Ilona was amazing. Everything from sculpting the vision for my wedding to making sure everything goes as planned on the day of. My wedding was beyond my best expectations.

When I first contacted Fantasy Events they responded to my inquiry within 2 hours. We set up a meeting and everything from then on was easy. Ilona was very responsive and professional and the value of her services far outweighed the costs.

Our wedding was a huge success. Thank you so much for your help. We could not have done it with out you. Everything was amazing. You were correct, you did make our dream wedding a reality. ;)

Fantasy Events staff are very creative, professional, and responsive. Ilona helped us make our wedding reflect us, while having the look and feel of that we originally wanted. The wedding was spectacular, everything from the vendors that Ilona recommended to the party favors and decor. Everything fell into place perfectly, and the wedding day was flawless (at least that we know of.) :)

I'm not sure where to start... Your involvement was very helpful and you were amazing, everything you did, all of your help... we are very grateful to you. Our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams. It was beyond perfect.

My now-husband and I planned a very low-budget wedding with our talented family and friends carrying a lot of the work normally done by professionals. However, one of the few places where we decided to go pro was in the day-of coordinator. I knew that on our wedding day, if I were to be asked "where's this?" "what do you want with this?" I would not have a good time.
I had seen Ilona coordinate a friend's wedding and decided to work with her. From the beginning, Ilona was great to work with - she was fantastic about working out a plan that would work within our budget while giving us the services we needed. Ilona also never sneered at our budget or our home-made style of doing things. She also provided more than just day-of services, including a to-do list and help prioritizing, as well as ideas for solutions, and running the rehearsal.
As the wedding approached, Ilona was welcoming of my 2am emails of last-minute changes and details and let me check everything off my "worry list" by sending it her way to add to her list. And she offered calming words in her 2:01am responses.
On the day of the wedding, my mother and my groom's mother were blown away at her value. Things got done without them having to do much. Items that needed moving mid-way through the day got moved. Most of all, I got to stop worrying about those things that otherwise only I would know and let go and enjoy the actual meaning and joy of the day. From my perspective, things just happened. And that's all you can ask in a coordinator.
Through everything, Ilona was friendly and responsive, giving me her full attention in the days leading up to the wedding, including the day before, which was a national holiday. As far as I know, she worked with our families and few other professionals in a friendly and straight-forward way (it seems some pros can get threatened by having a coordinator).
I highly recommend Ilona and her staff (Jackie was also great!). Especially if you are doing your wedding yourself, having someone that day to put it all together is the best investment.

This was not my first wedding, but it was for my wife. I can honestly say that the Fantasy Events staff are wonderful. They took care of everything, and my wife was so happy. We both enjoyed the planning process and especially the wedding day.

Fantasy Events did a phenomenal job with our wedding. We only had about 10 weeks to plan, and from our first conversation with Ilona, she was unbelievably helpful.

We are so glad we had Ilona on our team. She was terrific every step of the way - detail oriented, organized, responsive, knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, followed our lead where our preferences differed from the norm (we're not a traditional couple!), and took the lead with planning key parts of our day. Most importantly, we didn't need to think on our wedding day.

My favorite anecdote: About 3 weeks before the wedding, while wrapping up a marathon day of planning - meetings with the reception site, ceremony site, and DJ - Ilona explained that Fantasy Events would provide individualized timelines to each vendor, we'd get a copy of the bridal party timeline, and Fantasy Events would have the master timeline. I asked, "Will we get a copy of the master timeline too?" and Ilona said "No, you shouldn't be thinking about who needs to be where or when - you just get to enjoy yourselves that day." Perfect!

I'd recommend Fantasy Events 100%.

Amazing! They did an absolutely amazing job. So easy to work with - for them everything is possible. Anything we would ask they would respond with "no problem, we'll take care of it". The planning process was fun and our wedding was perfect.
