Final Touch Bakery

We had order a 2 layer Birthday cake and was super georgous. The cake was very declious and very fresh.

We ordered our cake from Final Touch and were not disappointed. We had a 3 tier cake and 2 were red velvet and 1 was white cake with mixed berries. It was delicious! They're pricing is awesome for what you get and they even delivered our cake to our venue which was about 45 minutes from their bakery. They were on time and super easy to work with. Loved our cake!!!

I ordered the mixed berries and rum with Bavarian creme cake - 3 layer cake. It was delicious. It was the one dish I got to eat on my wedding day as they saved a layer for us.My cake tasted great, so many people commented on how good it was. The design I had them do was simple but so classy. They delivered the cake on time and the center piece was placed there perfectly and everything was perfect. I had my florist add the flowers on to the cake. And it wasn't too pricey so that was also a great value. They just need your deposit 1-2 months before and your design and they will create one just like it. The cake was moist and fruits were fresh so I was very happy with it.

The cake was beautiful, exactly how I wanted it. We ordered the sponge cake with bavarian cream and fresh berries. We had them put the flowers on instead of our florist because it was cheaper. The cake is not too rich or sweet. Very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

My wedding was in July 2009. The reception was held at S Vietnamese Fine Dining and Final Touch Bakery did my wedding cake. Stephanie, the owner was extremely helpful, she is willing to help me with the wedding planning, decorations, etc. It was also her idea that I have a ceremony at the patio of S Vietnamese Fine Dining Restaurant.

Regarding the wedding cake, I got lots of comments after the wedding. I truly loves her cake :o), it's the best I ever had. The cake was beautiful and yummy. The cake is not too sweet, not to hard or spongy, it's just right.

I was very very happy with my wedding cake. Tasted good, looked good, and didn't cost an arm and a leg :) Stephanie at Final Touch is a pleasure to work with. She was able to work with us in regards to the budget and the design that we wanted and the cake turned out amazing. It was delivered on time to the reception place in excellent condition. The only downside I could think of is I wish she had included all the little things she needed to charge in her initial quote instead of adding them at the last second right before we put the down payment and sign the contract. (I mean little things like an extra $.50 for the "more complicated design" that we chose, deposit for the cake stand, exact delivery cost, etc) If these things were disclosed in the initial cost, I would've totally given them another star for professionalism :)Other than that? Final Touch was great! I would totally refer them to my friends and family.

Thank you Stephanie for the amazing cake! I was stunned when I saw my cake on the stage. I don't speak Vietnamese as well, but Stephanie speaks English perfectly fine. My sister had her cake there two years ago and we always go back for every occasion! Stephanie is willing to work with you whenever you set up an appointment and they can execute almost any design! All the flavors are wonderful, however their berries flavor is out of this world. I highly recommend this bakery because they don't rip you off the prices and have very quality work. They make all our occasions very special, but mainly, my wedding day!

I had to come here thrice for cake tasting because they never have all of the flavors I wanted to try at the same time. So it's not quite there professionally but for the price they offered I could not resist. I'm fluent in Vietnamese so it made the ordering process much easier after I have decided what flavors to choose for our wedding cake. The cake was beautiful but I did not like the icing of our monogram (I provided them a printed design). So be careful of the design you choose for it might not be what you wanted. After all the glitches, the place is friendly enough, the cake looks attractive enough, free delivery, and free of rental fee for the cake stand ($50 deposit that will be returned to you upon the return of the cake stand). A major plus is that I like the way their cakes taste. We had mocha (coffee flavored) & fresh berries for variety but the fresh berries tasted much better. I now order all my cakes through them. I would highly recommend them and bring a Vietnamese friend if you cannot speak Vietnamese yourself. The fresh berries cake is utterly delicious and you cannot find a better price elsewhere.

The only thing I truly had my heart set on was having a mango cake. Ask anyone, that's really all I would talk about. I decided to use Final Touch Bakery, a vietnamese bakery in Westminster to do my mango mousse w/ fresh mango chunk cake based on a referral from a co-worker and former knottie. Working with the owner, Stephanie was great. Not being vietnamese, it was difficult to communicate with other staff when Stephanie wasn't around. And I changed my mind a couple times...I orginally asked for the cake to be square and then changed my mind to round. But when I saw the cake that night it was square. Not a huge deal since the cake was still beautiful, but another bride might not have been as thrilled to see her cake as I was. That being said, the cake was amazing!!! There wasn't a piece left of it that night. Our guests kept saying that they wanted a second slice! I knew the mango cake would be a huge hit!

Grade: A-We loved our cake and received great feedback about the design and taste! Our guests loved the fresh berries. The cake was delicious! I was nervous about whether Final Touch would be able to execute the design I had described, but the end product was beautiful! Exactly as I had envisioned. We ordered the white cake with bavarian cream and fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries and blueberries). We loved the buttercream frosting they used - the cake was smooth yet so tasty! If you prefer a very rich and sweet taste, this particular cake is probably not the best choice. They do not have formal tastings, but they will ask that you come out sometime during the weekend to taste their cakes. They speak Vietnamese primarily, so if you are an English-only speaker, it may be difficult to communicate. I also did not love the mocha that I tried. I did not like the tasting because the cake was dry, so I ended up ordering the fresh berries cake for Mother's Day. It did not blow me away, but it was tasty. Final Touch cakes have a lighter, fresher and just the perfect sweetness for me. But I know that some people will prefer a richer, more decadent taste. Wonderful job and for such an awesome price per slice! It truly can't be beat!Just a warning: Final Touch is not the most professional vendor in terms of communication and service, because they are a relatively small bakery shop (though they are kept busy with the numerous weddings). I didn't have any problems with them whatsoever, but then again, I communicated with them very easily, being Vietnamese.We did try Great Dane Bakery as well, and I loved their whipped cream + lemon and berries cake, but in the end, we chose Final Touch because Great Dane was not so tasty to be twice and three times the cost. Great Dane would have been my second choice though, but we were truly happy to have had Final Touch as part of our vendor team. They came on time and the cake was set up just as I had wanted. We gave them photographs and careful descriptions of the cake we wanted, and this worked out beautifully. My husband and I were whisked away after we had our first bite and champagne, and we actually wanted to stop in the midst of our tracks to head back to the cake table to finish it all up. Yum!
