Finishing Touches Flowers & Gifts

We enjoyed working with Susan for our flowers. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted, and offered tips for staying in our budget. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't believe how beautiful my bouquet was! It looks fabulous in all of the pictures.

Flowers were delivered exactly on time. Everyone's flowers were labeled, which made things very easy. Susan responded quickly to my emails, which helped since I live far away. I've never worked with another florist, so I don't know how things usually work, but I was very pleased with Finishing Touches. We just ordered flowers for the bridal party (no centerpieces).

Sue was great and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, but the quality of the flowers was not exactly what I expected. They were very beautiful, but all the boutineres wilted by the end of the day. If the flower we used wasn't going to last, she should have said something. Also, messed up my mother's flowers. It was supposed to be a wrist corsage, not a pin on, and it looked exactly the same as the grandmothers' pins... not very good for pointing out one of the most important people. I had someone take it to Price Chopper that morning for a quick fix.

You will feel like you are dealing with family when using them! They are strictly for what you are looking for- and not your normal store front like an FTD florist...you need to check them out!
