Don't ever use this wedding planner. She took my money and did not pay any of the vendors. I pressed charges and she was arrested on four felony counts. She goes under the names of Jan Collier, Jennice Collier and others. I warn you to be very careful when you pick a wedding planner. Make sure they are certified.
