Executive 1 Limo, Inc

Bad experience. We booked a limo for our wedding. Lou, the owner, supposed to call us the day before our wedding to confirm the day and the time, but he didn't call. We were so busy with the wedding preparation so we didn't call him either. 6am on wedding day, I called Lou and asked him not to come late since we had lots of things to do and everything must be puncture. He answered the phone not knowing who i am, worse, he didn't even know that he supposed to send down a limo to my husband's house on that day. He said his computer crashed, so he didn't have any information. I asked him if I didn't call him, which meant I'd have no limo for my wedding? He didn't answer that question, instead, he kept telling me his computer crashed...I got frustrated. He ended up show up late at my wedding and the limo wasn't decorated like he promised on the contract. Everything was pushed back. My family wasn't too happy and neither do we. I should have listen to my brother because he booked a limo with Lou before for his wedding and he had the same experience... Be careful when you book anything with him, because he can promise lots of things but nothing will be done. I'd never recommend his business to anyone.
