Fairmont San Jose

The Fairmont was the only hotel I found that offered an Asian Menu. This is a great alternative to brides who want the traditional 10 course menu, but without the restaurant atmosphere. I've been working with Glenn and so far he's been really responsive and helpful. Their packages include food, cake, ice sculpture and champagne toast. The only thing I don't like is that their alcohol packages are really pricey. But other than that, I love my venue!

Great place for a wedding - the venue is very grand and exquisite! Their wedding coordinators were wonderful and really were able to take me through my wedding process from start to finish helping me plan every last detail. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The tasting that we got to try of our dinner was simply a night to remember. We were stuffed and we got to sitdown with the head chef and change anything that wanted to our exact tasting!

The wedding night itself, the food tasted the same as the tasting - pretty good considering we were not hosting 300 guests! Highly recommended.

I think the Fairmont in San Jose is a great site - It 's also the only Fairmont that offered and Asian Menu. The one caveat is that it's good for Chinese banquets. I am really glad that I found this great site
