The best part about Fenton's Catering, in addition to his professional, courteous manner, is the delicous food. His food is always fresh, tasty, and seasoned perfectly! I especially enjoy the Jerk Chicken; it melts in your mouth. And I have never tasted better soups! I know you will be delighted with anything Chef Brown cooks for you!
About Fenton's Catering
Montego Bay is where it all began. Chef Brown, a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica, began
cooking at an early age. His love for the culinary arts led him to a successful career as a cook at many hotels, country clubs and restaurants, in Jamaica and the United States. Although he was in his loved profession, he felt that something was
missing. Family and friends began to tell him he should open his own business.
Fenton’s Catering began in the year of 2000, and has been successful ever since. He serves
only the best and freshest of Jamaican cuisine. His specialty is jerk chicken and ribs, which is a favorite of family, friends and clients.

Fenton’s Catering is a full-service catering company, that also provides favors for weddings, graduations, and showers, as well as décor rentals. Please contact our event planner at 248.252.3772 to arrange details for your next event.
Notice/ Cancellation
Please place all catering orders 72 hours before the event date, to ensure that items offered on the catering menu are available, as some specialty items may be limited in availability. Events being held Monday –Wednesday need to be confirmed by the preceding Saturday to uphold the 72 hour notice policy. Cancelling event also requires a 72 hour notice, if this is not upheld the deposit is forfeited.
Pricing
Arrangements made need to include: the exact number of people attending event, quantities needed if décor items are being rented, or if favors are being purchased. The number of guests attending needs to be confirmed within the 72 hour period, as number of guests will represent a guarantee, that will not be subject to reduction.
Please note all prices are subject to change.
Deposit/ sales tax/ service charge
50% deposit is required for all orders at the time order is confirmed and balance is due when order is delivered. Any returned checks are subject to $75 returned check fee.
6% sales tax and 20% service charge.
Disposables
Upon request, Fenton’s Catering can provide disposable place settings for your event, including: paper napkins, heavy-duty plastic cutlery, dinner plate and plastic beverage cup. This service is available for $1.75 per person.
