Amanda did such a beautiful job, the cake was exactly what I had envisioned. We had some humps to begin with because the cake flavor I had chosen was not something that is generally made in this area (traditional Italian cake). She worked with me until she had the recipe exactly correct, then transformed my vision into pure art. I loved what she did, how flexible she was with working with me and making sure that I had exactly what I wanted! Everyone loved the cake, even people who aren't fans of cake usually...people took multiple slices home with them. If you need anything special done definitely check out Amanda, she'll make sure your cake dream comes true.
