It was like Amanda knew me for years and created the most beautiful wedding I could every imagine. Every detail was perfect for us. I wish she'd put out a book because I'd love to see every event she designs!

Amanda is the first original maker for brooch bouquet. She does amazing work. She is fast in service. I called Amanda last minute like two weeks before my wedding to see if she could rush order my bouquet and she did it. The brooch bouquet is something I could keep forever and it was the talk of the wedding. Thank you so much Amanda for making this wondering and special bouquet that I will pass on to my daughter. Thank you!

Amanda did the flowers for my daughters wedding and she did an exceptional job. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what my daughter had in mind. The flowers were fresh, and beautiful. She knows the venues and churches around and can save you money if you are on a tight budget. She was a little hard to get in touch with (but she's good at her job and busy) She did an awesome job. I highly recommend her.

My mother employed Amanda in July (before our October wedding) to do a bridal, bridesmaids, flower girl wands, and cake tipper from brooches she has collected over the years. The items turned out stunning. The problem we had was in communication. We arrived in CA one week before te wedding and not once did amanda answer her phone. Her assistant would call us back at the end of the day. After months with te brooches Amanda could not get them to us till the day of the wedding! And my mother had to leave te bridal suite to go pick them up! It was the only thing that stressed me out the entire wedding day!

Above all the communication issue was seen in our items. My mother has separated all the brooches for each item specifically and this was completely disregarded. Brooches that were meant to be in my bouquet were on the flower girl wands.

I suggest if you use Amanda that you make it clear when your items will be available and how she is going to prepare them.

No doubt she does amazing work but it was not on the professional level I expected with regards to communication. I would recommend her with caution.

I found Fantasy Floral through MSN while logging on to my computer at work about a little over a week before my wedding! In a weekend my family was able to gather together jewelry and other odds and ends for me to make my brooch bouquet! Most all of my correspondence with Amanda was through email. I did speak with her on the phone once I had mailed everything to her and I saw confirmation that she received it (I am in NY and she is in CA). Amanda was very responsive in helping to ease my anxiety with it arriving in time for my wedding! Her prices were very affordable even with the rush fee! Amanda's brooch bouquet made my wedding extremely special!! I was able to include jewelry and heirlooms that I couldn't wear into my special day! I now have a beautiful bouquet that I will be able to add to when I pass it down through the family! I absolutely love it! Priceless!! Thank you Amanda!!!

Amanda MADE our wedding. I never knew how much of a difference flowers could make, or a florist for that matter, until Amanda showed up and ROCKED it on our wedding day.

I told Amanda the flower types that I liked, being a bit vague since I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. But when describing the aura and feel that I wanted the wedding to have, Amanda just turned that into reality. Not only did Amanda create INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL centerpieces and flower arrangements, Amanda took my 10 boxes of candles and frames and plaques (with love sayings) and placed them throughout the venue to create a beautiful masterpiece. Amanda as a person and florist is just WONDERFUL. She is a absolute pleasure to work with.

Further, I am glad that I gave Amanda the leeway to do what she thought was best--not being too picky or directing specifics too much--allowing her to use her creativity. And BOY, was that the best decision in my wedding planning!

WEDDING DAY:
When walking into the venue, my eyes welled up with tears. The reception looked ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I was so incredibly happy that Amanda somehow turned my dream into reality and surpassed all my expectations.

When walking into the bridal suite to see my bouquets for the first time, I DID cry. They were IN.CREDIBLE. Honestly amazing. Beautiful. I cannot even describe how perfect they were. Exactly what I had wanted but couldn't describe.

BOTTOM LINE: Amanda is wonderful. If you don't select her as your florist, you are making a mistake. She will surpass all your dreams (and she is REALLY reasonable! She will work with your budget...). Flowers really can make a difference in a wedding, and Amanda will do just that!!

Honestly, over 10 people came up to me throughout the night and during brunch the next day to compliment me on the centerpieces, table arrangements, and flowers! Never do people even bring such things up or notice such things at weddings! But with Amanda and her incredible work, you couldn't ignore the beauty.

Finding a florist was a big decision for me. It was a big chunk of my budget. So I wanted to find one that gave me more bang for my buck. I have to say Amanda at Fantasy florals hit it out of the park. She did such an amazing job on my bouquets and centerpieces....everything was just amazing! I had a lot of ideas, such as wanting to use succulants in my bouquets and centerpieces. I gave her the ideas and she used her magic and came up with something way better than I imagined. I received many compliments on the girls bouquets and the centerpieces. She even used air plants for the guys boutinneers (sp?) ..so cool!!! :o) Thanks Amanda!! You did an amazing job!

Amanda did the most BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements for my wedding last month and she, being a true artist, came up with so many ideas to truly turn our wedding into a DREAM wedding!! It was totally beyond my expectations!! She is so friendly, enthusiastic and fun that it made the whole process so easy and exciting.
My favorite part was getting my Brooch Bouquet from Amanda. I still look at it everyday with amazement. She was able to incorporate all of my most meaningful brooches from my Grandma, Mother and best friends, to create a work of art that I will have for the rest of my life. Maybe even pass down to a daughter someday.. :)

Amanda ALWAYS pulls through. She is SO talented. I received so many compliments on my wedding thanks to Amanda! She set the tone for my wedding! Amanda is such an amzaing artist. She's the type of florist that understands the concept and runs with it. My wedding colors were white, cream and green. Instead of being a boring florist and only using those colors I chose, Amanda added muted colors to the arrangement (soft antique pink) to bring out my primary colors and set the mood for my venue. I am very finicky about my flowers and it take someone like Amanda to get the job done right and beyond people expectations. Her work is very couture for half the price. I love Amanda and her work. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants gorgeous flowers at their wedding. I love Amanda~

All I can say is FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS!!! We first met Amanda and Fantasy Floral when we hed a private function at my home. She did such an amazing job we then had her create the flowers for my son's wedding and have continued to use her for all events since. She has never let me down; has only gone beyond my expectations. She has an amazing gift that is able to transform an ordinary space into someting magical. I highly recommend Amanda and Fantasy Floral for any occassion.

I'm not one for going out of my way to write something, but I have to share! As we know planning a wedding is stressful, Amanda at Fantasy Floral took the pressure off of me right away, we just clicked. I shared with her what my vission was and she more then made it happen, to be honest it looked better then what I had created in my head. I first though who is that lady that works out of her house, well this lady creates magic! I want to get married all over again, just so I can walk into my reception again and see and feel the way I did on our special day.

Amanda did a FABULOUS job for our wedding! Beautful red rose designs that lasted for weeks! We were on a very tight budget and you would have never known seeing the beutiful center pieces!

Our flowers looked amazing thanks to Amanda! While the response time can sometimes be a little longer than other vendors, she always comes through in the end. She took my crazy ideas and put them together in a georgous, timeless design.

Amanda, the owner of Fantasy Floral Designs is amazing at what she does. She helped us plan beginning to end of our entire design, including incorporating candles, linens, and making a consistent and elegant look throughout our wedding at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Course. She was extremely friendly, and had a great team. Nothing went unexpected, and our wedding was exactly as I had wanted it to be.

My flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, especially my bridal bouquet. The cost is average for this area. My florist wrote down everything I wanted and she did exactly what I said. I have gotten so many complements from family & friends!

Amanda is amazing and warm and friendly. Her design is tasteful and beautiful. Plus she's so great with color and design.

The flowers for the front of the aisle were GORGEOUS, heavenly, PERFECT!!!! The bouts were PERFECT, the corsages were good, and the bouquets were not what I wanted. She DID include lots of herbs and berries, exactly like I wanted, but didn't use the flowers she said she would -- bluebird roses, no white flowers, and purple/lavender flowers like hydrangea and lilacs. If you look at the pics in my bio (which are pics I gave her), and then the pics of my bouquet, you'll see they aren't the same at all. I at one point (although she may not have it on record) said I DIDN'T want calla lilies at all, and there were lavender callas in my bouquet. The color families are basically right -- lavender and pink, but I didn't want white, and there was plenty of white hydrangea in the bouquets. I liked the herb stuff she put in the bouquets, but was slightly disappointed in both the bouquets and also the corsages, which were white with pink berries. This may have been a problem because this was the day before Mother's Day, but who knows?

Quick note -- even though the bouquets were kept in jars in ice, they still wilted quickly with the heat. I had to pull several pieces out of my bouquet because they flopped over. Also, I don't know who was setting up the flowers, but it wasn't Amanda. She did deliver to north LA county from Orange County, but I had to have my aunt take the iron stands back down to OC with her. She didn't stay to move any flower arrangements around or take the stands back. (Even though she charged me for delivery.)

GORGEOUS!!! Amanda's creations are so amazingly beautiful! The BM bouquets were different than I expected, but they complimented all of their dresses, and they were so beautiful that I really can't complain. My bouquet made me cry. It was stunning...black magic roses with special decorative crystals that even matched the spirals on my cake! All of our guests commented on the beauty of the silk box centerpieces (again - to match my BM dresses). Amanda went above and beyond -- it looked like we spent a fortune on flowers when that was actually the place we really scrimped!

I fell in love with Amanda’s work after seeing photos in another bride’s bio and knew that I had to meet her. She works out of her home in San Juan Capistrano, and my BM and I drove down to see her. We looked through boxes of photos of her wonderful designs. I don’t know a whole lot about flowers, and I wasn’t really particular about the types of flowers she used (except carnations – I said no carnations!) so I described to her my vision with the color combinations – all shades of pinks, reds, and whites. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, I was beside myself! She had created my vision! I had seen pictures of her clay pot centerpieces (tall pots, not the standard short ones) and thought they would coordinate really well with our site, and again, I was not disappointed. They looked amazing! Amanda also provided us with our chuppah, and I described to her that I wanted the posts wrapped with greenery with splashes of color. When I walked down the aisle and saw my DH standing underneath the chuppah, it was just another confirmation of how great Amanda’s work is. She has a lot of brides, and is sometimes difficult to get a hold of, but on the Monday of the week of my wedding, she called me to tell me that it was “my” week, and she gave me her undivided attention. I had also asked for her to bring some flowers for my hair, and they arrived with all sorts of large and small roses all wired to put in the back of my hair, and all my BM's put them in their hair also! We also rented our cupcake tree from Amanda, which turned out to be so cute! Highly recommended.
