Where can I begin!!! I will try to get through this without crying but it will be hard! Talk about a dream coming true! Mariel words cannot express how thankful I am that God placed you in my life. When I told you about my dream over a year ago you promised you would make it happen. Not only did you make it happen but you surpassed any dreams that I could ever imagine! You are not only my event planner, you are a friend! Last night was the most incredible night of my life. Professionalism to the max, service, and details to the MAX! I am only lucky bride to have you be my strength throughout the process. You and your team are incredible and I love you all with all my heart! You truly made my dream come true! Thank you for making me like a princess! You are beyond amazing!

Where do I begin...Mariel was referred to me by my cousin in law after she noticed that the wedding process was becoming a bit overwhelming to me. She told me that Mariel was amazing and that I had to give her a call. After that initial call, I knew that I needed her in my life! Mariel became my wedding planner, friend, lawyer, designer...I can go on and on! Trust me when I say that without her, I think I would've gone crazy! Until you actually start planning your wedding, you don't realize ALL of the things that actually go into it and Mariel just puts everything in perspective. I had so many people at my wedding comment on how on top of everything she was and how her and her assistant kept everything perfect. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime day and you don't want to be worried about a thing--having Mariel by your side guarantees that you won't! Do not think twice about it...hire Mariel and you will thank me!!! She's the BEST!!!!!!

Mariel is the dream wedding planner. Throughout the year of planning the attention she had to detail and out of box ideas was any girls whimisical dream wedding.
All the vendors she worked with starting with my AMAZING florist to a Killer DJ were beyond my wildest expectations. My guests were in complete AWWWW when they entered this whimisical wedding that Mariel helped me create. With out her my dreams could've possibly not come true. Consider her your fairy god-planner.
She is always positive (when I was worried about rain on my wedding she brought sunshine). My husband and I our forever grateful to have her as our planner and forever a friend. Her counseling tips are great during that planning time.

Having Mariel as a wedding planner was a dream come true! She is amazing at what she does and executes everything flawlessly. Mariel is a modern day miracleworker as it pertains to wedding. Being the youngest person ever to fly solo around the world I've seen my fair share of events and wedidngs. The only constructive feedback I would give is for the team not to keep giving me a new glass of champagne everytime I was almost out. Mariel was absolutely amazing and a lifesaver for me during the planning process. She stepped in when another planner fell through and went above and beyond throughout the 6 months I worked with her to create a dream wedding for us. She not only recommended incredible vendors which I was equally impressed with, but organized things down to the smallest detail so I had no worries on my wedding day. She sent pictures of different ideas for flowers, cakes, favors, etc. She also put us in touch with an exceptional photographer. She was always at my fingertips when I needed advice or had a question and never had to ask her a question twice. She will be a friend for life and is great at keeping the bride calm :). Every detail was perfect!

Our wedding was in the Grand Bahamas and Events by Mariel is based in Miami. She worked diligently to make it all happen without being on site!

Choosing Mariel to plan my wedding was a load off my mind. I had zero time to do it. I told her what I wanted and she took it from there. "No Worries" That was her motto. Mariel was very professional and but more she was very personable. Every vendor I dealt with were all so kind and attentive to my special day. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mariel, for making my special day the success that it was. I highly recommend Events By Mariel for any event you are getting ready to have.

Working with Mariel is wonderful. She is such a genuinely kind and helpful, and always has a smile on her face. While my wedding was small at around 55 guests, it was quite the logistical effort to plan. I live in Vancouver, BC and the wedding was in Tucson, AZ. My younger sister recommended Mariel because she had worked with her before on other events, and said she was fantastic. So now I had a wedding planner in Miami! But really it couldn't have gone smoother. I never once felt that I wasn't getting the attention I needed because I was far away. Mariel was on top of it, and always came through.

My ceremony was small and simple, but I did have a few small details that were custom-made for it. Mariel wrapped them up carefully and packed them in her famous 'Wedding in a Bag' suitcase. Not only was it cute and super convenient (my sister brought it on the plane as her carry-on), but all the pieces arrived safely. The wedding was beautiful and turned out better than I could have imagined. It was a dream.
