my cake was exactly what i asked for and taste amazing. Had several guest come up to me after the wedding to tell me how good it was!

I meet with them 2 days before my wedding but had them booked for a year because I was coming from out of town. The cake was beautiful and tasted awesome, just had trouble getting in contact with them through their website.

Fleur de Lis is a wonderful bakery. Not only do they have an amazing selection in terms of cakes, their crafstmanship is top notch. I would definately recommend Fleur de Lis; they make cakes that are not only beautiful, but you want to eat them too!!!

Absolutely delicious! The cakes are fresh and not frozen. After my first appointment I wanted to make some adjustments and they worked with me to establish the cake of my dreams and also fit my package. Due to a double booking at my first venue I wasn't sure I would be able to keep them for my cake vendor. Fortunately my new venue was willing to allow me stick with them, which was my first choice, and it allowed them to try a new cake vendor as well. Fleur de Lis even gave me a discount on my upgrades due to everything I was going through last minute and for wanting to stay with them! Greatly appreciated. All my guests loved the cake. The day we went for tasting was my my step-fathers birthday and we fell in love so much with the flavors we ordered one to take home that evening.

WOW - what a gorgeous cake! Liana at Fleur de Lis was absolutely wonderful. She's sweet and accomodating. I don't live in AZ so she was great and helping me with little things along the way, remotely to save me an extra trip. She has an eye for glam and she created the perfect simple yet elegant cake that we were going for. It turned out even better than we could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Fleur de Lis for your wedding cake needs. I also recommend renting a silver cake stand - that really helped our beautiful cake pop!

Very, very, very happy with our cake. Cakes was delicious and pretty. My husband I are were glad that we got to pick the design for the cake. The cake turned out great and I'm sure we will order from this vendor again and again. The owner is one of the nicest persons I have met, she is sooo sweet and I'm glad to have done bussiness with her.

This Cake business was provided in the package I bought with my venue at the Embassy Suites. I was very misled. I was told several times that the package would include anything I wanted for my cake. 1, 2, or 3 Tiers.

Once I scheduled a cake tasting, I was told differently. The package only included the amount of cake to accommodate my guests. I only had 25 which meant 1 tier. I had to pay $160 more. They also kept trying to talk me out of adding more tiers. But I knew what I wanted, it is my wedding after all! And they were unable to make the flowers I wanted to have put on the cake, due to lack of technique. So I had to find my own flowers. The cake tasting experience wasn't very good either. There was a VERY limited variety available for tasting and it wasn't very fresh. Communication with the business is also not very good. I would confirm details over the phone, and 2 weeks later get a call or email as though they did not remember the previous conversation. I had to repeat myself a lot.

I will say that the cake turned out beautiful! It was delivered on time. And it tasted DELICIOUS! I just wish I didn't have to experience the stress leading up...

We are so happy with how our wedding cake turned out. We met with Liana at Fleur de Lis several months before our wedding to try out different flavors and discuss the design options. At the tasting, we were able to sample 6 different cake / filling combinations. (They were all delicious, however, we would have loved the opportunity to try out some of the more unique selections they have to offer instead of just the basic chocolate, white, yellow, lemon, etc.). In the end, we stuck with pretty traditional cake and filling options and probably have guests who were happy that we did.

The range of design options Fleur de Lis has to offer was impressive. We opted for a really simple design (round, 3-tiered cake with ribbon and a few fresh accent flowers delivered by our florist) and thought the final product was stunning. We each had a small piece of the cake during the official cake cutting at our reception, but didn't have much of a chance to really sit down and enjoy it. Regardless, the small portions of cake we were able to eat at our wedding were delicious and we received many compliments on the look and taste of the cake from our guests.

Because our cake was included in a wedding ceremony & reception package offered through our venue, I can't really speak to the value for the cost of the cake. (I gave them 5 stars so that they wouldn't be penalized for our lack of knowledge about the invoice.) Because our wedding package was reasonably-priced and our cake was outstanding, we can only assume that the product was a decent value for the amount paid.

Overall, we were impressed with Fleur de Lis bakery and would recommend them to others planning their wedding.

I loved my cake! It was gorgeous, elegant, and most importantly tasted wonderful. I can't comment on the 'value for cost' because my venue uses Fleur de Lis cakes as part of our package. I found the staff all very friendly and professional. They were easy to work with and had some good suggestions both in flavor and appearance of the cake. There was a little confusion with who would deliver the cake in the end, but we got it to work out. I would definitely recommend them.

They couldnt have done anything better. I being a bride and trying different bakeries, have never tasted better quality then fleur de lis. Not only did they do a fabulous job on our cake, but they were very happy to work with us and provided us great service. Everyone gave us many compliments on our beautiful, moist cake and i could not have been any happier with it. Knowing how amazing their cakes our, i hope they are prepared to do our anniversary cake this coming year. Fleur De Lis Unforgettable Cakes did a great job on our wedding cake! They surely made it taste unforgettable. What I loved most about this cake company is that they had other options for frosting rather than fondant, and buttercream. She offered a whipped cream frosting which is what we used and tastes AMAZING! Lana thanks for always being so sweet and understanding. We had many compliments on the cake, and I cant wait to eat the top layer 1/1 next year!

The cake was DELICIOUS - and the staff we worked with were so kind, even called me a few times with different ideas because they knew I was unsure. The only thing I would say was that the design on the Front of the cake was a little sloppy - I think maybe it was meant to be the Back - but nonetheless, it showed and was the center of my attention when I went to cut it in front of everyone. I wish maybe our servers would have turned it around or when they dropped it off they would have noticed it and turned it.. but the cake was so good!

Fleur De Lis did an amazing job on our cake. We had a package through The Pointe Hilton Resort and opted to upgrade our cake from the standard package. They beat out another companies price, AND worked with me on additional upgrades at no cost not to mention they got the color of frosting I wanted just right (we wanted it to be a goldish tint for our fall wedding), I was nervous about trusting them on their judgement of what color of gold it would be but when I saw our cake, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake! I love their work, everyone loved the quality/taste of our cake! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone out there :)

This company has a deal with Embassy Suites, so I didn't have to pay them separately it was included in the cost. But I loved the cake. It was delicious and looked amazing. If you want anything on your cake (ie: flowers, cake topper, monogram, ribbon, etc) you have to provide those. I don't think they made the flavors in the order I wanted to however, because we ended up with A LOT of chocolate cake. Only the middle layer was supposed to be chocolate since I don't like chocolate very much. But overall was GREAT!

Our wedding cake was actually included in our catering package and initially I had asked for a credit because I wanted to decide who would make my cake. We interviewed and sampled several wedding cake providers and decided to at least check out Fleur de lis. We were blown away. It was the most delicious cake we sampled and after talk with them designed the cake of our dreams with no additional cost. We were very impressed and our guest couldnt quit talking about how beautiful it was.

The cake was wonderful! We had a lemon raspberry filling and all of the guests loved it. The cake looked wonderful and lasted through out the reception until cake cutting time. All the guests agreed that it looked to lovely to cut but tasted wonderful when it was dished out.

Such fantastic art, delicious cake, and great service!! Liana did an amazing job!! She had the decorations match our invitations perfectly!! Everyone loved it, and we barely saved our top layer - we actually snacked on our cake when we came home from the honeymoon!!!

Will definitely go here again, for any birthday or anniversary cakes!!!

Fleur de Lis did a beautiful job on our cake. We went non traditional and did our whole cake in Carrot Cake. It tasted amazing and looked beautiful. This was the one vendor that I hated meeting with though. Every time I asked questions or wanted to do something there was a negative response. I was not very happy about the cost either. In the end it turned out well but the process to get there was a little difficult.

I did not order a wedding cake. However, the "birthday girl" at the party (she was 62) said it was the most beautiful cake she had ever had in her life and the most delicious. She commented "it looks like a wedding cake." Seriously, brides to be, this is the place to get your cake. You won't be disappointed. I ordered the pink champagne with whipped cream icing. It was stunning in appearance and soooo delicious.

Fleur De Lis Cakes are AWESOME! I had no idea what to expect, but felt confident that Liana would handle everything. She went OVER AND ABOVE! Not only did she give us great service and a great price compared to the other bakery we interviewed, but the flowers we ordered came in brown and Liana used her own white roses to finish decorating the cake to match the wedding flowers. All the while, they treated us like family, like they were priviledged to serve us. That is just how her and her family are. I felt like we were given the royal treatment. I feel like we OWE them for providing us with such a BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS and STRESSFREE cake experience!

We did not pay for the actual cake, it came with Arrowhead Country Club. However, it was the best tasting cake ever!

On the day of our wedding I was extremely happy with our cake- it was beautiful and just what I wanted like the picture I gave her. It tasted amazing too - we had the champagne raspberry and it is to die for. The only thing was that I went there for an initial meeting hoping she could help me come up with some ideas for the decor of the cake - well I was wrong. She didn't want to help me and in fact walked away and left me to sit there and look at pics from her computer.
The cake came out truly amazing but getting there was a little difficult :-) I would, however, use them again, surprisingly, because of the quality of their cakes.

I LOVE Fleur De Lis Cakes! They were very attentive and gave us plenty of one on one service at the tasting. The cake was exactly what we requested, and it was absolutely stunning.

Our wedding package included a cake and our venue uses Fleur De Lis Cakes. The cake was very delicious and didn't taste like it had been ahead of time. The decorations were not quite what we wanted but it was still beautiful regardless. We went there knowing that we wanted to have cupcakes for our guests and a small cake on top for us to cut. The gal we spoke to seemed to want to discourage us from getting cupcakes. We had a premium charge for the cupcakes over what our package covered and I felt that in the end they were over priced. We were told that they were not the average size cupcake and they turned out to be regular size. We were told that there had been some personel changes so that may account for the discrepencies. Over all I would reccomend Fleur De Lis if you are planning on a traditional wedding cake. If you want cupcakes I would look elsewhere because they are just too expensive.

Our cake was beautiful and delicious. It was exactly what we asked for in regards to design, color, and flavors. Many of our guests had additional pieces. It was set up and looked absoltely breath taking.
The staff was not flexible and not completely accomodating to our requests. There were a few times there was some mis-communication that made me become very upset.

Our cake was beautiful! I brought them a picture and they worked to make the cake look as beautiful as the one in the picture. Their cakes taste as good as they look--we did two different cake flavors with fillings so that everyone could get something they liked. My husband and I saved the top tier for the first anniversary. It resisted freezer burn and tasted as good on the day of our anniversary as it did on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend their services.

Fluer De Lis was amazing! The cake tasted so good! Better than any other wedding cake I have had! They did the decorations exactly as we wanted, so it all turned out to be exactly what we wanted! I would use them again in the future!

It's a struggle for some vendors to work with an out of town bride, but not Liana- she was wonderful! Our cake came with our wedding venue, but they couldn't have picked a better cake place to partner with. The cake was beautiful and incredibly yummy! We plan on working with them for future events when we're back in town. They're a sure bet!!

Liana was an amazing person! She spent time with my fiance and I and really tried to understand our vision for the cake. When i walked into my reception I was blown away by what they did! IT WAS AMAZING!!!! My cake was beautiful and perfect.... Not to mention it tasted so yummy! It was light and fluffy and looked like it should've been in a magazine!! I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

I was very happy with my cake...it turned out absolutely gorgeous and was delicious. We gave them a picture from the magazine and the decorations (ribbon, silk flowers, and cake topper) and it looked just amazing...our guests actually thought the cake was fake until we cut into it. After reading the other reviews, I agree that they can use a little work on their customer service (i.e. our cake testing was a little rushed) but their cakes are so tasty, I would use them again.

My fiance and I had a unique design picked out for our wedding cake. We wanted joined hearts and baseballs! The staff at Fleur de Lis was able to duplicate our design to the tee!!! The cake was beautiful and delicious!!! We had guests come up to us all night long and ask where we got our cake from. The whipped cream icing was smooth and soft (not crunchy like other cakes) and the chocolate mousse and strawberry/vanilla fillings were soooo good :) If you are a bride that is looking for great wedding cake for a reasonable price, check out Fleur de Lis bakery!!!!!

If I had not followed up with them the week before my wedding, I don't think I would've had a cake show up to my wedding at all. We were so rushed during the tasting and ordering session that they had forgotten to take down my phone number and last name. When I did check with them, I was told that I would need to provide my own cutter for the decorations, and that they would be unable to design my cake the way I had ordered it. So I did run around, locate a cutter, buy some fondant, and make a sample (to show them how to do it) all at the last minute. Then, they broke my cake topper on the way to the reception venue so they made a chinese-star-weapon-looking object out of aluminum foil, spray painted it pink, and stuck it on the top of my cake. (Just a tip for future reference-- having NO cake topper is ALWAYS a better choice than anything made out of foil or spray painted.) However, several people told me that my cake was the best wedding cake they've ever tasted, so they've got the taste part down. And once I was able to take off the wretched foil topper, the cake looked pretty good. But I would have never used this vendor if it was not already included in a package with my reception venue. If you want a simple design and great-tasting cake, Fleur De Lis would be a fine choice. But for a unique and creative design, I would not recommend them.

This was the most delicious wedding cake I, or my husband ever had! Everyone at our wedding ate a couple slices, as we had three different flavors served: Chocolate Mousse, Coconut Creme, and Red Velvet--the best! We had no problems at the tasting, and since we requested red velvet they called us a few days later when they had a sample available to taste. We definitely intend to return there for our anniversary and get a small cake to celebrate. The reason I gave 4/5 on responsiveness was they never answered their phone the 1st time I called, but did call back within the week. Also they called me asking questions about the cake topper and other details, which I had already answered at the in-person meeting and on another previous phone call. Everything turned out beautiful the wedding day, and it was really, really good cake.

We really could not have asked for more! When we met with Margie, she let us taste everything & when we couldn't decide between two, she just suggested that we did both. It turned out to be DELICIOUS & we had several compliments. Margie was so easy to work with & everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this cake company without a doubt, and I actually do quite often.

Fleur de lis created a cake for us using a picture we had brought in.They did a fantastic job matching it up and making it taste great.They delivered on time and it was fresh and fantastically set up for our wedding.

The events coordinator at Stone Creek recommended Fleur de Lis for our cake. I flew in from Dallas to finalize everything with all the vendors. My matron of honor planned the whole day around the cake tasting. She was more excited than I was! I had gone thru a million pictures online and thru the wedding magazines and found one that had everything I liked. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she made it. It was absolutly perfect. They worked with the venue for the set up and my florist to get the roses for the topper. So it was totally stress free. I didn't a chance to see it until after the ceremony and walking into the reception. The cake was just beautiful. I didn't want to take anymore of the standard pictures of the wedding party and the new couple - I just wanted to go stare at the cake! Thankfully we ended up with some great shots of the cake - it didnt work out so well for pictures of the flowers. I guess my preoccupation with the cake rubbed off on the photographer :). It was delicious, white chocolate and raspberry. I barely got to sit down and eat half a slice before some other hostess duty came up, but luckily my matron of honor ended up taking the whole bottom section home, so someone got to fully enjoy it. (We couldnt take it, we left for the honeymoon early the next morning.) Hopefully the frozen top layer is well preserved so I can finally have some on my 1st anniversary. If there is ever another reason for an amazing cake while we are visiting Arizona, I would definately use these guys again!!

The cake tasted great. They delivered at the time they promised. We changed size of wedding cake a couple of times and then added a groom's cake at the last minute. They were gracious and responsive and made the changes as requested. The groom's cake was great...we requested NY Giants football logo and we got more comments on the groom's cake than we did on the the wedding cake. I was a tad disappointed on the workmanship on the "swirls" on the cake but it wasn't anything to make a fuss about. I would definitely recommend them.

Fleur de lis fixed us a white marble wedding cake.They offered many interesting designs and flavors.We opted for a classic white cake in three layers.We where very happy with the price because it wasn't as high as we feared.The cake had a delightful taste and melted in your mouth.It was great!

My fiance and I spent quite a bit of time going through the cake books to decide upon a design. It wasn't until I received my wedding pictures that I realized that the design that we picked out was not the design of our cake on our wedding day! I was just a bit upset about that. Other than that, the cake was absolutely delicious.

Our cake was not only beautiful but delicious as well. On our first meeting we tasted many many cakes and they were all delicious. He told us our cake could be how ever we wanted it. Since we were on a budget he did let us know that we could bypass the deliver and pick it ourselves to save us a few bucks. He was a very kind and professional, these people really know what they are doing and know that it is a very special day and do anything we ask for to help keep it special.

My wedding cake was included in my package from the Crowne Plaza. Meeting with them was good, they were helpful & nice. You set an appointment & got to pick the type of cake & flavors & got to taste some. The cake tasted good. But, I guess there wasn't enough for all of my guests because we ran out. I am guessing the caterer didn't cut/serve it properly?? =)

Fleur de Lis did an amazing job on my wedding cake! I found the perfect cake while browsing through a magazine at the grocery store. The design was quite intricate and rather large (I had it made for 250 people). I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to do it, but after meeting with them they reassured me that there would be no issues at all. The flavors they have are delicious and best of all light.

I also loved the fact that they took care of all the details. Beyond meeting with them to show them the cake I wanted and choosing the cake flavor, they coordinated with the hotel and made arrangements to have everything set up on the big day. This saved me a lot of time and I honestly feel like that was the only thing in my wedding that I didn't stress over at all--and that's all thanks to them.

We actually never tasted or saw any live samples. We sent a picture via e-mail of what we wanted and Fleur De Lis did it EXACTLY like we wanted. They also gave us some money saving tips that they could have easily charged us for. Not only was the cake beautiful - it was delicious! I went back to get a piece after my small bite, and it was all gone. We will certainly be ordering our anniversary cake in a year from them.

just needed to let others out there that the wedding cake picked out for a 50th wedding ann. party was not all that. there was no flavor and if you can believe this not even the children ate it. and kids like cake.

Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but it was delicious. They delivered the cake on time and had it all set-up as they promised. I never had any problems contacting ths vendor. We had an appointment for a taste testing which went well and they were very helpful in the designing or my cake. I loved working with them. I have also been to a baby shower with one of their cakes that was done like a baby carriage that was just beautiful and very tasty. I also went to a christening where there was one of their cakes that was done like a cross that was gorgeous and very, very tasty. I highly recommend this vendor.

This was probably the worst vendor we had to deal with. They were very hard to contact and get a hold of. The design that I wanted for my cake they could not do without charging me extra. Since the cake was included in my catering bill I did not want to pay extra, and I felt that the design that I wanted was not too extravagant. I had to go back two days before the wedding to finalize everything that should have already been finalized.

My husband and I had a ball going in to Fluer de Lis Cakes for our tastings. They had a huge variety of batter flavors and filling flavors. The hardest part was deciding on a flavor. They even let you mix and match in one cake if you wanted! The cake was delicious. ALL of the guests commented on the cake saying it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. My husband, who is a sweets-a-holic, couldn't get enough of it. The communication of the cake getting to our reception site was all done through the wedding coordinator of the site we choose. The cake was included in the cost per guest. This made for a flawless evening. I highly recommend Fluer de Lis Cakes.

This service was provided complimentary through our reception venue at the Biltmore Embassy Suites, so the value for the budget goes without saying. The cake that Fleur de Lis created for us was beautiful and tasted great.

The tasting was not as exciting as I had hoped. We were only able to try a few different cakes. HOWEVER. The cake was DELICIOUS. It was super moist, and full of flavor. Best cake I've ever had.

The customer service was a bit on the cold side. The cake however, was fantastic. It was exactly what I wanted. It tasted great, looked great and was a hit at the wedding. They had a full service tasting and we were given time to look at the books of pictures and come up with some ideas of what we wanted. She even bought the extra ribbon from us that was unused on our cake. The cake was included with our venue.

This was all included with the package we had through Four Points Sheraton. This was the best cake I have EVER had. We went with a Champagne Cake with strawberry filling and a wonderful icing that was perfectly sweet (not overly sweet like some are). The cake was beautiful- better than I had imagined. They even had our monogram (My husband and my first initial and a larger last name initial between them)! I would highly reccommend them!! Everyone loved the cake and kept complimenting the work!
