Florentine Gardens

I cannot rave enough about The Estate at Florentine Gardens on September 15, 2007 (we had 225 people)- everything was fantastic! I worked with Noelle Gisonde the entire time and she was so helpful and patient. The atmosphere was exactly how I envisioned it...the piles and piles of food were delicious...the grounds were beautiful for photos. Jeffrey was our maitre'd and he was unobtrusive and wonderful - there wasn't a single point in the entire night when I needed anything.

I went to a wedding there over the weekend and it was perfect. All my friends and family were very impressed!

This place is gorgeous and the food is delicious. The gardens are remarkable!

I just got engaged and have been looking for a wedding recepton site and this is it. I have heard nothing but wonderful reviews from co workers and friends who have gonew to a wedding there. I went to visit and I am totally getting married there...so excited!!!

I just came back from a wedding there last weekend and I can't wait to go back! My friend got married there and it was wonderful. The food was awesome and the band was one of the best bands I ever heard.When I get married, I know exactly where I will be getting married!!!!!!

Everything about the Florentine Gardens is wonderful from the food to the employees. My husband and I could not have been happier.The DJ and videography was all done through the Florentine Gardens by Sal Travis Entertainment. The DJ was awesome as well as the video. There were so many special effects and a beautiful photo montage of me and my husband. I loved every minute of my wedding and people are still talking about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

The most romantic and classically beautiful venue ever. Florentine Gardens is so stately; the two-story ballroom with the elegant wall of windows is breathtaking. There is no venue more gorgeous than this. The food and service were exceptional. If you want your wedding to go exactly as planned, then book it at The Estate at Florentine Gardens.

We had the most amazing time at Florentine! Every staff was just amazing!!! Food was unbeatable and a lot too! =) Cant have hungry guests... =) I was relaxed at my wedding day bec thats how the ppl assigned to us (Nadia and Jeff) made us feel... Florentine is the place to have your wedding! DJ rocked the house... lighting was fabulous... fog machine added a lot of drama... all in all the gorgeous place just made everything beautiful... thank you Florentine... cant thank you enough... we are sooo lucky we found you... =) Mr. & Mrs. P

The Estate at florentine Gardens will give you the wedding of your dreams! I just got married there this past november and i could not have been more pleased with them. First off let me say that Denise was Amazing!!!!! Such a delight to work with and will bend over backwards to help you in any way you can! She was always there for me at a moments notice and was able to answer any questions i had. i really enjoyed working with her, and she really made me feel like i was the only person she was working with. Always gave me 100% attention all the time. The day of the wedding she was by myside and helped me get through the day, i even made sure to take a picture with her at my wedding just to make sure i remember how honored i was that she was there to help us have an amazing day. The place it self is a dream, the food AMAZING! i dont think there was one bad thing anyone said about the night. My family have been to a lot of weddings, and this was by far the best one they have had in a long time. The Cocktail hour was unreal, so much food and good food at that. you will be very impressed with the presentation and decor they provide inorder to make the room look warm, inviting, and classy. People are still raving about the wedding and its been 3 months. We had the House Band as well as all the Video/Montage/Wrap-up video/up lighting with sal entertainment. He was OUT OF THIS WORLD! not only was the band a sensation..sal really knows how to set the tone to make everyone up and moving the whole night. People were up dancing the every single minute. The band was amazing, everyone still cant believe it was a band that was playing, they all said they didnt realized when the band was playing or if it was a DJ..thats how exact they sounded. They even went into the crowd while singing almost like a concert and got the crowd going and jumping and moving. Even my grandmother was up the whole night dancing and shes 80!! They had songs for all generations and you would be missing out if you didnt get them. The montage and wrap up brought tears to peoples eyes and gave us a nice token to go home with. Sal was amazing and made our dream wedding a reality. I would reccomend the florentine gardens any day any time and at any place. My husband was beyond impressed and it will be a memory of a lifetime!

Our wedding consultant was Oliver Leoni, the guy is straight up money. He's enthusiastic, knows his stuff and makes you feel totally relaxed. While most places cater to just the bride I found this venue made us men feel welcome and took care of us all the way through.Sal Travis is the director of entertainment, and he too is a class act. Took care of everything from video to lighting to music and MC. Superb! If you decide to use the in-house entertainment package, highly recommended! My wife surprised me with Mr. Met at our wedding and they were totally cool with it and seamlessly integrated him into the celebration. In short, excellent food, excellent service, excellent staff and gorgeous grounds/rooms. Everyone who attended could not stop gushing about this place and the night overall!

Why choose the Florentine Gardens? Because my guests are still raving about the amazing food and the beautiful grounds. Because the staff provided not only lavish service, but because they went above and beyond, helping a guest clean and dry a child's dress that became soiled. Because every idea I brought to Denise Downing was met with the phrase "We can make that happen," and they did.

I can't say enough about this place...just look at the ballroom and you'll know what I mean. This place is magnificent. The ballroom has high ceilings, and windows everywhere, looking out into gardens and trees wrapped in lights. The bridal suite is humongous.. Cocktail hour is fabulous, lavish, delicious... And the people who work here...AMAZING. We had the privilege of working with Denise Downing...who is on top of everything. She is prompt, gets back to your emails and phone calls... She is fun, and has a great energy about her that is contagious... My husband and I will miss meeting with her to go over wedding details. And the entertainment crew is amazing as well...headed by Sal Travis.. We did a wrap-up video which is a 4 minute video of our day that was provided to us at the end of the night.. Call far in advance, as it books quickly. Theres a wedding day here for every bride's budget...

I really have to start at the beginning, one year ago, when we and our son in law's parents first came to see FG.. Denise's warmth, enthusiasm & confident explanation of all FG could offer us, coupled with the beautiful grounds, the cocktail hour room with TABLES & CHAIRS (yeah!), the beautiful ball room, the ability to transform a daytime affair into what felt like a nighttime one by lowering the shades, etc quickly sealed the deal. Your unbridled endorsement of Petals Premier's talents, of Sal's house band's renown, of Milton Gil's photographic skills all served to simplify what would become our long distance maneuvering. Each time we met with you, each time I e-mailed you, my "leap of faith" seemed less daunting. As the date drew nearer, and the floral decisions, cake selection, hotel reservations, etc were all finalized, I realized that I was able to orchestrate a wedding from 2 1/2 hours away because we had YOU as our fulcrum, keeping everything in balance. And then suddenly it was the week of the wedding, and you added still one more essential element: CALM! No matter how many concerns I raised, you were your same reassuring, smiling, positive self...which went a LONG way in calming my anxieties. I knew we had definitely chosen well.... How well however I truly couldn't know until the day of the wedding. From the moment we arrived at FG that morning, until your staff had everything ready to pack up in our car afterwards, EVERYTHING was magical! Adam's vision of a chuppah in the round was an intimate, warm setting that had everyone feeling as if they weren't just spectators, but rather participants in our daughter's ceremony....and the fall jewel tone colors that Adam suggested for the bouquets & centerpieces made the visual impact a stunning one! The cocktail hour was both a visual and a culinary feast- all the reviews I'd read didn't really do it justice. Our guests loved feasting on seafood skewers, sweet potato risotto, lamp chops, Chinese stir fry, and too many other options to name (and that's without any upgrades!).....and that was just the beginning.... As promised, Sal had our guests out on the dance floor non-stop....No one could believe this was the "house band" because they were so incredible! And through it all, superior service by white- gloved attentive staff made all of our guests feel very honored to have been invited, and made us feel very special because our every need was immediately addressed. Even our daughter's issues printing out her Matron of Honor toast was remedied by your staff quickly re-typing a hard copy of her speech. Nothing was too much to ask. And when the bus bringing guests from Manhattan got lost, you calmed all of us by simply delaying the start of the ceremony 10 minutes. That attention to detail delivered in a "we can do this" manner is truly priceless when dealing with anxious parents!!! It was an absolute delight to have worked with you Denise & I would highly recommend that anyone considering a wedding in northern NJ sign with FG & then sit back & relax, confident that the day will be spectacular! I know that our guests will be raving about our daughter's wedding for years,because as the newlyweds said "it was absolutely PERFECT!"

What can I say about the Florentine that has not already been said?? This, in my opinion, is the NUMBER 1 place to have your wedding - not just because the decor is amazing...not just because the food is amazing.....but the staff is a step above and it is all led by Noelle Gisonde - she certainly made this night THE best for my Friends and I - we never wanted for anything - she was right there making sure everyone was happy & fed very very well - she was even right there for us with things we did not even know we wanted - truly a top notch professional!! Make sure to ask for her when you book your affair - you will be relaxed all night, not have to think of one thing and have the time of your life - I guarantee it!!!

I just recently had my wedding at the Florentine on Sept 2nd and I truly can say it was absolutly PERFECT I wouldn't of changed a single thing! The Florentine is 100% the best place to have a wedding, or any party! The service and production that was put on was absolutely mind blowing! Everyone is STILL talking about it and saying it was the best wedding that they have EVER been to!! I watch the video wrap up everyday and I still cant believe how perfect everything turned out. Everyone wants to go back ASAP because the food and service, the music and entertainment was just AWESOME! I really can't express how EXCELLENT the service was, especially for both my husband and I. I felt like a movie star for sure! The service and attention the Florentine gives not only the bride and groom but the guests is just amazing. I could go on and on about how perfect everything was, but I wont! You HAVE HAVE HAVE to have your wedding, or any event here! You will NOT be sorry!

We just had our wedding at Florentine Gardens this past Sunday, August 7th, and it was the absolute best experience of our lives from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and helpful during planning and during our actual wedding day. Our guests have called and commented on how beautifully everything was put together, how organized everything was, how professional the staff was, and how DELICIOUS the food was! I could not and would not change one aspect of that day. The staff puts care into every detail, and you can tell they truly aim to make it an amazing experience for you on your wedding day. Little girls dream of how perfect their wedding day should be, and I'm so happy that mine came true in every way.

I am the bride's father and am considered by most as a very demanding person. I was completely blown away by our daughter's wedding on 7/30/2011. Our coordinator Noelle was fantastic. She catered to every whim that we asked for. But talk is cheap and most do not deliver as described. There was a wedding in the afternoon and we were worried that it would effect our evening affair. Richard promised that it would be ok and it was. From the time we arrived till one am when the affair was over; nothing but perfection occured. The outdoor sevice perfect, the coctail hour, the dinner,the venetian table all were beyond our expectations. The food quality was superb giving people vast choices.The meats were prime the fish fresh. The alcohol served was top shelf The staff was over accommodating. Our server Nancy was fantastic. She read my mind before I even knew I wanted something. My wife's shoe came apart and Richard sent out someone to buy glue and they repaired her shoe. We used the house band and DJ. Sal Travis was great providing these services. The best compliment one can give to the Florentine Garden is that affair was flawless. We have heard from many of our guests and everyone said that this was the best affair that they have ever gone to. From the cocktail hour to the dinner to the music to the venetian table people said that everything was perfect. Thank you Noelle, Richard, Sal for giving our daughter the best wedding anyone can ask for!!!!

I would like to say that I had the wedding of my dreams at the Florentine Gardens on 7/30/11. Everything was perfect and flawless, it was one amazing party :). Noelle was our sales agent and she was wonderful! She helped us pick the perfect menu. All of our guests are still talking about the short rib mushroom risotto! The cocktail hour was spectacular. We also went with the House band, DJ, lighting, and video, which was done by Sal Travis. All were beyond our expectations. The band was amazing their range was unbelievable, they could play anything and make it sound great. I have to say my husband and I danced all night. My bridal attendant was spectacular. I actually got the front of my dress dirty during pictures before the wedding. I had a big red streak across the front and I was mortified. My bridal attendant got the stain out in two minutes and saved the day. She also fixed my bustle three times after I ripped it out dancing. She was simply amazing. Overall, I cannot even express how wonderful my wedding was; Great food, fantastic entertainment, flowing drinks, and impeccable service. A fantastic venue! Thank you Noelle, Sal, and Richard for the time of my life. I cannot tell you how many comments and texts I received saying best wedding ever!

Our wedding was this past July 29, 2011 and the Florentine Gardens was by far the best venue to have your event at. Our wedding was beyond incredible and we have Sal and the entire team at the Florentine Gardens to thank for it. Every detail was so perfect and the staff was amazing and attentive. We loved they way Richard/Sal would tell Mike and I what the next steps were in the course of the evening. Although it rained and we could not have our ceremony outside, the staff went above and beyond to make the ballroom just as beautiful as the garden. Our ceremony ended up being my favorite part of the evening. Everyone made us feel so comfortable at all times and Nancy our bridal attendant was fabulous. All of our friends and family are raving that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and the service/food was out of this world!!! The Executive Chef did such an amazing job and our DJ was a big hit! I can not stop watching the wrap up video, I love it!!! If you decide to book your big day at this venue, you should definitely purchase the Theatrical Package. I am so happy I did and we now have our video to cherish forever! The Florentine Gardens really does know the proper way to execute an event.....Sheer perfection!! I wish I could do it all over again! Erin & Michael Milano

As Mother of the Groom I must say that the Florentine Gardens was the best venue for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. From the on-site ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and venetian hour everything was flawless. Our coordinator Denise was the most amazing person, Denise and the staff were professional and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was just unbelievable, the cocktail hour food was truly the best with wonderful presentation, dinner was unbelievable, then when you think it just does not get better the venetian hour comes along and becomes a WOW moment. Denise was there every step of the way from the beginning to the end. The theatrical show that Sal did along with the montage just took everyones breath away. I cannot thank Denise, Sal and the staff at the Florentine Gardens for making the most beautiful wedding that anyone can have. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food was and how attentive and professional the staff was to everyone's needs. This is the place for any bride to have the wedding of her dreams. They do come true at the Florentine Gardens. I must thank Denise, Sal and the staff for everything from our first meeting to the end of the most beautiful wedding night. This will be a wedding to remember for our guests, families, but most of all for the Bride and Groom. Words cannot describe how impressive the Florentine Gardens and staff were for the wedding evening. I got married at the Florentine over the summer, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. All throughout the planning process everyone was wonderful to work with and so helpful. Sal, in particular, was a pleasure. He was extremely accomodating and flexible, and always worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for me and my husband. I really felt like everyone worked hard to ensure we had a positive experience. The day of the wedding everything went very smoothly. Nadia, my bridal attendant was amazing. She took care of everything I needed and more. The food was amazing (I wish I had the opportunity to eat more!), the band was great, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic too. We had a daytime wedding, but with the shades down it felt like night and we got the "dance atmosphere" we wanted as well. The uplighting was beautiful, and everyone was amazed at the wrap up video. There was SO much food to choose from during the cocktail hour, and the dinner selections were fantastic. We loved the band, and everyone was up dancing the entire time. I couldn't believe how many people told me and my husband, my parents or my in laws after the wedding how it was truly one of the best weddings they had ever been to. I would recommend the Florentine Gardens in a heartbeat. They have the ability to create a great affair down to a science.

When i first got engaged I never ever thought in a million years i would be able to have a big wedding...I started looking around and small off the beaten path venues and even restaurants to see if i could manage to pull something together and after going to 16 different venues i was frustrated to say the least. A friend suggested I call The Estate at Florentine Gardens (Where he and his wife had gotten married). I spoke with Oliver and immediately was invited to "come on by" and get a tour and discuss options. Oliver was amazing. He was very understanding of my needs and he explained EVERYTHING to me - and he did not make me sit through some boring speech - he was very straight forward and flexible and i did not feel like i was "Getting Sold". He let me know my options - he told me to think about it and give him a call and he let me know right off the bat the wedding date availablity. When i left that day - i knew this was where i wanted to have my wedding. But being the person that i am - i still continued to look at a few other venues that i already had appointments for. After going to 16 different venues - there was no doubt that the Florentine Gardens was where i wanted to get married and have my reception. No other place compared. The gardens are absolutely stunning and the ballroom is breathtaking. The fact that they only do 1 wedding at a time was also a huge plus. We had the entire place to ourselves and i was able to get ready in the beautiful bridal swuite. The entire process of planning my wedding was so stress free thanks to Oliver and Sal (the director of entertainment). Oliver knew just what i needed and he made everything so easy he was great. The other benefit of this venue is they have in house band, DJ and videographers. I chose to go with the DJ though their band was amazing...I just decided a DJ was best for the type of wedding i wanted. I also used their videographer and chose to go with their lighting package as well - it was so affordable and so worth every single penny i spent. (I feel like i am rambling on but i have so many wonderful things to say) Sal, who may just be the nicest man i have ever met in my life, was the best! He helped me pick my first dance song and my entrance song he even was the MC at our wedding and everything was perfect. We had our own bridal assitant Nadia and Maitre De Jeff who helped me throughout my wedding day. Someone got lipstick on my dress and Nadia got it out and steamed my dress for me right there on the spot! Jeff organized my bridal party that day and explained everything to all of us. He was great. Oliver was there too - he made sure everthing ran smooth and he was even there to give me a hug before i threw my bouquet off of the balcony overlooking the dancefloor. The bakery they use - Palermo bakery was amazing and the cake was the best wedding cake i have ever tasted and it was gorgeous! The Florentine Gardens takes no shortcuts - they do everything top notch - and they are the nicest people - they make you feel like part of their family. I honestly wish i could give this venue more than 5 stars - because it really does stand out above all of the other wedding venues i visited and of allt he weddings i have been to - mine was the most beautiful ceremony and reception - i am beyond grateful to them all. I would just like to point out that i went to 1 wedding there before my own - and also 1 wedding after my own - and all 3 weddings were completely different. This is not a cookie cutter wedding venue. Each wedding is unique in its own way. If you want a true dream wedding - this is the only place around to go to. I hope this place is around when i have my 50th wedding anniversary - because there is no other place i would have the big party!! xoxox0

The Estate at Florentine Gardens was the perfect location for our wedding. Everything turned out better than we had ever hoped. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing!! The wedding cake was part of the package and it came out exactly as I had envisioned. Plus, the cake was moist and delicious - the best wedding cake we've had, usually they are a little dry. Its been over 6 months since our wedding and we're still receiving compliments about the food and location.

I'm writing this review on the one month anniversary of my wedding, and my gratitude to Sal, Noelle, Jeff, Carolina and then entire Florentine Gardens team is still through the roof. If you are looking to have a wedding that is beyond any dream you could ever have, look no further than The Florentine Gardens. I have been dreaming of my wedding day since a very young age. I joined TheKnot.com when I was 12 (submitting my real groom's name at the time!) and have watched every wedding show ever created. Needless to say, I've been planning my wedding for a very long time. Despite that fact, the team at The Florentine Gardens exceeded any dream or thought or desire I could have had. From the day we went to look at the venue (I cried at first sight), to the vendor night where we were IMMEDIATELY sold on the band and full entertainment package, to the day of my wedding, everything was professional and personalized. Sal and Noelle really made me feel that they were truly invested in my wedding and no visit began or ended without a hug. All emails were answered immediately, all phone calls were returned immediately and followed up with an email. The band is second to none. I'm a dancer and married my dance teacher's son so needless to say, the dance party aspect of the wedding was very important. My entire college dance team was there and told me it was the best band they've ever heard. Every single wedding guest told me the same thing. The dance floor was full the entire night (and we extended the wedding to 1am!). At one point, when a Jackson 5 song was being performed, my husband whispered in my ear "I honestly just thought we were either listening to a CD or Michael Jackson was here." They are truly the best and it amazes me they don't all have a record deal. From the cocktail hour through the Venetian hour through the send off hot pretzels, the food was to die for. I was just at a party Saturday where everyone told me they all wished we were eating the food at my wedding. Our wedding cake was delicious and beyond gorgeous. On the day of my wedding, Jeff was our Maitre'd and Carolina was my bridal assistant. Jeff was so warm and welcoming and ran the night perfectly. Everything was choreographed to a T and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He asked our opinions, made sure everyone was comfortable and made both my parents and my husband's parents feel so at ease. Carolina has her PhD. in weddings according to my best friend. From the moment I stepped out of the limo she was incredible. I still do not know how she bustled my veil like magic in 10 seconds, how she fixed my hair when I changed headpieces, or how she knew exactly when I needed water or an extra bobby pin. I really do not have a bad thing to say about The Florentine Gardens. My wedding day was beyond perfection-if you are a bride who really wants your day to be a fairy tale, you must have your wedding here. I truly wish that every bride could have as happy a day as I had. Sending my love to the entire staff. One month later, no one has stopped talking about our wedding and I have a feeling this isn't going to stop anytime soon.

This was the best wedding that anyone could have asked for! From the decor, the ambiance, and the food was magnificent! Our families can't stop raving about the place. My only regret would be that I wasn't guest! I wish to go to an affair there where we don't have to do any work.

Absolutely loved our venue, and we were treated like a queen and king that day by all the staff. Rich was awesome, and guided us throughout the whole process. I would have our wedding there all over again, and am dying to go back to attend as a guest. Hope to have another party here in the future.

What a wonderful venue my daughter got married there in October and I still here from people that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. It is apparently better than The Rockleigh according to most of the guests!!!!!

My sister got married there and it was wonderful. Everything was unbelievable. My family and friends raved about everything and told eveyone it was one of the nicest places in New Jersey!!!!!!

Florentine Gardens went above and beyond for us! They were accommodating, patient and extremely helpful with everything. I was able to call them with any questions even if it was just advice about something that did not involve the reception hall. Sal Travis and his entertainment group is a MUST when getting married at Florentine! They were truly amazing! We can’t express how happy we were with Sal! If you book at Florentine Gardens you should definitely book with Sal!!!! He’s worth every penny! Both the band and DJ are awesome

We Loved the Florentine Gardens and would recommend it to anyone! They made our wedding spectacular and all of our guests are still raving about that night.

This is the most wonderful reception venue! The food, service, and staff were amazing. I used several of their in-house services: Sal Travis Entertainment- After we booked at Florentine we went to a showcase for the House Band and immediately booked the full entertainment package with Sal. The band was absolutely phenomenal and we are still getting people telling us how amazing the band was. Included in the Theatrical Package was also a slideshow of our baby and growing up pics, and a video wrap up of our reception. Everyone still is talking about the wrap up. It was amazing! Sal also added in wall uplights to accent the room in a splash of pink. We also had a GOBO of our monogram on the dance floor the entire night which looked great! Reel Moments- We were a little unsure about videography since we booked everything through Sal Travis and discussed our video with him and not the videographer himself. The day of the wedding however, Eric was wonderful to work with and we even found out he knew one of our groomsmen and our Rabbi loved him. We have only seen our montage and wrap up video but both were done so beautifully! Oliver Leoni and staff- Our bridal attendant Andrea was fantastic! She was there the whole time and did whatever we asked her to do. She gave us cool towels during our pictures before the ceremony, carried around my dress, got my flip flops when my shoes started hurting me, etc. She really was our personal assistant all night! She brought food to us during the cocktail hour so we didn’t have to move a muscle and draped my dress with a sheet so I didn’t get food on me LOL. The Maitre ‘D, Rich made sure that everything during the reception ran smoothly. If anything went awry we had no clue because everything was perfect! He even ran a rehearsal with the bridal party right before the ceremony. Oliver, was our go to guy from the beginning when we booked. He was very helpful and made sure everything went the way we wanted it. He was very diplomatic with our parents during the planning process and assured us that we would get what we wanted and we did. He schmoosed our parents and he used his charm for example to get us the sushi bar we wanted during cocktail hour.Overall, the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour and we asking us if that was dinner because there was SO MUCH FOOD! The dinner was wonderful and our cake looked and tasted fantastic! The design was exactly how we wanted it; to match the running theme of all our stationary. I would recommend Florentine to anyone who wants a wedding people will be talking about (in a good way) forever!

words can never describe how happy we were with this venue. Our wedding was three years ago and everyone is STILL talking about it. The simple elegant decor, the responsiveness of the event planners, the promptness of the wait staff and of course the Maitre'd and bridal assistant. I don't know where to begin, or to end. The Estate at Florentine gardens is truly one of a kind, and they made this Cinderella's dream come true.

Just got married on 06/30/2011! If I can give the staff and location a 10 I would. I felt like a queen that night. Anything that I requested was granted above and beyond. Denise our wedding consultant was professional, hospitable and got to know us on a personal level to see what we like. She alway was in good spirits. My bride assistant Nadya attended to all my needs as well as my mother's. Jeff our matre'd guided us and bridal party all night on where to stand & sit lol . Waiters and bar tenders where responsive and courteous. Last but not least Sal Travis and his DJ Kenny were phenomenal. They catered to all my guests request as well as our special entertainment requests. They added extra surprises to our package. The vidoe wrap up was unbelievable everyone is still talking about how it was their favorite part in the wedding. Been married over a month and still we are hearing our guest talk about it. Im quoting one of my guest she said... "my daughter is getting married in September and I dont think we can come close to such a spectacular wedding" My comment was you should have booked it in Florentine Gardens!

If you want an amazing wedding where you, your family and friends will have the time of their life that they will never forget and where nothing will compare- Florentine Gardens is the place to have your wedding. We got married on May 22, 2011 and have been planning for 2 years before. FG was the first place I looked and everything else after did not even compare to it. Florentine was the place I saw my wedding. My husband and I got married in a church and only had the reception at Florentine. EVERYONE had the time of their lives and we are still getting people telling us they could not believe the what an incredible place it was and what an amazing time they had. Their staff, technology, professionalism, talent, the care they have for their customer(s) are all top notch. Florentine knows what they are doing and, in our opinion, is the top dog in the industry. We used their videography services as well. I have never seen anything like their technology! There was only 1 person with a camera during the reception and there are 2 cameras in the ceiling in the ballroom that are operated behind the scenes so you do not have cameramen invading everyone's space all the time. We hardly knew the 1 cameraman was even there! Sal Travis (Director of Entertainment and Services) was phenomenal!!!! He was such a pleasure to work and was excited to work with us whenever we met with him, he was excited for us on our day and helped make it a PERFECT day! They put together a photo montage that was played before the entrance and a "wrap up video." The wrap-up video was something they put together during the event with pictures and clips from the day put to your wedding song. The video is about 4 minutes or so but they play it at the end of the reception for everyone to watch. ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I am still crying when I watch it! The food was fantastic and you will NOT go home hungry. Cocktail hour has a crazy amount of food that will fill you up before you even get to dinner! Drinks were top shelf and amazing as well. If you have the chance, definitely check out Florentine Gardens because they really know how to put on a show and throw an amazing wedding/event!!

We had our wedding here in Nov 2011; the venue is absolutely beautiful. The gardens make for a stunning ceremony space and the ballroom is so elegant. The food was incredible-people could not stop taking about it! We worked with Oliver, who was extremely professional and accommodating and anticipated our every need in advance. We also used Sal Travis, their in house entertainment, and he too was a pleasure to work with and our music was great. Nothing bad to say about this venue...it was everything we could have dreamed of!

This beautiful place is a dream come true for any Bride & Groom. The staff were very helpful & professional to the point where the Bride & Groom had nothing to worry about. The food were amazing, very tasteful & delicious. We had also used their in-house Videographer & DJ by Sal Travis. The video Montag they did of us was unforgettable . We highly recommend using their Videographer & DJ. All of our guests are still raving about how Florentine did a great job & all had a wonderful time.

They gave me the wedding of my dreams! Definitely an amazing place and highly recommended. A few minor things went wrong - microphones didnt work during ceremony, they didn't do the lighting at dinner correctly, and many people said they never got any wedding cake.BUT, every single person has said that was the best wedding they've been to, the venue is gorgeous, the people are friendly, the food is DELICIOUS, the band is unbelievable, and so on. Worth every penny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at the Florentine and would recommend it to any bride and groom. Denise is a wonderful planner who worked hard to give us the day of our dreams and we would suggest working with her if possible.

Overall a wonderful experience. During the months leading up to the wedding the actual coordinator that met with us the first time was not very good with emails and responding promptly I sometimes had to call multiple times to get a response or get a hold of the person. It wasn't really until a week or two before the actual event that I was really given the attention so that's the only downfall of the whole experience. The night of I couldn't ask for anything more the Maitre'd was amazing the bridal attendant was super and the location obviously spoke for itself the food is impeccable and there were no issues throughout the whole night. A+ for staff during the event and attention to detailB- for the responsiveness during the time leading up to the wedding by the coordinator Overall A

We highly recommend Sal Travis and his team to serve as the DJ/MC for your event. They have outstanding special effects and extras that truly make for a memorable event. The only thing that went wrong was that the entrance songs for our parents got mixed up, but otherwise, they were true professionals and provided great service!

Almost everything about that day was beyond my wildest dreams. The only downfall was the sales man who does the entertainment. watch out he's a real salesman but he didnt exactly come through on the big day with all the promises. But the Florentine was out of the this world especially my event planner denise.

Florentine Gardens was a wonderful venue, and we were so lucky to have sun on our wedding day at the end of winter for outdoor photos in their beautiful garden. Noelle was wonderful to work with in planning our special day. Kristin was amazing as an assistant(?) that day, holding up my dress, helping me change shoes (and use the bathroom!). When someone stepped on my dress during photos and the gathering came out, they found a seamstress on the premises to control the damage. My only complaint is that, despite requesting that the staff treat a celebrity guest the same as everyone else, the staff approached my guest during the wedding and requested photographs together, using our wedding photographer. This occurred after we cut the cake, and our wedding cake was never served! They sent it home with us in a big box, what a major disappointment! I found this to be rather unprofessional.

We've been to 2 weddings at Florentine Gardens and they were pretty nice- 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. The gardens are very pretty!

The good things: these guys know what theyr'e doing and put on an AWESOME show, and from what i hear, the food at my wedding was amazing.The bad things: as the bride, i was treated like crap; assigned a "bridal attendant" who i only saw ONCE during the reception and was MIA the whole day, AND didnt know how to do a bustle. Wehn I asked her for food during the cocktail hour, she came back with ten skewers of meat, and NOT what I asked her for. When I expressed my complaint to Richard, he blew me off. Overall, my wedding was a very special day, but it was NO THANKS to the florentine gardens.

We were guests here and were absolutely appalled by the lack of service professionalism, and quality of food. Besides being hit several times by waiters, our table was given food forty five minutes after the plates began to arrive (there were 17 tables). The prime rib was overcooked after being ordered as "medium rare" and came out well done. When asked for the appropriate doneness they said, "all we have is well done." Secondly, they served rice that was not cooked with cold salmon on top. A waitress knocked over the coffee station and they just decided not to serve any more coffee after that point. We were shocked after hearing such wonderful reviews about the place that the servers were rude, looked as if they were unsure of how to handle simple tasks including clearing plates, cups and even pouring coffee. The space was beautiful but that cannot negate the horrific service we received. If my wedding were being held here I would have been furious. Luckily the bride and groom were beautiful and seemed not to have the same service as us.
