A couple of months before our wedding things did not work out between the company we had initially chosen to handle the decorations. A family member introduced us to this heaven sent company, Events by Jodi, LLC. Given such a short notice and a limited budget Ms. Jemima was more than willing to work with us. Within a few days she had already worked out a plan for us and even took a trip (3 hours away) to come see our venue. She was also very prompt in addressing any concerns and questions we had. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I were amazed at how beautiful everything turned out to be. There were lots of compliments from both family and guests. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a unique and professional service for their special day. My husband and I were recently married at Old Hickory Golf Club and we decided to use Jemima with Events by Jodi, LLC for our wedding planning. After many inquiries to other vendors, her services were recommended to us by a trusted friend that also used her services for her wedding. From the moment we met with her, we felt very comfortable with having her as our planner. As the bride, I am a type A personality looking for perfection and she was able to keep me calm and offer suggestions that made our day ever so special. We had an opportunity to see her in action before the wedding as she assisted with our Engagement celebration creating the invitations we used for the event. We received great reviews from our attendees. She assisted us with all aspects of our wedding planning to include locating a venue even negotiating rates and additional perks for the venue. She also managed the color scheme, decorations and flower arrangement for us saving us money and producing beautiful arrangements. She created the invitations and place cards ensuring that everything was within our budget with no compromise on quality. She assisted with negotiating rates for our other vendors to include cake, video and photographer. She provided me with resources to even find bargain deals on accessories for my dress! Did I mention that she can also sew? She made the dress I changed into during the ceremony as well as the dresses for the flower girls and ties and vests for my husband and the ring bearer and bell ringer. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her professionalism and passion for the work that she does. We wanted the best for our wedding but on a tight budget and she more than delivered. If you are set on having the best of the best, great service, great prices and guaranteed beautiful wedding as promised then we certainly recommend calling Events by Jodi. Jemima made our day special because we did not have to worry about the final product and it came out just as beautiful as she promised with great reviews from those that attended our wedding and those that viewed it through our photos and video! Every time we think about that day, my husband and I smile because there is nothing we would have done to change anything about that day.

She is very prompt and always available either my phone, text, email and any other means of communication. Her main concern is to make you happy. She shares her views with you, but does not impose anything on you. I love her professionalism and talent. Will recommend her any day to anyone.

The vendor truly lived up to our expectation. The floral designs, invitations and everything were just exquisite. We were indeed blessed and pleased to have engaged her services.

Jemima was absolutely wonderful. She was the best thing that ever happened to our family on such a joyous occasion. Jemima was there for us every step of the way. She gave us excellent service. I am a very meticulous wedding coordinator my self, and it was not easy sitting back and let someone else coordinate my daughters' wedding for me but she made me and my family very happy. She gave us a very spectacular wedding, you name it she she did it for us and we owe her a debt of gratitude. Thanks Jemima, for such a wonderful and a successful wedding.
