I used Eventful Treasures for all of my paper products and graphic design for my entire wedding; from Save the Dates to invitations, table card numbers, favor tags and escort card tags, etc. I was more than pleased with everything! Hiring Eventful Treasures was worth every penny! I had all these different ideas for my wedding that I couldn't quite organize and Suzette helped me weed through what fit my vision and what didn't. Why should I hire a wedding planner, coordinator and/or designer?
Planning your wedding should be a fun and stress free process. After all, it’s one of the most important events in your life and you’re putting a lot of money into it. Some brides do not know what they want their wedding to look like or they have an idea that they just can’t quite seem to put together. We can assist you to come up with a theme or vision and execute it in a way that expresses you! You would be able to meet and correspond with us to discuss all the details, set a budget, pick and choose from recommended vendors, follow a timeline of important tasks in the months before your wedding, relax and enjoy the gatherings before your day and most importantly, let us take care of all the day-of tasks and coordination with all the people involved in the wedding while you rest assure that everything will go smoothly. You don’t have to worry about assigning any tasks to your wedding party or family members. They can enjoy the celebration along with you!
There are so many planners, how do I know which one to choose?
Most planners offer free consultations. This is your opportunity to ask every question possible and get to know the planner and their experience. We may all do similar tasks but you want to be able to feel comfortable working with your planner. You will only find out by setting up consultations with more than one planner to find the one that is perfect for your style and personality.

What’s the cost for your services?
We have several wedding packages that would suit your needs and budget. We also have a la carte services that can be added onto your package for a small fee. Our costs differ if you’re having your wedding in the Anchorage, AK or Seattle, WA area. We would be happy to discuss our fees with you if you call us for a free consultation. It’s free anyway … so you have nothing to lose. You don’t have to worry about committing to us right away or giving us an answer at the consultation. We know that there are other planners that you could hire and we would like for you to choose the best planner that makes you the happiest and most comfortable. After all, you would be working with your planner for several months and trusting them with your money. Take your time in choosing your planner!
What type of experience do you have?
We have experience with all types of events (not just weddings) from small to large. Although experience is of the essence … experience with a clashing of the titans ISN’T of the essence! Sometimes you want to hire someone with a fresh idea and one that can execute your crazy idea that your momma keeps saying “I ain’t having it”! We bet we can incorporate it into your wedding somehow where it would still be classy and sophisticated!
Will you assist me with planning any pre-wedding gatherings?
It’s one of our other specialties and it’s how we got started in this business! We have a passion for all events and love making them creatively unique. We want to be able to do things that nobody has seen before or has been rarely done. We can help you (or someone from your wedding party) put together a party like no other. Keeping your guests entertained and having fun is our main focus!
Will you be with us on our big day?
We will be there on your wedding day to oversee the set up all the way until all the gifts are packed in the car! It doesn’t matter how long your wedding day is, we will be there the entire time if you need us … all at a flat rate!
How about emergencies?
We will deal with any emergencies that may arise and of course, fix it to the best of our ability.
