Facchianos is a fantastic dress boutique in Tulsa/Broken Arrow. I wish I had found out about them sooner and I would have went to them for every formal occasion. Prom, wedding, you name it.

When I went there to find my dress I was met warmly and helped immediately. They were efficient and after only trying a few dresses I came away with one I knew would be my wedding gown. It was a great experience. Their tailoring/alterations services is great as well. Worth the price! I would highly recommend Facchianos to every bride! I found my PERFECT dress and the girls there helped me pick it out! They gave me their honest opinions and found me the ONE! They are great people to work with and very professional!

They were absolutely wonderful during the dress buying process and the consultant, Kay, was amazing to work with. During the fittings, they actually forgot to alter part of my dress and I had to make another appointment to get it fixed! The manager on duty during the fittings was, at times, rude and impatient. Definitely would recommend to buy your dress there, but don't get it altered there!

Facchiano's was great at everything. Very professional and informative of dates. I had to have the sleeves on my jacket let out just a little bit and they got it done within 10 minutes on the spot. Would recommend them for any formal events.

I loved my experience! I was very picky, yet didn't know what exactly I wanted. Rhonda was so patient and fun to work with it! I went back several times to look at veils, accessories, etc. and I never felt pressured or anything. After my first fitting, my dress still didn't fit quite right... they re-altered it and added a few snaps and didn't charge for the additional changes. I thought that was really nice. Beautiful dresses, nice people, good time! You only get married once, make sure you enjoy it!

Everyone at Facchianos was very accommodating and professional as well as extremely kind. I added my own personal touches to my wedding dress and they listened and did exactly what I asked. It fit perfectly and was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

Facchiano's did a great job with my dress- it was gorgeous, and when part of the seam ripped when I was at my fitting, they not only fixed it, but added a hook and eye to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Their service was amazing both before and after I picked up my dress!

Ok here's the deal: I had an excellent experience with Facchianos service and consultants while looking for my dress and during my fitting. Everyone was extremely nice and they have good quality dresses. I even paid a higher price for a dress that I had found cheaper elsewhere, because they had such amazing service. Unfortunately, the alterations didn't come out all that great. They did a bustle, and I had them add sleeves for me, because I have a lot of chest to reign in and can use all the support I can get lol. Before the ceremony even started, the bustle broke, so I spent the entire day with my train down (not good on the dry cleaning expenses), and the sleeves didn't even make it to the reception before they came completely out (the buttons snapped right off). I can actually give the seamstress the benefit of the doubt on the sleeves, because like I said, I'm well endowed, and they were probably under more strain than what she was used to sewing them in for lol. So again, the service and quality of dresses is amazing. They also customize your dress any way you want, and they didn't bat an eye or act like I was crazy when I asked them to sew black roses onto my expensive, pristine, all white dress. They were by far the best bridal shop I went to during my search, and I would definitely recommend them. Maybe the seamstress was just having a bad day?

I loved my experience at Facchianos Bridal! I told them what I was wanting and they really listened. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They make you feel so special. My mom bought two dresses there also, and her experience was great! They are also very reasonably priced. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! We used them for our tuxes for the wedding party. The first few visits were fine, not overly friendly but not rude. The tuxes came in and looked good. My Husbands shirt was huge and they got a replacement by the next day. It wasn't until after the wedding things went downhill. I went in with him every time except when he picked up his tux after his replacement shirt came in and they never said when the tuxes were due and when he did pick it up they just let him walk out the door without giving me a due date or any contract. He has never rented a tux before either so he has no idea. Of course we don't think about this until we are on our way out of town for our honeymoon. They called us 2-3 times when we were out of the country but never left voice messages and proceded to harrass our groomsmen and family trying to get ahold of us. When we did come back they wanted to charge him for the entire tux even though we had no idea. They were rude and essentially blamed us when they never told us the due date. We take part of the blame but they were completely unprofessional. So Grooms, turn your tuxes in on time!

Finding my dress at Facchianos was a great experience. The entire team at this store is knowledgeable AND nice - a rare combination these days. My dress was absolutely PERFECT and beautiful. I felt valued and everyone there really cared about making my day as wonderful as possible. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding attire - they treat you right, are professional and want to make the customer happy! :)

Facchiano's is absolutely the best bridal shop in Tulsa. I had looked other places, and when I arrived there they were professional, courteous, attentive and provided the kind of service any bride would want. They were excellent at helping me choose exactly the gown that was just perfect for me. It seemed like they were able to gauge my style preferences and help me select a gown which was even better than the styles which I had in mind or that I thought would look good (but really didn't). They really are professionals, and I was glad to have both their input and their experience to guide my selections.

My daughter-in-law had also purchased her gown from Facchiano's, and I could have saved myself a lot of time had I just gone there to start with. However, by going some other places, it left no doubt that both my daughter-in-law and I had chosen the best in town!

Jennifer and the entire staff were wonderful to work with and made things so easy! Loved working with them and can't say enough good things! The tuxes and bridesmaid dresses looked great!

I loved Facchiano's! Jennifer the owner and Rachel were amazing to work with. I bought my dress, custom dyed shoes, veil, tiara and earrings there and my Mom bought her Mother of the Bride/Matron of Honor dress there too!
I loved my dress and my Mom loved hers too! The customer service was great and they really made you feel comfortable. They suggested that I should add a corset into the back of my dress and they special ordered it that way. That was one of the best decisions I made...the dress fit perfectly and there was not any chance it wouldn't fit! They know their dress selection and they are really good at catering to their client!
They have a great wedding dress and bridesmaid selection at a reasonable price. Overall I was very impressed with the quality, the professionalism and the customer service. Highly recommended!

The women that work here are very helpful and professional. They showed me dresses that were in my price range and weren't pushy to try and make more money. This is an excellent place for buying your wedding dress-I highly recommend them!!

I received incredible service from the minute I walked in the door. Jennifer (the Owner) actually listened to me describe my dream dress- and then she found it for me! I cried when I put it one, my mom cried, and the sweet girls who worked there shed a tear or two! I wanted to change it from a strapless dress and Jenifer sketched it out for me and it was made just the way I wanted it! All of the staff was incredibly helpful on my future visits and I could not have had a better experience.

I got my bridesmaids dresses from Facchianos. They were amazing and helped me a lot. After a long day of bridesmaid dress shopping with my mom and maid of honer they were the most helpful and friendly without a doubt I would go back there again and recommend it to all of my friends.

Facchianos is THE best! The girls were all so helpful and definately know their stuff! I think I asked atleast 101 questions and got 101 answers, which I can't say for a lot of the other stores I visited. I have been back in the store a lot since I purchased my gown, to order bridesmaids, flower girls and tuxedos, and they are always just as helpful as the first time! Absolutely loved Fachiannos! The first time I went in there, I didn't set up an appointment and I was welcomed by the owner, Jenniffer, and she helped me out immediately (I do suggest to get an appt though). After prowsing through a couple dresses, she was able to tell in minutes on what my style was and had 10 dresses that I absolutely adored picked out.

I live in Houston and am from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I looked at some places in Houston and most of the places I went into just pissed me off, they were too stuffy and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there unless I had an appt. I also felt pressured into buying something on the spot. Plus, most of the dresses were $5,000+ that I liked. At Fachianos, I bought a very reasonable priced dress that looked gorgeous. I got my jewelry there, guestbook, flower girl basket, and veil. I would have to fly in or drive in from Houston to do my fittings on the weekend, and the owner always let me come in before the store opened to do them. Best in Tulsa for sure!

I loved loved loved working with the ladies at Facchianos! I don't live in the same town as the salon but they made everything so easy for me. I definitely got the experience I was hoping for and I highly recommend them to any bride, bridesmaid or prom go-er.

This is a wonderful store with a great array of dresses. I loved the service; the owner, Jennifer, greets each bride with a hug and remembers your name and story when you come back. Of course, the tiaras, veils, and dresses are expensive, but what do you expect? My dress was beautiful and I loved it. The alterations were not done correctly the first time, which I found disturbing for $180, but when I gave them a list of things I wanted fixed it was perfect when I came back. I would highly recommend this store.

This was the first store I went to and it ended up being where I bought my dress, my four bridesmaids dresses, and my flowergirl dress. I love the selection they had. There were only slight problems like three of the dresses they ordered three times too big. And one of my girls called for an appointment for alterations and was told they didn't need one. Then it was too late when I found out and she had to take her dress to another place to get it altered. And the sash somehow got changed to a different color than the one we ordered. But they did fix that for us. Other than that, everyone there knew my name and was friendly when we came in. I still love the dresses!

I used Fachianno's for several things, my dress - PERFECT! My bridesmaids dresses - PERFECT! The invitations, a little complicated, you can look through the books there, then you order the invitations on line, I found this a little complicated, I personally would have liked a little more assistance with this, we ended up with RSVP cards that only had accept decline and # of guests, not who would be attending or not (as in a line for the name of the guest on the response card). Some people signed it anyway, some did not, I would suggest really making sure yours has a line for the name!
The tux & suit rental got a little complicated, I don't really think this is where they shine, but maybe I dropped the ball, no disasters mind you, just some tense moments that all worked out in the end.
I used the owner, Jennifer as my wedding coordinator the day of the wedding, she was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this service enough, we got married at a country club with the reception immediately following, she kept everything moving like clockwork! The whole thing was PERFECT! I would suggest having her at the rehersal as well, I didn't and I was a bit of a basket case (I thought I had arranged for her to be there as well, my mistake) but all in all it was more than I had ever imagined!

Facchianos dressed my entire wedding! I purchased my bridal gown, the matron of honor dress, and rented tuxs at Facchianos. Everyone there is so nice and sweet. I love it that when you walk in the door, no matter who is there, knows you by name. They definitely provide personalized service.

I went dress shopping with my sister in Tulsa, and this was the first store that I found what I wanted. The store is great, the layout is fantastic. It was one of the only stores that felt elegant and not stuffy. I picked out several dresses, I remember that the sales staff was great about bringing me styles that matched my vision. I actually bought my dress 14 months before my wedding, but it was such a classic style that it didn’t look dated or out of style on my wedding. I drove up three times to try on my dress, but it was worth the driving.

I really loved that the staff took time with my dress and didn’t try to rush the order. I had ordered and bought my dress over a year before my wedding, and the alterations took another three weeks. The dress looked great, you couldn’t tell that it had been altered at all (other than it fit perfectly).

Loved the bridal salon!!! Jennifer the owner was so super helpful and they were always willing to let me come in and try on my dress. They were very quick and so friendly!

Facchianos is a wonderful place to find the perfect wedding dress. Like all girls I wasn't going to stop searching for my dress until I had found the one I had envisoned all my life! Facchianos also has a great staff. The ladies know their stuff when it comes to weddings. The owner personally helped me and she was just as determined to find the perfect dress as I was! On top of all this their prices are the most reasonable in the Tulsa & OKC area! I definately thought I got a great deal for my amazing dress!! I highly recommend Facchianos to any bride to be who is wanting a stunning dress without having to pay the high cost!!
