Flame Catering

I'm only going to give them an B+ because the communication with them wasn't the best throughout the planning process. The owner is someone my mom has worked with many times so she assured us that he would doing a great job but it was hard to get him to meet with us and he has no contract so we decided to do our own. They ended up coming to the hall on Friday to set up all the tablecloths, glassware, silverware, etc. which made it much easier for us to decorate the tables. Saturday they did a great job and we heard over and over that it was the best food anyone had ever had at a wedding. They are MUCH cheaper than anyone else we found.

The worst disrespectful customer service ever‎!!!

I have tried their food at friend's event in the past and the food was ok.

Then I had an event of my own so I called them up. I left many messages then they called me back about a week later. The rude guy who spoke to me was Sean. He asked me where is my event so I answered (in a club house in Bellevue that I will rent). He didn't even ask me which club house or what is the address, but instead he said that he catered to that club house in Bellevue in the past and he was not paid so he will not cater to my event and he accused me of being the same person who didn't pay him in the past. I simply explained to him that I'm not the person who he had problems with in the past and he should be able to tell from my name and my phone number. I also told him it's probably a different club house where he had that problem in the past and I asked him to listen to the address that I was about to give him so he knows I'm not that person.

So guess what he did, he said that I'm a liar and he hung up on me.

I called again and I spoke to a different person (a woman) and explained to her what happened (that I have never used their catering before and the confusion that Sean has about me), she then asked Sean about me and she also hung up the phone.

I tried to call them couple of times and I left them voice messages explaining that I'm a different person but they never called me back. It seems that Sean the idiot is not getting the fact that he never catered to me in the past.

What a rude and disrespectful behavior!!!!!

No one should ever do business with such disrespectful people even if their food is not bad.
