I can't say enough about Libby! First, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some very unusual requirements for our daughter's wedding. Libby spent a great deal of time learning about our needs and gave us brilliant advice. She knew the best ways to have an elegant wedding, but to cut costs without sacrificing quality. We came to rely on Libby's mature judgment in making decisions. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly. Our guests couldn't tell, but much of the success was due to Libby's running interference with vendor concerns and taking care of all those last minute potential problems. She was constantly on the move, and with her cheerful disposition and positive attitude, she got everything done. Libby circulated constantly before and during the ceremony and during the dinner and dancing, checking and rechecking details, leaving nothing to chance. She even made sure that all gifts were secured in a locked room and that they made their way to our car, along with unused wine, liquor, decorations and other valuables. When the wedding was over, we knew that we had the best in the business! Thank you, Libby!

Libby helped us in so many ways from months before the wedding to throughout the day of. She even helped us find the perfect venue when we didn't know which direction to go. We live out of state and all the extra support and personal errands Libby ran for us was such an enormous support and saved us tons of time, phone calls and stress. She also has an extensive vendor list making chosing a lot less stressful, (most of our vendors were her suggestions). Libby's experience and fresh ideas were extremely helpful. Some details we allowed her to have free-reign on, (including favors, table/escort cards, etc.) and she was able to take our visions coupled with her ideas - making everything spectacularly "us"! Above all, in my opinion, two of the most difficult and stressful planning times, (budget and seating chart) were both a breeze as Libby laid everything out for us, including making spread sheets and diagraming the venue for seating (even keeping “those” family members separate). Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and we couldn’t have done it without her!!

About Libby:
The founder of Events by Libby, Libby Werba has been planning events in the Bay Area for the last 11 years. Spending several years studying under Michelle Hodges, a premier wedding coordinator in the South Bay, she has extensive event planning and management experience. Shortly after working for Michelle, Libby left her position as a wedding consultant and joined a regional accounting firm where she continued to develop her skill set focusing on corporate event planning.
Libby’s goal is to provide couples with peace of mind both during the preparatory/planning phases as well as on their wedding day.
