all night long. Nick and his team were just great.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Nick Pignitti and his company. He was quick to respond and professional and very pleasant and upbeat each time we communicated.
Nick and his associates created a magical display of swags and lighting and took our already lovely venue to an even higher level. My daughter's wedding was all we hoped it to be... and then some! The bride and groom were beaming when they saw the beautiful dance floor decor.

Nick and his team did a ridiculously amazing job at my wedding. On our first meeting, Nick was super flexible and immediately got very excited and creative working with the overall theme and look of our wedding. Our venue was in a building with no roof, so it was outdoors without any lighting provided by the venue. Nick came up with a combination of strung cafe lights, up lighting, and a wash of light over some of the walls. The overall looks totally captured the feel of the wedding and provided so much ambiance that would have been impossible to recreate in any other way.

EventProLive provided lighting for my friend's wedding on 11/11/11. Nick was my main contact, and he was terrific. EventProLive is based out of the Baltimore area and our event was outside of the Philadelphia area, but that didn't stop them from taking our event. Nick was very accomodating. He met with us months in advance to check out the space, driving all the way up in the winter to make it happen. He was also very willing to work within our budget which was awesome. Nick was also very responsive to all the questions we had. I can't say enough about him and EventProLive. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Nick Pignetti of Absolute Productions was very easy to work with. Nick made a couple of trips to the venue to design and discuss the options. Nick's experience and expertise in large venue events, like concerts, was clearly revealed when he turned his attention to making a wedding special. He takes time to understand and work with the venue's architecture and layout to recommend lighting options. In our case, the tenting and lighting plan created a warm and enchanting experience for my daughter's wedding at the Antrim 1844. The pricing was fair and Nick worked within the budget I had presented to him, no surprises!

Event Pro Live made my wedding very special. The pin spot lighting made my flowers pop and look phenomenal. The DJ was great with the mixing of songs. Once the party started the dance floor was never empty.

Event Pro Live did the lighting for my daughter's wedding on Memorial Day weekend. I was SO impressed with Event Pro Live, specifically Nick Pignetti from the beginning. He was very professional and friendly. I had never needed this kind of service before and did not know what to expect. He made me feel very much at ease and took the time to explain all that he/Event Pro Live had to offer. I was very confident in his ability to not only make the lighting beautiful & elegant, but also trusted in the safety of all the lighting & equipment. He was available all throughout the event in case a problem would arise...but everything went without a hitch. The lighting in the tent was magnificent! It was even more beautiful than I imagined it to be. The UP lighting around the trees & the clear ball type lighting that lit the cocktail area near the water was just what my daughter wanted...it all was just PERFECT! Nick & his crew worked hard to make it all happen and not to mention that it was on one of the busiest holidays of the year for outdoor events...but they had everything set up and ready to go ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Event Pro Live. I will definitely use them again in the future and have recommended them to others. I rate Nick and his crew a 10...!!

FAQ for Event Pro Live
Availability is discussed upon initial contact. Once a contract is signed and a deposit is received, the date for your event is secured and you are guaranteed the performance.
Do you provide a written contract?
Absolutely! All professional entertainment companies operate under contracts, and we are no different. Performance contracts outline expectations and provide peace of mind to our clients that they will receive the highest quality service.
How many performance hours are included?
Price includes performance hours agreed upon as set forth in the terms of the contract.
Is setup/teardown and travel time included?
Yes, any quote received from us is for the total price of the performance.
How early do you arrive to setup?
Generally, we arrive at least an hour early for setup, but many events require longer set-up times therefore we adjust the arrival time based on the event. We do guarantee, regardless of the time we arrive to set up, that we will be ready to begin at performance time.
Do you charge by the hour or do you have packages?
Because of the varying types of events we cater to, we create custom packages for each individual event and price accordingly. We use factors such as equipment needed, performance time, travel distance, talent required/requested, crew needed etc.
What is the charge for additional overtime?
Additional requested performance beyond the initial contracted performance is charged at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
What do you wear?
The simple rule we follow is that we dress for the occasion. If a special dress is requested we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you explain how you conduct the evening?
Generally the evening is conducted per discussion in the consultation and by the use of our event plan sheets. Our first, and main priority is to cater to our client’s wishes for their event, however our talent will sometimes infuse their professional experience to direct an event in a certain direction that will maximize the experience for all guests if allowed.
Are “emcee” services included? (Do you make the announcements?)
Yes, our talent will speak over the microphone occasionally to direct the evening or make announcements. Certain events require more emcee services than others. Arrangements can be made so that guests can speak over the microphone for speeches and announcements.
Are you open to requests? Can we decide if requests should be honored by our guests?
Absolutely! We have a music library consisting of thousands of selections from the 50’s to today’s hits, however it is completely up to you, the client on how requests are handled.
How do we decide what types of music are or are not played?
This is covered in our event planner. We discuss this ahead of time so there are no surprises the day of the event.
What happens if we have music selections that you do not have?
Our event planner dedicates a section specifically to this question. If there are certain selections that you absolutely want played at your event, just let us know! We will make sure they are available the day of your event.
Is a wireless microphone for speeches and announcements provided with your services?
Yes, a wireless microphone is provided for all events. Additional microphones can be provided on request.
Is dance floor lighting or event lighting available?
Yes, we offer a full line of professional intelligent lighting fixtures to enhance every event. In fact, most of our event packages include lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment with you?
Absolutely. Although rare, technology does fail- which is why we bring backup equipment to ensure that the show will continue in the event of equipment damage or failure.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry a $1M full liability insurance policy that covers every event we produce.
Are there any additional charges?
No, quoted prices include every aspect of the performance. The only additional charges that apply are for extra performance time beyond the contracted time slot, travel outside of 100 miles of our normal performance radius of Baltimore, or late/no payment fees.
How much is your deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to secure an event date.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of performance. Beyond this, a late fee of $30.00 is added. The balance must be paid in full prior to the performance.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept: Cash, Check, Money Order, and Paypal.
