Everyday You Photography

Everyday You was an amazing choice for the photography for our wedding. Kathryn's eye for the unique is unmatched and she always has something up her sleeve to make even the "posed" pictures seem candid. Her style is truly artistic.
Kathryn captured so many special moments from the day -- from getting ready for the ceremony, to the "I do's" and the reception toasts, even our first dance as husband and wife -- she was able really capture our emotions! Kathryn has an amazing eye for detail and included pictures of many of the finer points of the day as well, the flowers, cake, rings, guest book and other details.
Perhaps even more important than the amazing pictures, is the fact that Kathryn was very easy going and eager to take the pictures that were requested, while capturing some real gems in the process. She made a great impression on everyone who met her that day, and I still recieve comments and compliments on the photographs of our wedding day.

Kathryn was very accommodating and willing to capture moments throughout the day. Both those that were planned, structured pictures and those that were spur of the moment, but very meaningful. She made it very easy to be comfortable throughout the day - she was very relaxed and understanding.

As a Graphic Designer, I am very picky when it comes to photographers! I searched for hours for photographers in the area and when I came across Kathryn's site, I made sure to book her as soon as possible. Overall I was EXTREMELY happy with the creativity of the shoot, especially considering the crazy-ness of the day and the limited time we had with her. I would recommend her 100%

The one piece of advice other brides gave me was to make sure I got a great photographer so I began looking for photographers 22 months before my wedding. I took a lot of time looking at different photographers in my area and surrounding areas. A coworker of mine suggested I look at Everyday You's website. Once I saw her work, I had my mind pretty much made up but thought it was important to meet with the photographer. After meeting Kathryn, I knew right away that I wanted to book her. She is so easy going and really made my husband and I feel comfortable. We had a wonderful time with her during our engagement session and wedding day. Kathryn also really listens to what is important to the bride and groom. I found this very important and comforting. I had the hardest time picking which photos to put up in my house because I have so many that I love. Every moment of our wedding was captured beautifully. I was amazed when I saw how many great pictures Kathryn got of our wedding ceremony especially. I had never seen a photographer capture those moments so well. Our pictures are very classic with an artistic twist which is everything I had hoped for. Kathryn is wonderful person who gave us quality photos. I could not be any happier with the way our engagement and wedding photos turned out.

Kathryn is amazing! She is laid-back and very easy to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. She helped our families with 'behind the scenes' stuff just to help the day run smoothly and caught a lot of fun little moments on camera that we love. Kathryn does really beautiful work, and also has great service and communication before and after the event. We love her :)

Well i got to work with Kathryn Mayes when she was a second shooter at my wedding August 2010. She did awesome. I also got to work with her for a boudior shoot as her being the second photographer awesome. She makes you feel so comfortable and u can be ur self around her. She does an awesome job on picture for wedding. She would be a great person to work with on your special day!!

Everyday You Photography was wonderful. We got the great engagement pics and wedding pics that we wanted. Kathryn was willing to do whatever it took to get us the shots we wanted and to make our pictures unique. We are getting millions of compliments on them. She was also great at not being intrusive while taking pictures. I wasn't even aware of her taking most of them during the preparation and wedding. I highly recommend her as your photographer.

Kathryn did a fabulous job on the wedding photos. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and she had excellent ideas on different photos to shoot. Kathryn was very professional and her responsiveness was phenomenal. If I had any questions, I could guarantee to have a response from her within hours. The cost of having Kathryn shot our wedding was very low as well. Kathryn was very flexible with my schedule and hers as well. Not only is she doing photography, she also has a full time job. I was very surprised to receive the photos so quickly after the wedding. Kathryn was awesome. I also plan on using her in the future.

Kathryn photographed our wedding and did a wonderful job. She was very flexible as the schedule changed several times, and went with the flow! She got great shots and a lot of variety, and we love looking back over our album she designed for us. We would recommend in a heartbeat!

Kathryn with Everyday You Photography is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. She is sure to capture whatever vision you have in mind. She definitely gets a feel for who you are and what you want to convey in your photographs, even after a short visit with her. She responds quickly to any questions or concerns you might have and you receive your products in a timely manner. She definitely remains professional and PATIENT even under stressful and confusing times!! Her photography is of top quality and I am very pleased with my engagement and wedding pictures! I have received many compliments!

Kathryn was fantastic. Easy going. Flexible in adjusting the contract to meet our needs. Willing to not post some photos online that we didn't want the whole world to see. And she provided a great value. Wedding photography is expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you don't care about your pictures, then by all means let your Uncle Fred or Aunt Velma take them. No matter what Fred or Velma say, their point-and-shoot pictures are not the same as the art of a professional photographer. My wedding was four months ago, and even though I've looked at our photos hundreds of times, they still take my breath away and take me back to that perfect, beautiful day. And that's what I wanted. I could not have asked for more.

Kathryn did a wonderful job for us. She was very flexible and was very good to work with. The package we purchased included a "zookbook". We helped pick out the pictures and she put it together and it is absolutely wonderful! It is a great coversation piece. A good piece of memory. Thanks Kathryn

Everyday You was a great choice for our wedding! Kathryn was so nice, easy to work with and took some great pictures! Everyone absolutely loves them! She really made our wedding day memorable. She also had the best package for the best money in the surrounding area even though she had to drive 2 hours to get there.

I just wanted to tell you that I think the pictures turned out fantastic! We have gotten so many compliments about them as well. You did a great job!

I looked at the pictures of other weddings you have done and I am amazed that you come up with so many different ideas.
