Janine and Exquisite Affairs Productions were an absolute dream to work with. Janine came on board as a Day Of Coordinator but, honestly, was completely responsive and helpful in the months leading up to our wedding and thus felt more like a wedding planner. They recommended the most amazing florist, make-up artist, hairstylists, and transportation company, and even came to the consultations with the florist. She was so nice, thoughtful and organized, and I knew I could count on her to help the night's events run smoothly, and it was a huge relief to not have to worry about anything the day of. Not to mention the fact that I gave her instructions on how I envisioned setting everything up, and the end result really exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend Janine and Exquisite Affairs Productions --truly the best company out there in the Tri-State area.

Laurie has done a phenomenal job with all paper-related items for my wedding. She did my Save the Dates, and worked with her to create the most beautiful letterpress invitations that were classic and elegant. Everything came out beyond my expectations, and Laurie was extremely responsive and flexible with everything -- from timing, to budget to working with me on my designs. I would highly recommend her to all my friends, and I know I will continue to use her services for years to come.

Christine Viola was my day-of coordinator, and I could not have asked for a more professional and yet fun person to work with for my wedding. Ever since we started working together, she was there whenever I had a question. She usually answered my email within an hour and from her responses, I could tell that she knows her stuff. She went out of her way to help me arrange for transportation, which took a lot of patience because there was quite a bit of back-and-forth before we could finalize the contract. On the day of the wedding, Christine was a god-send. I was a nervous wreck and she kept me calm. She thought of things that didn't even cross my mind - she drove me to the location where I wanted to take some pictures just so that my feet wouldn't hurt. It's a good feeling to have someone to depend on on your big day, no matter what goes wrong. If you are looking for an organized professional who will take good care of you on your wedding day, Christine is you gal!

Best Wedding Decision I Made!
Christine was referred to me by a friend right after we chose Studio450 as our venue. We fell in love with Studio450, but quickly realized how overwhelming it is to hire all the individual vendors required there. One of the biggest values that EAP offers, is their extensive network of proven and fantastic vendors for all budgets. Christine made the process so easy, after getting to know us, she would introduce us to a few vendor options that matched with our personalities, style, and budget.
Christine was always available for a quick talk and was incredible about responding to emails. The only unpleasant experience I had throughout the planning process was with a vendor I hired outside of Christine.
The actual wedding day could not have gone smoother and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of my wedding day! I did not have to worry about anything other than being in the moment, and that was worth every penny to me. We were thrilled with all the vendors recommended by EAP, and would not change a thing. Hiring EAP was absolutely the best decision we made!

Everyone at EAP was wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions and always found a solution.

Where to begin? A little background for you, we are a Scottish couple that had a destination wedding in NYC with 94 of our nearest and dearest. Christine took care of every little detail, and without a doubt our big day would not have been the spectacular event it was if it hadn’t been for Christine. Understandably living 3500 miles away we were going to need some help organising our wedding but Christine went above and beyond, from answering my essay long e-mails (in lightning speed sometimes I might add) to setting whole day’s aside for us when we came to visit NYC and drove us from caterer to florist to venues, from New Jersey to Manhattan to Brooklyn. It’s fair to say I did a lot of my own research online (Caterer’s/Photographers/venues etc.) and Christine was more than happy to look into one’s she wasn’t familiar with whilst also recommending vendors she’s already worked with and also giving her invaluable experience and warning of us of vendors/venue’s we should steer clear of (note all bar one vendor we had at our wedding was recommended by Christine and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome). We choose a loft style venue so every little detail in the place had to be brought in by ourselves or our vendor, without a doubt we couldn’t have chosen this type of venue if we didn’t have Christine. She brought everything together and the venue looked absolutely stunning, it was everything I wished for and more. Christine is so personable, she’s great to get along with, is honest with you and doesn’t mess around. I consider her a friend for life and couldn’t recommend her or her companies’ services enough.

I can’t write this review and not give a shout out to Janine. She arrived on the day of our wedding to help out and was invaluable to the smooth running of the whole day. Janine is a superstar and I can’t see you going wrong if you have her as your planner.

Christine Viola from EAP is a doll! She is the most wonderful and honest wedding planner ever! I honestly don't know how I would have made it through my wedding - planning as well as day of wedding- without her. She is super organized, super responsive, and overall a truly amazing person. She knew the answers to all my crazy wedding etiquette questions and recommended wonderful vendors as well. She was a godsend on the day of my wedding (along with Jeanine from EAP). They both kept everything in order (from steaming bridesmaids dresses to touching up my hair) and made sure my church ceremony ran smoothly. I highly recommend Christine and anyone from the EAP family for your wedding. You may think you don't need a wedding planner but believe me, you do! It is just too much for one person to handle and you will be extra glad when you choose Christine!

Christine Viola of Exquisite Affairs Productions, Inc. was a pleasure to work with. She had many helpful insights and her calm assured demeanor was very reassuring throughout the planning process. My husband and I utilized her expertise mostly for “Day of Services.” Christine was very helpful to have around during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. She was vital in arranging last minute transportation for our guests to the rehearsal dinner due to inclement weather. On the day of the wedding, Christine made sure that everyone was where he or she were where they were supposed to be, keeping everyone on schedule. She effortlessly tied bows, helped me into my dress and veil (harder than you think!) and was an all around terrific support. I cannot recommend Christine highly enough.

EAP COORDINATES: I FREAKING LOVE CHRISTINE! I cannot say enough good things about her, and I would (and have) HIGHLY recommend(ed) her to anyone & everyone. My husband & I recently got married at a beach wharf house where we had to bring every single vendor in. Working with Christine was the best investment/choice we could have made because she already had so many good relationships with vendors, it made our decisions so much easier. I absolutely loved wedding planning because she took care of all the difficult issues & it only left the fun stuff for me. She is professional & has a strong personality, so she really gets things done, but she's also incredibly sweet & someone I'd love as a friend.

On the day of the wedding, Christine brought along an additional planner, Janine, to help out. Janine was great and was really the person who took care of me all day, while Christine tended to wedding details.

Working with Annie was great. She took all of the pressure off us (and our families) the day of our wedding. There was so much going, our attention in so many places, we can't imagine having to also worry about all of the things that Annie took care of effortlessly. Our venue didn't exactly check in on us during the wedding -- the only reason we got any food at all was because Annie took care of it. She went above and beyond what was asked of her, always with a smile. A+++++.

We got married at the Metropolitan Building in Long Island City, and we never could have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without Christine Viola and her incredible team at Exquisite Affairs Productions. Along with being a true master of her craft (she is impressively resourceful, professional, talented, and smart as a whip), Christine is also one of the kindest, coolest people you'll meet. Simply put, our wedding exceeded our wildest expectations on every level, and we are forever grateful to the folks at EAP for guiding us every step of the way.

At first, I was reluctant to have a wedding planner. Why would I need one? I'm organized and have awesome ideas! Boy, was I wrong! Not to having awesome ideas but doing everything that Christine did on my own!! There's so much to think about that Christine did with ease. Christine was amazing throughout the entire wedding process. She was organized and thorough with her knowledge of wedding planning. The way she handled everything was the way a best friend would. So trustworthy! She was calming and reassuring. She's got jokes, too! :)

I planned my wedding in New York from Australia and from day 1 she was so hands on and knew exactly how to handle every situation we came across. It took us 9 months find a church and she was so patient and understanding throughout it all. We never spoke once over the phone, everything was via email which made it so easy, even with the time difference. Christine is so profressional and sweet and really becomes your friend. She knows eaxctly how to make the planning process so much easier.

Christine is AMAZING! That is the only thing I can say. She is worth every penny AND reasonably priced. She is insanely organized, has great contacts, and in general, is just a great person to have around on your wedding day to calm you down and put you at ease. I would recommend her in a second.

I used Exquisite Affairs as my wedding coordinators and they also did all of my decor. They were great-- super responsive and open to listening to my ideas. I only met with Tara once and then communicated with Tara and Christine over email/phone (which was what I preferred) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the final result on the day of my wedding. Tara and Christine did an amazing job on the decor! All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was. We had wanted an Indian mandap for our ceremony and they were even able to pull that off perfectly even though I'm sure it's not something they do on a regular basis! Wedding coordinators should make planning stress free and Tara and Christine did that for me. I was totally at ease on my wedding day and leading up to it because I knew that they were in control. I also used Laurie to make programs and table numbers and she was great as well and much more reasonably priced than a lot of other companies that I looked at.

Tara was my day of planner. She was perfect - super nice, professional, reliable, quick to respond to any crazy conerns I had and did her job on the day of perfectly. Price point is unbeatable in Manhattan. I did not hire a day of planner until about two months out, but I was glad I did. Even if you are super organized and have planned everything (which I was), hiring Tara just for piece of mind on the day of your wedding, is money very well spent in my opinion.

If could give more stars I would!!! Christine and EAP made our wedding day more wonderful than I ever thought possible and were there every step of the way... From venue scouting, to florists, invites, photography, dj and every little thing in between. And to top it all off, my wedding dress was horribly stained after taking pictures outside and before I could even get upset, Christine and her highly skilled team had the stains out just in time for the ceremony!! I highly recommend their services for any bride to be!!

I don't think my wedding would have ever ran so smooth if it weren't for EAP. Christine Viola paired me up with wedding planner, Annie Fonseca, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment Annie and I met, she made me feel secure and assured me that she would be with me every step of the way. She never left my side. She was always very responsive to my emails, phone calls and even my texts. She even attended vendor meetings with me.

My father passed away 11 years ago, and my biggest fear was that I was not going to make it through the day due to my emotions. Up until the wedding, Annie comforted me and gave me advice on how to deal with the situation at hand. I couldn't have asked for more! She truly went above and beyond to make it all possible for me, my husband and my family!

I also worked very closely with Laurie, who creates different kinds of stationary at EAP. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end product. She produced my save the dates, table numbers, seating charts, favor tags and menus. Everything was beautifully coordinated and produced in excellent timing.

I hired Tara to provide partial wedding planning services as I needed help selecting/managing vendors, managing/allocating my budget, and coordinating the big day. Tara was great. She has an amazing book of vendors. For example, before hiring her, I had already met with 5 photographers and was driving myself nuts. After I hired her, we met with one photographer who met all of my criteria and the pricing for photo and video was less than what I was getting for photo on my own. Tara also recommended my DJ, limo and shuttle van service.

She was very good at keeping me in line when I wanted things that were clearly out of my budget. I am an impulse buyer and therefore having her there as my voice of reason was important for keeping me in budget.

Tara was also great at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Her timeline was spot on, my hair stylist also said that its the best timeline he has seen.

Tara was also great in dealing it my not-so-great florist. Tara recommeded her florist but I decided to go with the florist recommended by the venue, a decision that I now regret. After the wedding, Tara followed-up with the florist to ensure that I would get my money back and I did. I was so thankful to have her handle that situation while I was honeymooning.

Her organizational skills were remarkable and because of her services, I felt confident the entire week of the wedding that every last detail was under control. What can I say but that I agree 100% with all the rave reviews? Christine was the ideal day-of coordinator in every respect: totally organized, helpful, cheerful, and calm, both during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. The little suggestions she made along the way saved us tons of money, and she was always available by email to answer my dumb questions about details. I shudder to think what we would have done without her--and this is coming from someone who didn't get the point of day-of coordinators until we met Christine. If I have one regret about my wedding, it's that we didn't hire Christine and her team to manage the ENTIRE process. Doing so would have saved us so much money and stress!

Christine was truly amazing--she thought of things I never would have planned for (and I consider myself a very careful person!). She was on top of everything, from contracts to budgets to dates. I can't imagine what my wedding would have been like without her. The best thing is that Christine is warm and open-minded, so even though she's doing all the boring nitty-gritty stuff (e.g. negotiating with vendors), you still end up with your own vision for the wedding.

Christine Viola and Exquisite Affairs Productions were wonderful to work with! I am so glad we decided to move forward with a wedding planner. The day was perfect and seamless. Christine is an infectious presence to have around and ALWAYS entertained every minute detailed question we had thrown her way. Not only did we always look forward to meeting her, but we would often stray off of the subject of the wedding since she had become such a welcome, comforting friend in addition to a wedding planner.

Christine's excellent taste in choice is reflected in her staff. We partnered with Exquisite Affairs to create our invitations/wedding stationery and Laurie Coreas did an amazing job. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to communicate my vision with elegance (since it involved robots) but they turned out exactly as I would have wanted them and we received a ton of compliments on the unique way we presented ourselves.

The only complaint I can voice is that my husband and I cannot get married multiple times in a year and use her services on a daily basis!

Christine is the absolute best!!!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty! I used her for day of event but she met with my fiancé and I on numerous occasions and even joined us on an appointment with a vendor. She would answer my calls, texts and emails immediately. I hired Christine for my 7/30/11 wedding as a "day of" coordinator and I could not have been happier. On first communication, she was nothing but kind, honest, and helpful. Leading up to my big day she helped wrangle in my vendors and provided a comprehensive itinerary that made it impossible for anyone in our bridal party to have any questions. On the actual day of she was key in band aid placing, stain removing, tip and payment distributing and making sure we stayed on track with time. I couldn't have been happier and was well worth it.

My wedding planning was really rough. We had so many unexpected bumps in the road, including a glitch with our wedding venue where we had to change venues two months before our wedding date, and Annie and Christine and Tara at EAP were with us every step of the way to make sure that everything was perfectly smooth the day of the wedding. As far as EAP being a value, I would say it was easily one of the wisest things we spent our money on. They gave us a checklist a few weeks before the wedding, which made us realize exactly what loose ends we needed to tie up and what we needed to address - things we never would have thought of, which was a huge help. And the day of the wedding, they made sure everything was executed flawlessly - I'm pretty hands on, and it's not like they made themselves invisible, which I appreciated, they just knew where everyone was and had everything scheduled perfectly so I wasn't worried about any of that.

And I need to give a TON of credit to Laurie, their in-house designer who made our invitations at literally half the cost of most of the other vendors I looked at (including print-your-own and Etsy vendors). She would respond to all my emails within 24 hours (all the ladies would, actually) and we had gorgeous invitations, which had to be reprinted as a result of our venue change, and which Laurie redesigned in a day.

We also used their recommendation for our wedding photographer, Yun Gen Yang, and he was amazing. So not only are we so grateful for the help they gave us the day-of, but they gave us two excellent vendor suggestions that we were thrilled with.

EAP and Christine was exactly what we needed to help us with the demands of planning a wedding. We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from our guests and have already referred other brides to her. Great job!

Tara from EAP was an amazing coordinator. I hired EAP for day-of coordinating services, but Tara was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She helped me find my hair stylist, makeup artist and florist with her knowledgeable and honest recommendations. She recommended those vendors she had worked with before, and all of those vendors trusted her. The vendors she recommended were alll amazing, and not least of all, Tara was amazing.

The whole wedding planning process can be really stressful, but she is so organized and helpful. I am a huge control and organizational freak, and I needed someone to be like me on the day of the wedding so I wouldn't have to worry about it. She had everything together, kept us all on time and helped everything run smoothly, from being the main contact for all of the vendors on the day of the wedding to removing my veil for the reception without messing up my hair.

She was so much more than just a day-of coordinator, and all of my bridesmaids even noted how great she was to have around. I highly recommend Tara and EAP for day-of coordination - it is an awesome value - at the time, it cost only $750 for everything that she did. There was no limit on communication - I emailed her constantly throughout the year before my wedding, and she was always very responsive in a timely fashion.

I worked with Annie from EAP and she was amazing! I had her as my day-of-wedding coordinator and she made everything run smoothly...there were absolutely no problems at all!! It was all just as I had imagined it would go. Working with Annie was such a breeze, she came over to my apartment beforehand for a meeting to go over the timeline for the wedding day, and it felt really comfortable and natural having her involved. On the Big Day it was just as if she was one of my friends helping my get ready. Even though she is super friendly and easy to get along with, you can also tell that she takes her job very seriously and she definitely was not afraid to speak up if something/someone was not in their proper place. She was also always there, at any moment, that I needed her (not sure how she manages to be in a million places at once!) and it was a great comfort to me to have her by my side. Annie is wonderful and I highly recommend her to any bride out there!!

I can\'t begin to tell you how happy I am that we went with EAP!!! My Husband & I just got married a few weeks ago here in NYC & it was amazing. We had a tight budget (especially for NY)- and needed to pay for EVERYTHING for our wedding ourselves A-Z. We are both in our late 20\'s so obviously budget was our biggest hurdle. I tried for about 6 months to plan everything on my own & am pretty proud of what we found & started to plan without outside help.. but the time came when finding every vendor to fit our budget, figure out every little detail & manage everything while working a very demanding job - became too much. May 28th 2011...he day we had been waiting for & working toward forever. \r\n\r\nI can tell you brides out there - honestly - YOU NEED TO HAVE A DAY OF COORDINATOR. I dont care WHAT your budget is - you HAVE to make it a priority. Because in doing so, you make YOURSELF a priority. You give yourself the gift of a NO stress day - a day full of love & laughter that YOU can actually enjoy. EAP will make sure that everything in the background runs smoothly so you dont have to even think about it. Christine & her staff will come fully prepared with everything you could POSSIBLY need for the day (in my case that meant a steamer for last minute dress touch ups - Phew). They will also take charge & manage everyone (including bmaids, mothers etc). They will make sure you eat, drink etc so you dont pass out (bc you WILL forget to eat!).They will be there ALL day - for your every need. I promise you - you will not be disappointed. Christine from EAP was AMAZING!!! I got married in May and I could not have planned my wedding with out her. Christine is so professional (knows everything about the wedding business and is familiar with all venues/ vendors), warm, personable, extremely organized, and most importantly, makes you feel so calm during the entire process. Christine goes above and beyond what you'd expect from any wedding planner. My husband and entire wedding party kept commenting how wonderful she was. I cannot recommend her enough. Christine is terrific!!!

A big topic of the day after the wedding was how great & indispensable Tara was. She was amazingly helpful, kind, and a great addition to the entire planning/day of process.

My father was willfully ignorant of the idea of a wedding planner at the beginning. I explained how the last thing I (or my mom) wanted to do on my wedding day was think about flower placement, scheduling, or staff. All we'd want to think about was the excitement of getting married. Moreover, I just wanted my mom by my side, not worrying about the details. I am pretty sure my dad saying "getting a wedding planner was a great idea" was one of the best I-told-you-so moments of my life!

Though I was on a "Day of Coordination" package, Tara's responsiveness & helpfulness over email was perfect to get me through the planning process. I am a total control freak, but Tara's obvious professionalism made her the best & most trusted source of advice. As I coordinated vendors (except flowers, which by the way were the PERFECT!), Tara's advice along the way was indispensable. And of course, she helped the entire week prior and on our wedding day was on point at all times. Not only did Tara respond to every email chock full o'questions that I sent, but her proactive email reminders and questions helped me out daily. Again, there is not anything I would change about the planning or the results. It was possibly the best wedding ever :) Thanks to Tara, I could dance like a crazylady and just be happy about being married.

Christine Viola is the most amazing wedding coordinator out there. She was our oxygen during the whole process. Although we hired her only as our day of wedding coordinator, she went above and beyond her call of duty. She hooked us up with the right team needed do make the wedding of our dreams. From the hair and makeup to the florists, she will take care of everything.
Even after the wedding when we were out of the country, she took care of some billing conflicts for us.
Her value far exceeds what her service fee is.
Her persona is a ray of light, if she is available for your date - book her ASAP!!

The best money spent on our wedding was hiring Christine and Tara as our day-of-coordinators. Lets face it, weddings are stressful no matter how simply you try to do it, and these ladies will help you de-stress because you know they are on top of it. Christine gracefully executed all the moveable parts of our wedding, so that I didn't have to worry about a thing that day. Even my hard to please dad was blown away by her professionalism. They are also very reasonable compared to many coordinators.

Christine was my planner and she was a lifesaver. My wedding ran so smoothly with no problems.

The wedding process ran smoothly as well. I was a super nervous bride but Christine was really helpful in always being quickly responsive to my emails and questions which was incredibly helpful when you have a million things on your mind.

Amazing! Christine and EAP were there for me every step of the way. Calming my fears and heading off any issues before I even knew about them. She was organized and detailed and kept us all on schedule. My one regret is that I didn't hire EAP for the whole night. When she gone I really missed her. I used Christine Viola as my day-of coordinator based on so many excellent reviews I had read on weddingwire and elsewhere. What else can be said about Christine! She was one of my most favorite vendors and was frankly, just cool. She made me feel so relaxed during the entire day getting ready, trying to get from the hotel to the venue, making sure we weren't running behind schedule, etc. Christine also helped me into my dress and was a pro! She also made me a temporary bustle (I had a separate reception dress), so I could walk around and take pictures...which was totally awesome!

We hired Christine as our Day of Coordinator, but that title hardly describes the invaluable services she provides. From the moment we signed our contract she was available by email to answer any questions we had, and give us honest opinions about vendors we were considering and their rates (and she responds to email faster than anyone I've ever met!). A few weeks before the wedding we met to review all the details of the ceremony and reception and Christine was easily able to help us work out the order of our processional and the schedule of the days events, to give us guidance when we were undecided about something, and to put us at ease. A few days later she sent us a full outline of the schedule including everything from the names of the people in the wedding party, to the names of the songs that should be played and when, to the names and contact information for all of our vendors. She then forwarded that to all of the vendors and confirmed their arrival times for the day so we didn't have to (which saved us a ton of time during the busy week before the wedding).

Christine made our rehearsal run perfectly (and got us finished on time), and handled a million little details for the day of so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Along with her amazing assistant she handled all of the logistics and if anything went wrong, we certainly never knew about it. We cannot recommend EAP and Christine enough - she made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

I used Christine to help me plan my entire 225 person wedding in Brooklyn. She did a phenomenal job. Honestly. I was so happy with the results of the wedding - not a THING went wrong... in fact, everything exceeded my expectations. I was so relaxed throughout the whole planning process because I knew that Christine wouldn't let anything fall through the cracks. Without her I would have been up all night stressing over what little detail I forgot, or worrying about what else I needed to do. NONE OF THAT with Christine & EAP!

I would also like to add that one of the best parts of working with Christine and her crew is that they are REALLY laid back while still on their game. I met with other planners who stressed me out in the first 5 minutes. I felt that Christine was so relaxed that it translated to my demeanor leading up to and during the ceremony and reception. I kept telling my now husband throughout the process that working with Christine is like working with a friend. We had so many laughs and spent so much time together I would forget she was my wedding planner!

Another invaluable asset is that EAP has really great connections with vendors. Christine cut down SO much time for us by recommending her favorite vendors. They were familiar with Christine and her crew, were great to work with, and most importantly each vendor produced amazing results.

I can not say enough good things about Christine and her team - Tara & Janine - it blows my mind that they had other brides while I was working with them. I swear I felt like the only one! Thank you EAP for a fabulous job. XOXO

We worked with Christine Viola for our August 2010 wedding at Battery Gardens. We had the something blue package and Christine blew our expectations out of the water. It was truly some of the best money that we spent on the entire wedding. I would have given 10/5 stars on value for cost if possible! Christine gave us such great advice and was beyond helpful the day of the wedding. We had already begun booking some of our vendors when I first reached out to EAP, but had not yet found a florist. Christine suggested someone that she had worked with in the past and even agreed to come with us to meet him. Using this florist instead of the ones that we were looking at saved us thousands of dollars. That recommendation in and of itself was worth hiring her!

Christine has a wonderful, bubbly personality, but not too the extent that it irritating! She was refreshingly honest and really gave her honest opinion. The times that we met with her, she provided us with great advice and really made me feel like I would not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding.

Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and it was so helpful knowing that if something came up, Christine would be there to handle it! We had a couple minor things (i forgot my veil for pictures, my husband cut his finger and didnt have a bandaid) and Christine took care of everything!!! She was the best!

Christine is amazing! Everything about working with her was fantastic. We hired her for full event coordination and I dont know how we would have done it without her. People were commenting on how calm I was during the whole wedding process and it was all because of her. She is absolutely amazing!!! Laurie also was amazing. The invitations were the best. I hired Christine at the beginning of my wedding planning. I knew that I did not want to go through the hassle of planning a wedding without a planner. I didnt have the time and frankly, i just hate stressing. Christine was the best. Not only was she one of the most inexpensive planners I interviewed, she was 100% on board from the get go. I got married on 7/31/10 and Tara was our DOC. We couldn't have done it without her. From our first meeting to the big day, Tara was extremely knowledgable and organized, helping us with even the smallest details that you wouldn't ever think about (ie tipping and who needs to remember to take grandma's cake knife home after the wedding)! We found her attention to detail very important, especially when it came to her incredible day-of schedule that she created weeks in advance so we had time to tweak. I had a huge bridal party consisting of 14 bridesmaids, 12 groomsmen, 2 ring bearers and a flower girl and was so nervous about making sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time, but thanks to Tara, I didn't have to think about it for a second. The weeks leading up to and the wedding day ran so smoothly and I can only imagine the chaos if Tara was not there! If you are looking for an amazing and fantastically priced (I did A LOT of research) DOC than Tara from EAP is the way to go.

Christine was invaluable! I was planning a wedding in New York while living a thousand miles from the city, and I couldn't have done it without her. Christine worked with me for months prior to the wedding making sure all of the small details came together. The vendors that she recommended were also wonderful....Danny Weiss, Stacy Pitt, Anita Nouryeh and Flowers by Emil. If you are having a wedding in the New York area Christine is the planner you MUST have!

I knew from the minute I met Tara that I was going to love working with her and she did not disappoint. Even though I only hired her to help with the rehearsal and day-of-coordination, she was available to me (usually within a few minutes of me sending an email) to answer any question I might have along the way, even while on maternity leave! Likewise, she introduced me to her impressive vendor list, recommending my hair and makeup vendors, who were equally amazing. Besides being fun to hang out with, having Tara around allowed me to relax and enjoy my day, knowing everything was in her very capable hands. Case in point - when the ceremony before ours was running almost 2 hours late, Tara handled everything without me even having to know about it until later. Even our guests remarked how grateful they were that she thought to hold up the buses to save them having to stand outside the church. That's my definition of the perfect coordinator.

One of the best "vendors" Tara referred me to was Laurie, who was equally as awesome. She designed my dream invitation suite and the DIY print option allowed me to get top of the line invitations without breaking my budget. At every step in the process Laurie was a pleasure to work with and always responded to my millions of questions and edits with a smile! I cannot even begin to describe how many of our guests LOVED our invitations.

Hollie was absolutely amazing, I cannot imagine my day without her. I hired her for the day of the wedding however, she was there way beforehand for suggestions, always answered emails and provided feedback to my questions/suggestions. She was on point and knew EXACTLY where everything needed to go and what needed to be done. A great point of contact for all my vendors and the wedding party. If you are wondering if you should hire her, think no more, its a no-brainer!! she was beyond wonderful!

If, on a scale of 1-5, I could give Christine Viola 100 stars, I would. She could easily double her prices and still be an incredible value. In our first interaction, I said I'd like a middle-tier day-of coordination package, and Christine responded with, "Oh no, your venue has a lot of staff, and they're great, so you should go with a cheaper package." What?!?! I'd spent the prior 6 months feeling as if I were continually being fleeced by wedding vendors, and here was Christine, telling me to spend less on her services?! But this is Christine -- honest, straightforward, and extraordinarily knowledgable about what you'll need, who your other vendors are, and how to get shit done. She's a true professional -- very fast on email and awesomely detail-oriented. When my fiance and I were struggling to find an affordable florist, Christine hooked us up with one of her own who beat all our quotes (and she personally managed an insane ebay search for vases). When I emailed her THREE DAYS before the wedding, freaking out about how terrible my alterations had been, she hooked me up with an absolute saint of a seamstress, who somehow fixed everything with time to spare. On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere and doing everything and keeping me calm all at the same time. Christine Viola made our wedding happen. I'm profoundly grateful.

It is so hard to put into words just how wonderful Christine and the ladies at EAP are. For a busy working attorney bride, she was every resource you could imagine all wrapped into one and all of the support you could ever ask for. For the nervous bride with half international guests, she was complete peace of mind. Hiring Christine and EAP was the best decision i could possibly have made. I certainly would not be married had she not been there every step of the way to reassure me, help make decisions and truly see my vision from day one. We instantly clicked and she knew exactly how to make my special day just that...the day i dreamed of and didn't even know it. I booked Christine from EAP for my 04/24/10 wedding and she was a great help and asset to my wedding. As soon as I met her, I knew she would be the coordinator for me; it also helped that she already knew how to handle an Indian wedding. She was always there when I had a question; quick to respond to my emails. She was there when the zipper of my bridesmaid's dress ripped; she sewed it up in no time. She was there to shuffle around the parents, etc. after the ceremony (it was not an easy job, trust me). She was there to put together my candy buffet. She was just a wonderful addition to my vendors and I have no regrets booking her for my wedding. I would definitely recommend her to other brides; her prices are reasonable and she's a doll to work with.

Christine Viola from EAP was the day-of-coordinator for our wedding in April 2010, and I can't say enough good things about her services!! I had heard such amazing things about her online from previous brides, and she met and exceeded all my expectations. Christine was so friendly and approachable yet very professional at all times. She met with us a couple times before the wedding to go over the details of our wedding, and in doing this she reminded me about important aspects of the wedding planning that I had completely neglected! And even though this wasn't part of my contract, she also recommended a few vendors that we ended up using (including our DJ, whom we loved as well). She was always quick to respond to all my emails and was extremely organized. During the week before the wedding, she contacted all my vendors about logistics and made sure everyone had a copy of our day-of schedule. It was SO nice not to have to worry about this myself; the week before the wedding can be really hectic!! On the day-of, she kept everyone on task and helped us do a quick rehearsal since we hadn't done one yet. My bridesmaids were so impressed by how helpful Christine was and still talk about her to this day! To give an example of how Christine went above and beyond: once we arrived at the ceremony venue on the actual wedding day, I realized I had left all the money to pay the vendors back at the hotel where we got ready. So during cocktail hour, Christine offered to go back to the hotel with one of my bridesmaids so that my husband and I (and our parents) could relax and continue to enjoy the food. I definitely recommended her services to any bride, and especially for the value, it's absolutely worth it!

Tara was such a phenomenal resource during our wedding planning phase. She made this phase as stress free as possible. For the 9 months leading up to our wedding she was there for us every step of the way. She provided great recommendations for all vendors and always kept our budget in mind when making recommendations or providing advice. She attended all vendor meetings, took great notes and was a buffer between me and the vendors! She was extremely responsive. If we were looking for something, she would get all the info on it and would help us make our choices. The day of our wedding, all went without any problems that we knew about. She made sure that whatever we wanted to happen during our wedding day happened even if we forgot and kept us on schedule. Just to have the extra person to help was awesome.
She is the best money we spent on any vendor for our wedding. Her services were absolutely invaluable, and on the day of we seriously don’t know what we would have done without her; if we needed it done, she was there to do it. We didn't have to worry about the detail. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hollie was our planner for our April 2010 wedding and she was simply amazing. We used Hollie for Day of Coordination, and she could not have been more calm, organized, or helpful. I plan events for work, and knew I did not want to deal with that stress on my wedding day! Her pre-event checklists made certain that we had all the details ironed out, and that she was aware of any potential areas of concern. On the day of Hollie was incredible - she kept everyone calm, things on schedule, and everything ran smoothly despite some last minute issues - including our venue's main entrance being shut! Hollie handled it all, and I never once had to stress out, I got to relax, enjoy, and eat! She was a total professional, we loved her!

We contacted Exquisite Affairs Productions Inc., when we realized that, with our busy schedules and never-ending wedding to-do list, we could not do it all by ourselves. We needed some help and with less than a month before our wedding, we needed it fast.

Friends of ours had hired Christine Viola from Exquisite Affairs Productions Inc. for their wedding (a year before) and raved about how professional, organized and super friendly she was. We sent an email to Christine, hoping she was available last minute, at one of the busiest times for weddings in NYC. We received a quick response from Christine and luckily she was able to work us into her schedule!

Christine Viola went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations of her assistance with our wedding.

We had no clue how many important details we were missing, until Christine helped us organize our scattered information and drew up a simple, easy to follow plan. She also created a schedule that had the foresight to reflect realistic timing and a comfortable pace for both ceremony and reception. Christine kept all of our vendors aware, advised and helped orchestrate their deliveries, rentals, and on-site preparations. When our DJ arrangement fell through, she got us in contact with an amazing DJ, that our friends are still talking about.

If that weren't enough, when my maid of honor realized her dress still had a security tag on it, Christine assured her that everything would be alright, and then rushed to the Macys in downtown Brooklyn to have the tag removed. It was back in my maid-of-honor's hands in record time. Did I also mention that she picked up our cupcakes AND ran to our house when we realized we forgot our cake toppers at home?

Nothing ever goes perfect for a wedding, but with Christine in charge, you wouldn't even know it. As far as I was concerned, the day was smooth as butter. I had no clue our officiant got lost or that one of our ceremony readers got stuck in traffic. If there were any other last minute concerns, I didn't notice and I wouldn't know. Christine handled everything with swift grace and humor.

When it was finally time for me to walk down the aisle, my knees were buckling and shaking so hard that I was afraid I would fall – but Christine was right there to keep me calm. She smiled sweetly and reminded me to take a breath and enjoy the moment.

I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone planning a wedding...

I just can't stay enough good things about Christine of Exquisite Affairs Production. She was one of the most critical component of making my wedding happen - so much so that I included her in my thank-you toast during the reception. If you are looking at wedding planning services, here are a few points of advice I have in hindsight:
1. If you have a small budget for your wedding, and are debating about whether or not you should even "splurge" on a wedding planner, CALL CHRISTINE. I couldn't even figure out how to include cake in my budget, let alone a planner. But she made it all happen. She was always my advocate in any negotiation with vendor. She had resources I couldn't possibly think of. Every single dollar that I spent on her - I would have spent three times as much elsewhere.
2. If you have decided you needed a planner, but you aren't sure who to have, CALL CHRISTINE. She has that infectious personality that will draw you in immediately. She appreciates my vision, she allows me to make my choices, but she helps me so much with the logistics I don't know how I could have done without her.
3. If you already planned your wedding, but just need a DOC, CALL CHRISTINE. Having her there on the wedding day was amazing - she knew how to do EVERYTHING. My husband's tux button fell off - 5 minutes later, Christine got it sewn back on. I decided half way through the reception that I wanted my dress off the floor just a little, she got to work to modify my bustle in 15 minutes. I delivered my DIY flowers to her that morning with vases in boxes and flowers in pots and pans, and the reception site looked so beautiful that I didn't recognize my own decor. You know those TV shows that has the bride walking into the reception going "Oh My God!" I always thought that was just drama for TV. But no, that was me. And on my wedding day, not once did I have to worry about anything. I didn't even hear about it. Christine covered it all.

Let's just say that even my parents, who are hippies that got married in the 1960s for 200 dollars and who think "the wedding industry is out to get us" fell in love with Christine.

Most importantly, if you are looking for someone who shares the vision of your wedding, and who will be there to execute it so that you can enjoy the best day of your life, you want to have someone that is honest, trustworthy, and fun to be around. Christine is one of those people. I am thankful she planned my wedding, and I am even more thankful for the friendship we have developed.

I can't imagine having a wedding without having hired Christine. We were married February 6th at the Central Park Boat House. We could not possibly have been happier with Christine's service. She made our wedding day experience truly stress free. From sewing my shoes together right before the ceremony to dealing with our family stresses to making sure very single detail of the day was perfect, Christine was a blessing and a super star. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding without any worries. Our family and wedding party loved her, too. Christine went above and beyond. She also exercised patience. No question was too small or dumb. She handled every task successfully and swiftly. And on top of all that, Christine has a great and witty personality. Christine truly made our wedding planning experience stress-free and fun! We also used her recommended vendors - Agaton Strom (photography), Sally Duvall (makeup), Expressway Music (DJ), Florist (Flowers by Emil), Golden Moments (videographer) and transportation (Express Bus) - and they are all fantastic!

In addition to the wedding planning, Laurie Coreas helped us with our Save the Dates and our Rehearsal Dinner invitations. Laurie designed both to capture the theme and essence of our events. They were beautiful, and we could not have been happier!

Once our wedding was over, we truly missed Christine. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Do yourself favor, and enlist Christine's services. She is the BEST and you will be forever grateful.

My husband & I engaged EAP for full service wedding planning including day of coordination. It was the best decision we made. We both have demanding executive level jobs and mine requires occasional unexpected travel. We hired Christine on June 29, 2009 and got married on January 9, 2010 and had a beautiful wedding at Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City and a fantastic reception at the Royalton Mansion in Rosyln Heights, NY. We could not have done it without Christine. She is extremely reliable, professional and responsive. She utilizes email the majority of the time and you can count on her to get back to you very quickly. She is experienced and I relied on her advice and judgment. She is resourceful.

Her vendor recommendations are top notch. We had visited the Royalton before hiring EAP, and Christine suggested some other venues which helped us confirm our decision. She was helpful in reviewing the contract with the Royalton and providing advice. When I was unhappy with the restrictions on the florist at the Royalton, she helped me come up with a beautiful non-floral centerpiece solution that was gorgeous and incorporated all the elements of my vision for the reception. She is attentive to budget and helped us find cost savings solutions whenever possible. She recommended a DJ and photographer who were fabulous. Because we could rely on Christine, we did not have to spend our time doing hours of research on vendors. She also found me hair and make up stylists who were much more affordable than the Manhattan stylists and who did a terrific job.

We had many guests from out of town and needed blocks of hotel rooms. She took care of this for us. She found two great hotels and got us great rates. She also coordinated shuttle service for us between all of our locations.

The week of the wedding, I asked her if we could squeeze in a videographer for the ceremony and she came through immediately with a very reasonable price. Talk about service!

Christine is also extremely friendly and personable. During the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she was helpful, professional and not intrusive. I knew she was there but no one else did! She is lovely and you should hire her!

EAP also has a graphic designer - Laurie - who designed our wedding invitations. She is wonderful too. She did exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable cost. We wanted an art deco look and she achieved it very quickly and even designed a cool logo for us that we used in a few other places too (without going overboard). Laurie also assembled and mailed our invitations for us at the last minute due to unexpected business travel for me at minimal cost (so worth it!). She is terrific. Our invitations and thank-you cards are unique and cost-effective but look classy and expensive.

Christine was mediocre at best. Throughout the process of planning my wedding she was helpful by giving advice on vendors. She helped me save on my flowers by recommending a great florist. I was so excited to have hired her and was even recommending her to other engaged friends prior to my event. I liked her upbeat, can-do personality. I felt she would be the one to be able to make sure my event would be perfect. After all, With all these good internet reviews how could I go wrong? Well On the wedding day it was like she wasn't even there. The only good thing she did was get me slippers because my feet hurt and fixed a flower mix-up. The whole day my bride-maids kept wondering where my coordinator was. Christine did an ok job overall on the wedding day but totally screwed us the days after. I truly felt I didn't even need her on the day. If fact it would have been cheaper for me if I hadn't hired her. I lost so much money because of her. She had offered to do us the favor of mailing our linens back for us the day after the wedding. We of course said yes as we were tired and stressed from the days events. In the end she totally screwed me by doing me the "favor" of mailing my rented linens to the wrong address. She did not notify me that the linens had not successfully been delivered to the linens company till a week after my wedding right before we were supposed to head out on our honeymoon. By then the company had already held me to our contract stipulating that if I did not return the linens in the manner specified in their contract I owned their linens and had to pay their prices. I had to pay over 4K dollars, while on our honeymoon, for the linens on top of the 1k rental fees. I had used a linen service she had recommended. She had stated she had used the company before. Why would I doubt she would get it wrong if she stated she had used the company before? She first stated that my reception hall did not include a shipping label with a return address which is why she used a different address. When I finally got possession of the linens I found the original return label at the bottom of the box with my linens. It was then I realized that I lost so much money because she had been completely negligent. When I brought this to her attention and asked her to pay for my loss she stated she would counter sue me for her shipping costs. She did not even say she was sorry or even admit to her mistake. In fact she said I was lucky that she did me the "favor" and for the services she provided. Last time I checked "favors" shouldn't amount to a 4k dollar loss. She would not have had all those shipping costs if she had shipped the linens to the right place in the first place. I can't tell you the amount of stress my husband and I went through during out honeymoon and for two months after my wedding just trying to get the linens back and losing so much money only to find out that it was caused by negligence. All she had to do was look in the box and she would have found the label with the right address. I really regret not having told her "No. Thank you." when she offered to return the linens for us. I was still home the day after the wedding and would have done it properly. I guess having dealt with all the crazy wedding planning I felt I could trust a professional to handle my linens properly. I was wrong. If something has to be done perfectly do it yourself no matter how much harder it might seem at the time. In the end I was highly disappointed. I am not the kind of person to write a bad review but truly felt the DOC was negligent. I truly wish I had been one of the other more fortunate ladies who were able to write rave reviews.

I used Christine's day of service. She was absolutly fantastic. She gave me some great reccomendations for vendors, and everyone I used exceeded my expectations. Christine was absolutly priceless on the day of the wedding. I did not have to worry about a single thing (and we got married in a snow storm!) Even my husband was impressed and has not stopped talking about how fantastic she was! Christine is professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I would recommend EAP to anyone! Working with her was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding.

I worked with Hollie Pena Holmes as my day-of coordinator, and her work was outstanding. She always made sure my needs were met, and served as the point person for my ginormous bridal party, and all the vendors. I honestly don't know how a person could plan a wedding without someone like Hollie there on the wedding day to make sure it all goes smoothly! I especially appreciated that she came out in some seriously bad weather, and stayed the entire time I needed her in spite of that weather. Thank you to Hollie so so much for an incredible day!!!

My husband and I loved Exquisite Affairs Productions. As soon as we got engaged, I contacted Christine about planning our wedding based on the amazing comments on different wedding websites. We were never disappointed in our decision. From scouting locations to shopping for my dress to managing our family members, Christine more than earned her fee. She stayed within our budget (even when we didn't), and recommended amazing vendors, including Laurie from EAP who did all of our stationary. Laurie was also so easy to work with and stayed extremely professional, even when I came up with new ideas at the last minute. From the rehearsal dinner invitations to the out of town gift boxes, she designed them all. After the wedding, we got amazing comments from our guests about the wedding and the entire experience was more than we hoped for. Do not get married in NYC without EAP!!! They are the best in the business!!!

Another amazing vendor. So, I thought that since I hired Christine for the “day of”, that meant that I had to plan everything, hand everything over to her fully planned, and she would run the show on my wedding day. I was starting to bang my head against a wall towards the end trying to work out the timing of everything. (Example: I have to wait until I hear back from the photographers regarding how early we should leave for outdoor pictures, given that it’s winter and the sun sets early, before I contact the ladies doing hair and make-up to work out what time they’ll get started, and on and on, etc.) Then I met with Christine about a month before the wedding and she’s like, “No, I’ll take care of all that.” She will “coordinate” the day of your wedding; she’ll contact vendors and work out what time they’ll need to arrive/make deliveries, etc. Suddenly, overnight—poof—my wedding was planned. She totally took care of things when I e-mailed her the day before my wedding because I decided I wanted votives on the fireplace, and the morning of my wedding when I told her there were 20 (that’s right, 20!!!) last minute, weather-related no shows, and she calmly eliminated a table/switched around seating assignments, all unphased. She kept everyone on time on our wedding day…and she was nice about it (I’m not sure all wedding planners are) and was definitely a calming influence. Oh, I forgot to mention that she also magically produced glue for false eyelashes when we realized we were in need!

I had Christine Viola as my Day of Coordinator and she was an absolute dream to work with. She was so pleasant and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about her or her company. If you're in need of a top not wedding planner she should definitely be your first choice.

Christine did a phenomenal job helping with day-of wedding coordination. She covered all details and was always one step ahead of us. And when White Castle wouldn't deliver our end of the night snacks, she went out and picked them up for us! Would hire her again in a heartbeat. If I'd known about EAP earlier into the wedding planning, I would have hired her for full wedding planning services!

Christine Viola of Exquisite Affairs was a god send. She kept me calm, on schedule and stress free the entire wedding weekend. She offered plenty of vendor advice and handled all the snafus that occurred on the wedding day without involving me or letting me know. Laurie did my invitations, place cards, etc. and I couldn't have been happier with the finished products. Laurie was extremely patient with designing all the elements and I loved and was so proud of everything she created.

Tara Geremia is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I spent a LONG 18 months planning our wedding without a wedding planner. When I started to get overwhelmed, I called several planners who wanted to charge me upwards of $10,000...for what...I don't know! A coworker used Christine from EAP for their DOC and told me it was the best $ they spent. He said "Trust me, you will thank me later."
From the second I met Tara I knew I was in good hands. My career as a tv producer makes me completely OCD when it comes to details. Tara said, "Don't worry, I will 'produce' your wedding day."
She took over when it came to dealing with all of my vendors. That, in and of itself, is worth every penny. The LAST thing you want to do the week before your wedding is deal with vendors, schedules and payments.
Tara's detailed timeline of our wedding day made me feel like everything was in order. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when.
I can't tell you how happy I was to see Tara when she arrived at my bridal suite. She was so calm, so helpful. She fit in so well with my family and bridal party. She sorted everything out. My mum got a little cut on her finger and Tara was there in an instant with a band-aid. My mother still raves about her to this day:)
NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. Well, at least nothing that I know of...I know Tara was taking care of everything. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I said, "Can you imagine if we didn't have Tara?"
Brides-to-be...I cannot recommend Tara enough. She will give you peace of mind. She will take care of everything.
I was Tara's last wedding before she has her baby. I was honored! Her calm demeanor coupled with her awesome sense of humor will make her one heck of a Mama:)

Christine was a welcomed addition to our wedding day and one that we could not have lived without. First and foremost she is a professional. More importantly, she is kind. When Christine arrived at my house the day of our wedding, I felt as though another friend had just arrived to celebrate.

Christine was always able to assist us with wedding details both large and small. She was quick to respond to emails and quick to offer support. She was essential during the most chaotic moments of our wedding (most of which I probably did not even realize were happening.)

Christine helped me to laugh when things went wrong and was genuinely happy when they went well. She clearly loves what she does. When I reflect back on that day, I will always be grateful that Christine was a part of it.

As I had a vineyard wedding, and essentially had to hire out everything from the caterer to the linens, I don't know how I would have pulled it off. I contacted EAP about their day of coordination packages. I booked with Christine almost immediately. She was the best vendor I booked. She took care of everything that I forgot to take care of (which was a lot). I had a hard time with a few of my other vendors and Christine helped me deal with them and find last minute replacements for a few of them. My entire wedding day went so smoothly because of her. My adorable little cousin ran up and hugged me with penne ala vodka all over her mouth... got sauce all over the front of my dress. I thought my dress was ruined. We hired her as a "Day of" Coordinator, but she was in touch for about 3 months prior giving advice about how to handle certain things. Exquisite Affairs are the fantastic unseen power behind their events. We have worked together on a couple of weddings in the past and they have always done an amazing job at keeping everything together. I particularly remember one wedding where the bride got ready in Tribecca, had her ceremony in China Town, took pictures all over Battery Park and then, together with her entire family, took the ferry to Liberty House. All that during a 4 hour period. In my book, this was announcing itself to be an impossible mission, but Exquisite Affairs made it possible.

Christine, Tara and the rest of the EAP Team are so awesome, I couldn't write enough superlatives about them. We count on working with planners to deliver not only the logistics of the day, but to keep the day rolling smoothly and being flexible enough to work with anything that's thrown at them - that's EAP in a nutshell. Anytime I shoot an EAP wedding, I know it will be great.
