Events by Hala

We worked an event and was hired by the brides mother - Hala was the event planner. We were direct by the brides mother to work with her. She returned only half the documentation we needed back to us while leaving out key venue information. Once we arrive at the popular dallas hotel we attempted to call her and was hung up on so we were forced to pay for parking and work with uncooperative hotel staff. Upon meeting Hala she stated that she sent an email to us stating the event details and a parking voucher - an email we never received! I let her know that we already paid for parking and we would like to be reimbursed. While put on the spot in front of others, she refused - insisting she sent an email with a voucher. My overall experience with Hala is she looked stressed and over worked from planning this couples event from morning. Whatever it was, as a vendor we did not deserve to be the bearer of her biting more than she could chew.
