Everlasting Memories

This company Everlasting Memories is awful - dont use this company if you want someone to be professional. After they hound you to give the Rev. a tip the lady who runs this shows up to your wedding dressed as if she got up threw on sweatpants and going to lay around the house all day. Victoria will promise you all the services but then when it comes time to receive your pictures after the fact you will have to beg for them. They are full of excuses on why they cant get them to you and then blame you for all the issues. How it can be the customers fault when she has the camera and pictures Im not sure but she sure does it. I filed a BBB compliant against them to get my photos. The resort they worked with and I stay at as cut off the parntership with them as well due to their services are terrible and customer compliants.

The Staff at Everlasting Memories Weddings in Pigeon Forge, TN is absolutely amazing. They were able to answer all my questions from start to finish with the great ease. For what we paid on a "Destination" Style wedding the value is immense. The staff was knowledgeable about the area, and gave great recommendations from where to stay, to where to have my makeup and hair done, all the way down to a nice restaurant to have our wedding dinner at.

Victoria and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made our Wedding day wonderful. There was not a single detail left undone.
