    The Fleur de Lis Event Center offers two eclectic ballrooms: both encompass the necessities for your special day. Gas lights, star-lit ceiling, bars and bathrooms on both floors, private outdoor courtyards, banquet tables, seating, and more awaits you and your guests in each stunning room. We also possess anything and all things necessary for the techs: video projectors, powered screens, theatrical lights, stages, a podium, hand held microphones, immaculate sound systems both inside and out. Each of these elements is manned by our full time in-house DJ/lighting/tech cast that promise a night full of dancing.     The Jazz Ballroom features a Jazz theme, but possesses an unmatched courtyard personality. The two indoor fountains are unique to this room, creating both soothing water sounds and fiber optic underwater lighting. The old world brick courtyard, with seating up to 100, is complete with vine covered lattice: perfect for intimate ceremonies. No ceremony is complete without the perfect area to prepare for your shining moment. We offer a large private bridal suite complete with makeup mirrors and everything necessary to prepare for your special day. Across the way is the Bengal Lounge, complete with a Plasma TV and pool table for the groom's party. Your guests deserve the best as well; The Jazz Ballroom can accommodate from 50 to 250 guests with downstairs seating of 130. In addition, guests may be seated upstairs in the spacious three sided balcony that romantically gazes down upon the dance floor.

    Our Pontchartrain Ballroom is home to a breathtaking staircase that awaits guests as they enter the foyer. Guests may then proceed into our stupendous ballroom, adorned with French Quarter styled black columns, supporting the immense balcony above. The Pontchartrain Ballroom is structured with stucco walls, brick columns, gas lanterns, and of course, our famous star-lit ceiling. The vast New Orleans themed courtyard is complete with brick walls, a sparkling pond embellished with a beautiful fountain, and is built to accommodate ceremonies of up to 325. Your guests may be seated on pearl white wedding chairs or along the brick benches lining the Live Oak and Magnolia landscaped beds. Our bridal suite also provides the bride with a courtyard view, giving her the ability to check on any last minute details. The groom's party will also have their own hang out, known as the "Groom's Closet!" Despite its size, it is readily equipped with a TV: Isn't that a man's only necessity? Due to the numerous ways this room may be arranged, it possesses the ability to accommodate events as small as 100 or as large as 500 guests or more.

    Our "magic making" team is here to help you create unforgettable memories during this significant moment in your life. We will handle the details; You only need your enchanting smile! We will help every step of the way: planning, choosing vendors, setup, decorating and anything else you need. Our bridal staff will coordinate every detail of the event; We will be responsible for all the necessities, everything from coordinating vendor deliveries, organizing the ceremony, overseeing special dances, cake cutting, to our captivating farewell, will be taken care of. We also encourage using the center to take bridal portraits to get a test run on getting dressed here. Furthermore, we include a limo transfer as part of the grand send off, taking the newlyweds up to 75 miles away to start the rest of your life together.

Many believe this is because you are stressed, perhaps you are too busy talking to your guests, or maybe not hungry - Wrong. It is simply due to the fear of causing a stain on this elegant, expensive wedding dress! No need to worry, our chef will prepare your requested meal, complete with candles, drinks, and of course - APRONS! After the two of you finish the magical- although short- meal, you may take another stop in the Bridal suite to freshen up before your grand entrance as a newlywed couple. Lights, Camera, Action! You are ready to share your first dance together as a new couple!
