Every guest at our wedding positively raved about how great the food was. They were so attentive and they provided everything that we asked for. Unfortunately, I was so busy dancing and socializing and hugging and thanking that I didn't eat much--I just wasn't hungry. This was a shame since I didn't even have any dessert! But our guests were so happy, so we got what we wanted :)

Russ Morin Catering cannot be beat! From the clamcakes and chowder, lobster mac and cheese cups, scallops wrapped in bacon, raw bar, to the unbelievable main courses, they are top notch. The presentation as well as the quality of food is of upmost importance to their catering business. We have never had food at a wedding that was memorable, but I can tell you that with Russ Morin Catering people will be talking about the food for years to come. Our guests continue to talk about the food! As the bride and groom, you don't spend a lot of time eating, but the staff helped us to the make this possible by encouraging us to sit and enjoy and the food kept us eating! Having Ashley as our onsite coordinator made the day run incredibly smoothly. Thank you Russ Morin for making our day so amazing!

Fantastic! My husband and I cannot thank Liza and the staff at Morins enough for the wonderful job they did catering our wedding. The food we had at our wedding was phenomenal a week later all of our guests are still raving about it! Liza worked with us to help us plan a menu that we liked and that fit within our budget. The Morins staff was also very friendly, helpful, and always displayed the utmost in professionalism. I also really loved the fact that Morins took care of all of the wedding rentals, they provided the china, flatware, linens etc. so we didn't have to coordinate all of the rentals ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Morins as a caterer to any couple planning their wedding, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back to Morins for any catering needs in the future.

Russ Morin did an amazing job catering our wedding. Everything from the food to the liquor to the coordination of the day was perfect. Their menu options are well varied and you can easily find the price points that work with your budget. Alicia was absolutely wonderful to work with, I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding and she joyfully coordinated everything. I would highly recommend Russ Morin for a wedding caterer.

We had Russel Morin cater our wedding and could not be more pleased with the service. Liza and her staff were incredibly attentive- I don't think there was a moment that I went without a cocktail in hand- and lovely to be with. Liza helped to work with us as we put together a menu that reflected our own tastes while staying within our budget. All of our guests raved about the food, which was delicious! Liza even sent us home with packed picnic lunches so that my husband and I could have a late night snack. Every request that we had, Russel Morin met and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect day. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Russel Morin.

Russell Morins is simply amazing! The food, drinks, wine, and service were fantastic. I would recommend Russell Morins for all catering events. You will not find better food at a better value. I cannot say enough great things about Russell Morins and the service provided from them. You will get personal attention and your wedding coordination the day of the event will be simply amazing. I did not have to worry about anything the day of because Lisa took care of it all. Excellent!

Our food was delicious and the service was superb! We worked with Ashley, and she could not have been more helpful and professional. She helped us handle special dietary restrictions and food allergies for some of our guests without issue.

We knew we made the right choice with Russell Morin the minute we met Russ, Allie and sampled the food! It was delicious and certainly a hit at our wedding. Everyone is still raving about the mini burgers and clam chowder/clamcake appetizers. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Allie and the team at Russell Morin! They truly made our day perfect. Allie is thoughtful, conscientious, energetic, professional, and talented. She orchestrated our entire evening and everything went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend them enough!

Morins was WONDERFUL. My coordinator was Allie and she was absolutely great. She answered all of our questions, had great suggestions, and helped us with making everything affordable. Everyone was telling me how delicious the food was. I would definitly recommend to anyone working with Morins to have an open bar. It is extremely affordable and a HUGE hit. We also did a smores station that everyone loved. The cake was beautiful, the plating was very nice, they came across a couple obstacles with my decorations but they worked around it and it ended up looking better than what I wanted. The level of service you get with Morins is phenominal and I have and will continue to suggest them to all brides!

Morin's was really great and the food was delicious, but Liza (our event coordinator) really went above and beyond to take care of us before and during the wedding. She was our personal attendant on the day of the wedding-she made sure we had drinks and food and that we were taken care of. During the planning process, she was extremely helpful with anything wedding related and answered all of my emails promptly. I feel like Liza was my lifeline through this whole process as she took such good care of us with everything regarding the food, the flow of the night, as well as everything else wedding related. The whole catering staff was great too-they were smiling the whole night and were really nice and helpful with everything. The food was amazing too-everyone was saying how it was the best wedding food that they've ever had. Morin's also did our wedding cake which turned out beautifully and tasted good too.

Russell Morin Fine Catering was absolutely amazing in all aspects. They were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout all phases of our planning and our wedding. Liza (our Sales Coordinator) kept in touch constantly and took great care to make sure our plan for the wedding was perfect. Our event coordinator Alicia was phenomenal and took care of everything for us during the wedding. All the staff was extremely professional and friendly, and our guests were very impressed.The food was phenomenal, as well as its presentation, and many of our guests said it was the best meal at a wedding they ever had. We wouldn't hesitate to use Russell Morin Fine Catering for any future events. They are simply the best.

We worked with Ashley throughout the past year and have had an amazing ride! Ashley is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and keeps you organized and up to date on what needs to be done. Our tasting was fantastic and they even rushed in special linens just so we could see them while our parents were in town. Ashley set up every last detail for me so all I had to do was show up on the big day. Everything was perfectly in place and she handled all of the vendors and set up and break down. She is an amazing planner and day of coordinator! All of our guests loved the food and were completely impressed by the service and professionalism. Our signature cocktails the Carpentini were a huge hit as well as the passed desserts like cheesecake lollipops, strawberry shortcake shooters and vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate chip cookies also wowed everyone. They are definitely expensive but worth every cent! Highly Recommend.

The food and service were great! We got tons of compliments from our guests! Allie was our coordinator and she did an awesome job running our reception! She kept us on schedule but it never felt rushed. She was even great to work with while planning from food, the schedule to the details. They offered so many options, that is made it so difficult to choose. But Allie walked us thrugh all of it and provided advice.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We dealt with Russ directly in the beginning and then Ashely took over as we got closer to our wedding date. They were incredibly helpful and we have gotten rave reviews on the food!

The team at Russel Morin was such a pleasure to work with! They were flexible with our menu and really helped us tailor the food to our tastes and needs of our guests. The food was even better the day of than at the tasting - something I thought was not even possible! Everyone was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process, including the day of. Our consultant was by my side to get me anything I needed, and made sure I was never with out a drink or water in my hand. Loved them!!

As others have mentioned, the quality of food is incredible, and guests were blown away. Additionally, the staff worked with us to fit our budget while still maintaining the theme and spirit of the event. Elegant displays, phenomenal staff, unbelievable attention to detail. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had Russell Morin cater my wedding because the last wedding I went too, had them and they were unreal! So many choices to choose from and yes, they are expensive but show me a caterer that is not? you're going to spend half your wedding budget on that and you should, food is the most important thing. They were flexible, did everything I asked of them, they really went above and beyond. it was like having your own wedding planner, too! wonderful. they work extrodinarily hard, so I suggest tipping the help. You wont' be dissapointed if you use them. Wonderful!!!

This company was awesome. They worked with our budget and provided an amazing meal. Their service was impeccable. They even stepped in and helped out when my bridesmaids couldn't get the bustle on my dress right. Truly wonderful people, wonderful experience, and they really helped to make the wedding a wonderful day. It seems like they should have cost so much more for the amazing food and service we received. Felt like luxury.They also did our wedding cake and a groom's cake for us. Super delicious. They also let us choose different flavors for the layers. We had rasperry lemon and another layer of strawberry with amaretto cream and another of carrot cake. They did the groom's cake in chocolate-chocolate. Incredibly affordable and super yummy.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this caterer. The guests raved about the food, the presentation and the service. Our wedding coordinator from Fine Catering by Russell Morin anticipated our every need and kept us on schedule from the ceremony until the last dance. The Cold Stone Creamery ice cream station was a huge hit and the table linens were perfect! All of Rusty's suggestions on the food/wine pairings and other options were spot on. I HIGHLY recommend this caterer.

Great food! I had a candy buffet for our favors & they were very accomodating & managed it for me. Open bar was also a hit!

Fantastic!!! Not only was the presentation of the food and drinks stupendous but our guests will not stop raving about the quality of the service!! Russell Morin's staff are professional, upbeat and determined to make your wedding a success! Russell Morin is also extremely creative! During our meetings, we expressed how we would like our food to meld the city we moved to, Seattle, WA, with the place we met, Newport, RI. We were so impressed with their creations! From Seattle's Best Coffee glazed tenderloin skewers to miniature fish and chip hors d'oeurves served in newspaper cones....Russell Morin got it right!!! Additionally, as a true champagne lover, we had a champagne bar that was both elegant and fresh in both design and taste!!

I knew from our tasting that the food would be great, so I wasn't surprised when our guests went crazy over it.  Beyond the delicious food, it's their flexibility and attention to detail that really set them apart.  We worked with Allie, who was incredible throughout the whole process. She's sweet, knowledgeable, and open to all our ideas, from my colorful hot pink and purple linens to the cake plates for our dessert table.  Between her and Patty at the Milton Hoosic, I didn't have to worry about a thing.  They were a dynamic duo who executed all my ideas perfectly.  The taste, of course, was also very important to us.  And they completely delivered!!  Even the gluten free and vegan meals were (from what I hear) amazing.  We did a veggie/dairy meal: a squash soup/pear salad duo and a choice of Georges Bank cod or autumn vegetable risotto for entrees.  Passed hor d'oeuvres: fish and chips (in cones!), mini salmon burgers, cold spring rolls, 2 types of mini grilled cheese, and goat cheese tartlets. We also had them prepare two different spreads at the synagogue for the pre-wedding bride and groom receptions which worked out perfectly. Bottom line, they're complete professionals who are enthusiastic about what they do and do it exceptionally well. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I am so happy we went with Russel Morin's at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet. Everything was perfect, from the set up to the food to the passed truffles and chocolate strawberries. Such a great value for what you recieve. They are extremely professional. We had many compliments on the food! The short ribs and the seafood grill were delicious.

Food and service was fantastic! Everyone continues to come up to me days/weeks after my wedding to tell me how great the food was at my wedding. Also everything was handled great on the big day; I did not have to worry about one thing at all. It was like everything was magically set up and put away. Really a fantastic job!

Working with Liza was fantastic. She was there to answer any of my questions and reminded me about things I would have otherwise forgotten. The food was beyond and people are still talking about it, the service, and bar. Morins was able to work within my budget, get me the good beer my DH and I love, and serve amazing food to over 100 people. Really, they are top notch.

Russell Morin Fine Catering definitely delivers on what they promise. The entire staff is professional and beyond helpful. The wait staff is impeccably dressed and the level of service is perfect for the most formal of weddings or the backyard bridal shower. The food is outstanding - to this day I wish I had eaten more during my wedding!

We received so many compliments on the food at our wedding. Morin's has it down to a science. They are the consummate professionals and deliver great food with impeccable service. You can't go wrong with them. So many choices and everything tastes and looks amazing. They are very flexible and super helpful, all while being cheery. Despite being a larger company, you get individualized service, which is great. Easy to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Russel Morins was fantastic! They are a very hands on caterer so they help you work with your band/DJ with lining people up for introductions, letting people know when it's time for their speech, checking in on the Bride and Groom to make sure they have what they need etc.The service was great, people had everything they could want but you could barely notice the staff was there, very unintrusive.Food was wonderful, it tasted great and looked amazing as well - their presentation was awesome.

Working with Morin's made my wedding so much easier, in so many ways. Our go-to lady was Ashley. It was a great relief knowing she was there to oversee things, and her attention to detail made me confident we weren't overlooking anything! I loved that they had a day-of coordinator included for us, and Ashley was a lifesaver the day-of, helping us be where we needed to be, bringing us apps while we took pictures... anything we needed, she would somehow magically appear.The waitstaff was efficient but subtle, they were always there, but not in your way at all. The food itself was outstanding! We ran the gamut from food gourmets to exceptionally picky eaters and everyone was pleased, for once! Scheduling the tasting from afar, Morin's was very flexible and we were able to meet outside the normal range for our wedding date, so that we could include meal options on our RSVPs. The food was just as delicious on the day-of as it was at our private tasting.The Morin's staff also handled getting our linens and setting up a plethora of (obsessive) DIY and "personal touches" throughout our ceremony and reception. Everything was set up exactly as I'd envisioned and talked to Ashley about, and I sure appreciated not having to set it up myself the day before/morning of! Overall we were thrilled at the service we received from Morin's, and I'd recommend or go back to them in an instant.

Morin’s was listed as a preferred vendor and was the most popular caterer at the Bradley the previous year. Our Event Coordinator was Allie and she was great to work with during the wedding planning. Our Day of Coordinator was Paula and she really ran the whole show and she did it beautifully. We met with Paula twice before the wedding and we were very confident that we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Now onto the important part…the FOOD! All I have to say is AWESOME! We had 5 passed hors d’oeuvres which included shrimp shots, edible spoons, demi-tasse of clam chowder, scallops & bacon, and crostini rossi. The clam chowder was a huge hit and they were served in little cups with a skewered clam cake resting on top. I just loved the presentation of them and they were delicious too! The shrimp shots were a last minute addition, and they were another huge hit. It’s similar to shrimp cocktail but its huge gulf shrimp served in individual shot glasses each with a different sauce. My DH looked like he had died and gone to heaven when he ate one in the Chili Mojo sauce. One of my other favorites were the edible spoons. They were these little poppy seed pastries in the shape of a spoon served with a mushroom stroganoff. They were so good! The main course was a choice of roasted Maine crab crusted Atlantic salmon with a lobster beurre blanc and then roasted aged tenderloin of beef crusted with parmigiano reggiano and caramelized garlic with a Barolo wine demi glace. They were both to die for! Everyone raved about their meals and we noticed that all of our guests were members of the clean plate club that night! The major factor on deciding to use Morin’s was they quoted us about $3-5K less than several other caterers we received quotes from. Morin’s exemplifies that you do not need to compromise on the quality of food just because you have a smaller budget. I HIGHLY recommend Morin’s for anyone that’s looking for exceptional service and food at a great price!

All of our guests have commented on the AMAZING food at our wedding! EVERYTHING was delicious and better than what we expected, but the "Taste of RI" station was the shining star. We also had their bakers do our cake. Besides being so tasty, it looked exactly as I had asked and was by far the best price per slice that I had found (by at least $1.50 per person)! Russel Morin staff came through on everything, exuded professionalism, were extremely flexible and accomodating, and we absolutely could not be happier!

I have had so much positive feedback about the food at our wedding, which in my experience people usually don't comment on unless it is bad. Everyone raved about the food and the service. Waiters were always available and our day of wedding coordinator Paula was the absolute best, she made sure everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience.

My caterer upon first meeting was great. I had chosen a location that I wasn't 100% sure about. My contact sensed this and talked to me about finding an alternate location. She referred me to Glen manor, and called them and got me a date that same year. She was wonderful to work with. Our food was fantastic at our wedding, and guests still talk about how wonderful the oyster bar was! They didn't even charge me for 2 guests that were unexpected no shows at the last minute.

Simply amazing food...nothing short of spectacular. Russ Morin & his staff were super-professional, and everything was executed exactly as we planned. A great value for what we paid as well.
