WOW! What an amazing time we had! Alissa was fantastic, helping us plan everything and always being helpful. Out maitre d Jenna made sure that everything ran exactly as planned. She juggled all of the balls and it went off perfectly. The place looked AMAZING! We had a lot of things going on at once - our event artist, the musician, the DJ, etc . The food was plentiful and delicious. The bartenders (shout out to Donny!) moved quickly and got our three signature drinks just right. Everyone's raving about our event. Thank you!

Falco's is the best. They are accommodating and flexible. We have had them cater two weddings at our home and each time they have provided outstanding service and food. We have absolutely no complaints...just praise for Falco's.

What can I say?..Falco's Catering helped my wedding dreams come true! The staff was professional, kind and paid attention to every detail. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still commenting about it. We had so many options to choose from and they were all incredibly good! We had our reception at The Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park on October 9th. Falco's and The Berkeley worked hand in hand to give us the perfect wedding! The linens, the food and the service was above anything we could have ever imagined. We also had them cater our rehearsal dinner which was also amazingly good and surprisingly inexpensive. Stephen stayed within our budget and gave us top shelf EVERYTHING. We adore everyone at Falco's. Special thanks to Alissa and Jenna for answering every question, hellping me throught the entire process and for being so incredibly gracious. Everyone at Falco's is like family now and we will certainly use them for our catering needs in the future!

We had an off-premises tent wedding behind a beach house and Falco's did the catering for us. Our day was perfect and a HUGE part was due to the professionalism, hard-work, and expertise of the catering team. From the bartenders to the wait staff to the excellent chef, Stephen, every detail was perfect. Our guests continue to rave about the cocktail hour food, and the filet/lobster tail dinner. I would highly recommend them for catering your wedding, or even smaller events. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and we know we have found a caterer we can use again and again.

We had our wedding Reception on September 24, 2011 @ the Renaissance and it was wonderful and fun!! Thank you is not enough to say to the Falco Staff. They all did an excellent job! Our coordinators Jenna & Alyssa, our Maitre'd Lisa, captain and bartendar were very friendly and patient. They kept things running smoothly. If there were any problems, I did not of it, because they took care of everything. Everyone @ Falco's are truly great and hard working people. They took care or my husband and myself and our guests. we nothing but good things about the food and service. Our guests wanted to take home food. I am a very picky persona dn expect perfection, the staff, especially Lisa made sure I got perfection. Oh, the wedding cake was part of the package and it was wonderful also! Chocolate Carousel made the wedding cake. Thank you so very much Falco's Catering @ The Renaissance for making my once in a lifetime day so memorable. You are the best!!!

I would recommend falcos catering as my first choice all the time. The staff was everything one would look for when planning an event. They worked with me to find the propper package within my budjet to make my day everything that I dreamed of and more. Jenna and Allysa were simply amazing. I hope to throw an anniversary party there in the next few years to remind myself of the night that I don't want to let go. The bartender(Donny) and my captain (jillian) were awesome as well, making sure that both ourselves and are guest were taken care of at all times.I cant leave out our matre d (Lisa) whom in the end made a the event come together nicely.. Finally, Hands down to the cook. People are still talking about the food from our wedding. It was amazing. Thank you Falco's for an unforgetable night!

Choosing Falcos was the best wedding decision that I made. They are truly professionals that will make your entire reception flow seemlessly. Not only do they take care of you and your guests from beginning to end, but the food was incredibly delicious as well! The Coconut Shimp and Chicken Jubilee were my absolute favorites. I still dream of tasting those again! We had our ceremony and reception at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. Our ceremony took place outside on the beach and Falcos took care of set up and breakdown of all the chairs and even served refreshing Ice tea and lemonade to our guests before and after. Inside the reception room, they set up all the table linens and provided all the glassware and china. They made it so easy that I didn't have to think about a thing! Of all the catering options, we got the most for our money with Falcos. I don't regret a single penny spent for their services.

This past June, my husband and I had our fairytale wedding, with much thanks to Falco’s Catering, located in Ocean Township, NJ. Falco’s is a family owned business and they take a lot of pride in making every detail exactly what you wish for. Ironically, I found the venue, where our reception was held, through Falco’s webpage. When my husband and I got engaged we wanted to make our wedding very special and unique, but we absolutely wanted a Jersey Shore wedding. Falco’s caters in house events as well as out of house events. We choose the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park, which was spectacular. Many of our guests termed the venue as a “Diamond in the Rough”. From the moment we were engaged and contacted Falco’s Catering they were the most dedicated, high-spirited, and diligent vendor we have ever encountered. We reached out to many vendors and went for food tastings but Falco’s stood high above the rest. Being extremely particular and hanging onto every detail, I could have not found a better match for myself. Falco’s constantly took it upon them to reach out to other vendors or our venue, on their behalf, to help find solutions to our questions and concerns. Alissa and Jenna were the women that did all the coordinating and Jenna was also our maître d. I cannot express how wonderful these two women are. Now that my wedding is over, I am sad because I feel I have become so close with them and their staff. However, we will forever use Falco’s for upcoming family events and parties. Their chefs did an amazing job and the food was beyond superior. Following the wedding, we have never heard so many compliments on the food and service. Falco’s staff, both younger and older, were the most polite and attentive staff I have witnessed at any wedding. Our wedding was about two hundred and thirty people and Falco’s ran the wedding so smoothly. They brought in their own linens, chair covers, candles for our cocktail hour, place cards, and ice sculpture, on top of doing our unbelievably delicious food. The chicken jubilee was amazing and I dream of eating it again soon! The other entrees we choose were the NY strip steak and tilapia, which were also phenomenal. You will not find a catering company or staff that is more willing to make your wedding or party exactly what you dream of. They have an unbelievable work ethic and are attentive to each and every detail. I am extremely happy by the choice we made and will be forever thankful to Falco’s. Being from the Jersey Shore we used to always use Joe Leone’s, who are great, however Falco’s food is superior to any food we have had in the area.

Falco's catered our offsite tented wedding. They did a great job from meetings, phone calls, emails, set up and the day of the wedding. The food was great, the staff was great, they really kept the day organized and running smoothly. I would highly recommend them for an outdoor wedding/ party. It's a lot more stressful having an offsite wedding there is a lot more to take care of and a lot more that can go wrong. Bobby and I highly recommend Falco's catering. They catered our wedding at the Berkeley Carteret and the night was PERFECT!!!!!! The appetizers were all delicious and they kept on coming out throughout the entire cocktail hour. They exceeded our expectations! Everyone I spoke to absolutely loved the food! We would definitely use Falco's Catering for our next party or event!

I would like to belatedly thank you for the extraordinary dinner that you gave at your facility (The Renaissance). Nearly everyone of our guests commented on the beautiful buffet and delicious food. alsoI highly recommend Falco brothers for any occasion. I used their facility for an Anniversary party for my parents. We had a total of 120 people. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent and the service was top notch. There were always waiters walking around with food, appetizers, offering to help with anything, and even threw in extras with no charge. I would strongly recommend Falco Brothers/Renaissance for ANY occasion. Best catered affair I've had and been to yet.

You and your staff did such a great job all around from making it easy to plan the wedding, to accommodating anything we needed, and most important of all was the food. They were always there when someone needed something and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. And it was.

falcos made my big day easy and carefree. They were so wonderful to work with. The best part was that my husband and I really got to know them, and they got to know us. This made the big day wonderful. They knew exactly how we wanted everything. It was perfect! Jenna was there making sure we were happy and having fun the entire reception. She was wonderful and great to work with.
The food was unbelievable. All my guests are still raving a month later. The cocktail hour was classy and delicious there was a ton of food and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the artichoke hearts francaise... Mmm!
They were also super flexible with letting us make the menu exactly what we wanted.
Alyssa was also amazing. We had to stock our own bar at the reception, but again falcos made it easy. Alyssa sat down with us and helped us make sure we ordered the right amounts, and made sure we had all the variety we needed. They even made all the arrangements and brought everything to the
reception site.
I highly recommend this catering hall. I can't wait to use them again in the future :)

And one last thing, we met the owners the first day at our tasting. That was so important to us. It was clear from the start this catering hall is very involved in there clients affairs and strides for excellence.

It’s difficult to say enough positive things about Falco’s! They were beyond awesome to me my husband!

First, my husband is vegan and I am vegetarian, so we wanted all of the food at the wedding to be meatless, with as many vegan options as well. We had brought in a list of items we wanted at cocktail hour and they accommodated every one without question – there was a Tuscan display with Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled Vegetables, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Plum Tomato, Marinated Mushrooms, Tapenade and Bruschetta with Hummas, Tabouleh, Baboganoush, Kalamata Olives and Pita Triangles and there were 10 passed Hors d'oeuvres which included Black Bean Quesadillas, Fried Zucchini Sticks, and Spanakopita. For dinner buffet, my husband and I wanted to have Gourmet Pizza and Foccaia (with and without cheese) and also had Manicotti, Vegetable Kabobs, and Escarole and Beans. My husband and I sent the Falco’s the list of toppings we wanted on each pizza, and again the accommodated each one with no question and no problems. Our guests raved about the food. Most of our guests were not vegetarians and had grumbled before the wedding about the absence of meat. After experiencing Falco’s full vegetarian menu, they weren’t grumbling anymore. One of our guests owns his own catering business in New York City and could not stop talking about how excellent the food was.

My husband and I decided to order cupcakes separately for the wedding instead of going with cake which was included in the Falco’s package. Our wedding was at the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park and we ordered cupcakes from Crust and Crumble downtown. Falco’s offered to go the bakery and pick up the cupcakes for us the morning of the wedding so we did not have to worry about it. They just offered! That really floored the 2 of us!

I cannot say enough about Jenna, our maître‘d the day of the event and main contact through the planning process (including the free tasting, which was awesome!). My husband and I, his parents, and our florist absolutely loved her. We ran into some issues with the hotel and a party beforehand running over –time and many unsupervised children running around which were part of said party. Jenna and Falco’s helped this extremely irritating and inconvenient situation at the hotel, but really pulled off getting everything together in much less time than originally thought (in about 3-4 hours before the wedding ceremony started). I want to stress that this problem was not Falco’s fault and they really persevered under pressure. Once the wedding went under way, Jenna kept everything flowing so well, that everything went along flawlessly – the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception line, our introduction to the reception, the salad, dinner, and desert. With her running the show, there were no bumps in the road and we truly had a magnificent evening.

I really hope to work with them again in the future and cannot recommend them enough for any couple planning a wedding. If you use Falco’s you will not be let down. – great food and great service! It was an absolute honor to work with Jenna and we feel very lucky that we had her to help us through everything!

After catering for several years you can imagine how picky I was going to be trying to pick a caterer for my "Big Day" the place we where getting married had only just started allowing wedding's this year, so with the tech world being what it is today, I jump online, Google the venue to see who if any caterers have done events there. To my surprise there were only 2 that have done events there. One who will remain nameless did not get good reviews at all, then there was Falco's. I had never heard of them before, but based on the extremely negative reviews the "other" caterer received I decided to set up an appt. for a tasting. We(myself, fiance, sister & brother n law) were invited to attend an open house food tasting. Well that's all it took, just from the initial meeting that was so down to earth, to the tasting where they so kindly made special for us, one of the items that we were most interested in serving at our wedding to their willingness to accommodate literally anything that we wanted. It was a no brainer. They simply made me feel like family as if we were all planning a family get together. The day of the wedding I just can't say enough about Steve, and our Maitre D' Jenna. Due to the weather we had to make some last minute changes, and I can't begin to tell you how, they just handled everything with such professionalism and pose. Imagine the bride and groom out in the middle of a field the temp is about 50 and we are trying to get in any last few pictures we possibly can b/4 the sun goes down, and we freeze to death and out walks Steve with cups of Hot Apple Cider for us to warm up!!! I could believe it, that amongst many other things, both big & small will stay with me forever. It's now almost a month later, and just this past Saturday we ran into someone who was still raving about how good the food was at our wedding. That right there says it all. I can not recommend Falco's enough, I will have them cater all of my family functions, and will recommend them to everyone. I can't thank you enough Falco's great job!!!!!!

Working with Falco's Catering was truly an enjoyable experience. They completely put us at ease throughout the entire planning process and event! They were extremely accommodating and were eager to make our special occasion perfect. Falco's was very responsive, always had an answer to our questions and their service was impeccable. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We were going after an nontraditional wedding that fit our personalities, and Falco's certainly delivered on that. We had a daytime reception at The Watermark, a bar/lounge in Asbury Park which has AMAZING views, FABULOUS cocktails...and no formal seating. A challenge for most caterers, but one Faclo's rose to meet head on. They came up with a creative menu that not only filled up our guests, but has kept people talking (in a good way) for weeks. After rounds upon rounds of fabulous appetizers, the staff served three "mini meals" in martini glasses. So fun, plus I love that guests had the option to enjoy three different main courses rather than just one. And no one left hungry. Falco's was also great about serving cupcakes which we brought in from our favorite bakery in New York.

My one pain point was getting answers/feedback during the planning process. In hindsight I think I might have been asking our maitre d some questions which were more appropriate to ask a wedding planner, but I don't think one in-person meeting before the wedding was too much to ask. (I live in NYC, so in fairness I was not the most-available bride). On top of that, she missed the rehearsal. Hmmmm. That said, she did a great job on the day of the wedding! My suggestion to other brides is to set clear expectations of the maitre d, if you choose that service, at the beginning of the process.

I just got married on October 1, 2010 at the Watermark in Asbury Park. Falco Catering was recommended by Russell Lewis who is the owner of the Watermark. I was apprehensive about the flow of the wedding since it was not going to be a typical sit down dinner. We had a continuous cocktail party. I was absolutely thrilled with Falco's Caterers. They exceeded all our expectations. Jenevieve, our matre D' was absolutely fabulous. I never had to worry about a thing! All of our guests raived about the food and the service. We had our reception at Watermark in Asbury Park. I am an executive chef and my wife is a producer. We both have our niche when it comes to attention to detail. Mine is food and service. Russell Lewis the owner of Watermark recommended we contact Falco's. My wife made the first call and spoke to Alyssa, from that minute (before even tasting the delicious food) she knew that she wanted to work with her. We made an appointment to meet in person and Steven sat down with us and listened to all of our concerns and requests. Our nephew has major food allergies and it was vital that the ingredients he was most sensitive too were not included in any of the food. I was looking for things that were not necessarily on the menu and we altered some of the their already well prepared food to our specifications. From our first encounter we felt as though we were being treated like family. We loved every minute of our wedding...Falco's exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a more spectacular event! It was perfect. Jenna our captain made sure that every detail we provided was fulfilled. Steven himself was on site and prepared all of our food. Our guests raved about the variety, quality and service. I normally don't take the time with sit down and write a recommendation, but felt like it was important that I do so, especially being in the same industry for over 20 years. They are top notch!

From the beginning of our wedding planning to the end, Falco's staff was there for us. They never fell short of our expectations and Steve's commitment to quality service. Jenna, our Maitre d, was our "ace in the hole" all night. Our daughter's wedding was everything we expected and hoped it would be!

Falco's catered my wedding at the Berkeley Hotel on 7/10/10. I can’t put into words how amazing not only the food, but the quality and helpfulness of their staff. From Alyssa in the office, to our Maitre’d Jenna, to Steven himself (who was at the event the entire time overseeing every amazing aspect) everyone was very professional, and really wanted nothing but the best for our special day. The wait staff and bartenders were all so friendly and attentive. We created a custom drink menu and the bartenders prepared the drinks that we created to perfection! The food was delicious. The mini cheese steaks were my husband’s favorite, and this means a lot being he grew up on South Philly! They went out of their way to personalize the appetizers for us. We had a personal waiter who put aside a plate of all our favorites and placed it on our sweetheart table because she saw we didn’t get to enjoy them during our cocktail hour (we were too busy saying hello to guests). I still have guests telling me how delicious all the food was at the wedding. Steven upgraded our package to include a martini ice sculpture (which was beautiful and a big hit with the guests), and an amazing chocolate fountain. The bakery that they work with created an unbelievably beautiful and tasty cake. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have Falco’s cater our wedding. They exceeded our expectations. Falco’s delivered the type of food and service of a company that would be priced two to three times their amount. I highly recommend them!!!!

My daughter's wedding reception was last night and although I am exhaused, I had to take the time to write a review - Falco's at the Renaissance was beyond expectation! The food was amazing; the staff was professional, yet personable and attentive. I really cannot say enough! You owe it to yourselves to check it out and attend one of their food tastings - you will not regret it!

Falco’s Catering is by far the best-kept secret in Monmouth County!!! Their food is superb and the service is exceptional. We were so impressed with their services we had them cater not only our engagement party off-premis but also our wedding at their facility. Falco’s Catering was beyond accommodating in every aspect, which provided us with the freedom to put our personal touch on our wedding. They only have one major event going on at once so they were able to focus exclusively on us and pour their hearts into our special day.

All of our guests gave the cocktail hour rave reviews. Of all of the facilities around, Falco’s Catering has the largest selection of hors d’oeuvres to choose from and provides the most food for your cocktail hour. In addition to the friendly staff passing around mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres, there was a beautifully displayed cold station and were able to chose three additional stations. We opted to have antipasto, sushi and pasta stations, which were all big hits with the guests. People could just not stop talking about how wonderful it was.

As for the reception itself, the ballroom was transformed into a fairytale. The tables were placed and set just as we requested. The DJ was placed on the stage, so not one of our guests had the infamous “bad seat”. The savory food was served at just the right pace and the guests did not feel rushed. It was just a continuous smorgasbord of delicious course after delicious course. The food itself, as always, was to die for.

Falco’s Catering provided us with our entire non-alcoholic bar supplies, while we chose any liquor we wanted to have at our reception and paid only for what was consumed. We actually received compliments because we know what our friends and family prefer to drink so everyone had exactly what they wanted and did not have to settle for something different, as you many times have to do with a limited alcohol selection at a wedding. They handled the transportation of the liquor and returned any unopened bottles the next day. It is an exceptional perk for someone who is trying to keep the cost down but is hardly needed with this being such an already affordable facility.

Falco’s Catering quality of service and exquisite food cannot be topped anywhere else. Each and every employee with Falco’s Catering provided excellent service with a smile. We had several guests comment this was the best wedding they had ever been to and that really says it all. Thank you a million times to everyone with Falco’s Catering who perfected our wedding and gave us the gift of everlasting, wonderful memories of the most special day in our lives.

Steven Falco and his staff (maitre'd especially) could not have been more helpful or professional in the planning of my big Shore wedding in Asbury Park. We had 175 people and despite some complaints about the hotel itself, EVERYONE RAVED about the food and the night. The cocktail hour we arranged, through Falco's suggestions, had 10 passed appetizers, an ice carving, a pasta and meat section, plus all the antipasto and crudites anyone could ask for. Everyone said they thought that was the majority of the food for the night, b/c they saw how much there was to eat -- and THEN they got served their dinners! We decided on doing only 3 courses -- salad, dinner, and cake, and Falco's had the largest plate of gourmet stuffed chicken AND steak! The sides were impeccable -- the garlic mashed potatoes prepared so smoothly and deliciously. Plus, a friend who's a former caterer said she's never had sugar snap peas at a food event where they actually snapped! She was very impressed. Plus, Falco's added canolis to the cake (from The Pastry Chef in Tinton Falls -- fab!) which everyone thought was a truly Jersey touch! Besides, they set up the ballroom just the way we wanted it. The place settings were elaborate and the staff made sure people's needs were met -- whether it was showing them where the restrooms were, or making sure no one had an empty glass. We had NOT ONE complaint about the food, and honestly had nothing but incredible compliments. Our room looked like we had stepped into my wedding fantasyland -- the food and decor was perfect and I thank Falco's and would recommend them. (We had actually tried other caterers from our hotel's list, and they had the best prices BUT the best food!) Plus, Falco's has an arrangement with Ocean Wine and Spirits so if you run out of alcohol mid-way through the event, they will deliver it to you! That was a huge plus for us! Thanks, Falco's...you made our day stress free.
