We decided to use Flour Power after tastings at a couple of other local caterers. They by far, had the best cake for the cost. She was also very quick to respond to my emails and questions. The cake was amazing. There were only two pieces left at the end of the reception! Everybody thought it was delish!! If you are looking for great wedding cake I would recommend talking to flour power about a tasting!!

Great cakes!! Our wedding cake was small but exactly what we wanted down to a t! Very flexible with ordering, we changed a sheet cake for cupcakes a week before the wedding and they were very happy to help! Wish our cakes had been labeled better though, only one flavor got cut up....overall very happy though!

Delicious! We LOVED our wedding cake from Flour Power - it was so tasty, light and beautiful too! Flour Power was so easy to work with and completely exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them for your special occasion or wedding - you will NOT be disappointed!!

To start off, the cake was delicious. Many of our guests raved about the flavor and quality. This is why we chose flour power originally. Unfortunately, we did not feel that we were provided with high quality service. Our grooms cake was done wrong and when we reported this after the wedding, the response was "well, it was free." We sent a picture WELL in advance of the grooms cake image and they ended up producing a different image. We received the grooms cake as a promotion, but of course it was not "free" to us and how much it costs did not change that my surprise for my new husband was ruined. It was unprofessional to not be apologetic of the mistake. After my 3rd phone call, we were given a credit for a complimentary anniversary cake, which did correct the error to some extent. I just regret that the company did not pay more attention to the details and lacked tact when speaking to the customer after the fact. I also was a bit disappointed with how the wedding cake matched the image I showed them. It was much less elegant than the picture I sent. Again, the cake was delicious. The service and attention to detail was mediocre.

DELICIOUS!! We worked with Flour Power for our wedding cake, after initially meeting with another bakery, and were totally wowed. They had a huge range of cake and frosting flavor options (all of which were delicious), highly skilled cake decorators, and wonderful customer service to help us design the perfect cake. We chose the red velvet, and it was phenomenal. Our guests loved it, and so did we! Flour Power was absolutely the right choice for our wedding cake, and we can't wait until our one-year anniversary to enjoy more delicious Flour Power cake.

Flour Power created a very unique cake for us. We came in with some ideas, looked through the books they had, and collaborated to come up with something really unique. First of all, going to the El Cajon cake shop was so fun - they have a separate room just for wedding cake tasting and designing. The room has several sample cakes in it, it's decorated very cute. They also made us lattes for the tasting! The owner met with us to come up with the design- our cake looked like tiers of black and white Mexican tiles. Everyone loved it! It was easy to call and set up the appointment. I can't really comment on the value - it was included in our hotel package at the Mission Valley Marriott. But I would certainly recommend them to others! They were very willing to make sure what we wanted fit into our 'budget'. My only gripe on flexibility was due to the type of design, we were not able to use our favorite frosting (whipped cream), but the cake was still delicious!

I wanted each tier of the cake to be individually designed with even a monogram with our initials on it, and James made me feel like my requests were not impossible and easy to do.I also have to compliment James on the way he conducted business with us. When it came to flavor, we really wanted to treat our guests to something special and so James provided us just that. A rasberry-champagne cake and a chocolate-fudge-mousse cake (when cut, dribbled like a lava cake). Absolutely delicious!!In addition, I wanted the grooms cake to individualized to my husband's interests, so I asked James if he could make a peanut butter cake with a 49'ers logo on it. You know what James said to me?? "No problem!"To not select Flour Power as your cake for your vendor would be a very poor choice. WOW! My wedding cake was beautiful and tasted so fresh and moist. I'm not a big sweet person, but this cake was HEAVEN! They were able to create my cake by following direction from a picture I had submitted. My guests loved the cake so much, some had seconds and others were asking to take some home. Customer service at Flour Power we felt could have been better. Little personality and little effort to help with suggestions. Overall, we were very pleased with the end result.

A cake from Flour Power was included in my reception package. Flour Power, by far, had more options than the other possible "included" vendors. They have a wide variety of cake flavors and design options. We had three different flavors, one for each tier. It was delicious! My coordinator told me that there were some delays with delivery and some issues with the top tier being melted due to the heat that day, but it looked pretty and tasted good when I saw it. It was the best-tasting wedding cake I've had. I would recommend Flour Power to other brides.

This bakery was included in our reception package with Paradise Point. However, there were hidden costs that the bakery charged on top of what we paid directly to the resort, including a fresh fruit fee, transportation fee and wedding cake stand rental fee (which you got back after the wedding, but I had to call and request it because it did not automatically refund as promised when were chose the cake). The reception package does limit to your choices, which were not told until we arrived to pick out the cake. Also, "in-transport" there was damage done to the cake, which no one told me about. It was sorta-fixed but I could tell there was a dent in the cake that was covered up with frosting and the ribbon. That really did not make me happy. Overall, I was semi-satisfied with my cake presentation. The cake itself tasted like the choices presented to us at the tasting.

Over all the cake was delicious! The only negative thing is they never delivered the grooms cake. Not really a big deal because it was one that was offered for free from attending the bridal bazaar. I did contact them on Monday and they verified the cake was on the order, and will get back to be...still waiting oh well.

Best cupcakes ever! They were delicious and beautiful. The people at Flour Power were so kind and helpful. There was no stress in the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

I was hesitant to go there because my sister and friend had problems in the past, but they truley do have the best tasting cake.Best looking is another story, which was the problem with the two others.The cake showed up at the wedding, they guy dropped it off and we were waiting for him to come back and finish setting it up....oh he was gone!The cake was three layers, the top two layers were backwards, the top had blue frosting on it, the cake was suppose to be pearl white - it was plain white with what looked like they had rolled it out on burlap sack, the cake topper was not pushed down into the cake it was sitting about 2 inches above the cake. IT WAS A MESS.I should have taken advice not to go there from others that have had problems.

Flour Power was phenomenal! Our cake looked absolutely gorgeous on our wedding day (it was hard to cut into in and ruin it)! I would highly recommend Flour Power to anyone! The hardest part was deciding what flavors! They have so many choices and everything was sooo delicious! We ended up choosing red velvet and a white cake with fresh kiwi and fresh mango. They were both amazingly good!

I wanted a cupcake tower for my wedding and a friend suggested I call this place. Here's a tip: don't go through their wedding salon because they charge you a lot more for the same cupcake!! I ordered cupcakes from the regular bakery and added my own preserved orchids to the tops that were dyed (food-grade dyes used) in my wedding colors. My guests thought my cupcake tower was beautiful ( I thought so too!!). The cupcakes themselves were delicious! I opted to find my own stand though because renting theirs is expensive and you have to figure out a time to return it after your wedding.

Flour Power were awesome to work with. They really knew what they were talking about and have a TON of flavors to chose from. I love cake and took advantage of the free cake tastings at many different bakeries and I have to say Flour Power was the best. I actually had a deposit on a different bakery and still went with Four Power. The prices are average for the quality of cake and service they provide.

I definitely highly recommend Flour Power. We got the cake as part of a package with our reception site so can't comment on the price, but it was delicious! We could choose whichever flavors we wanted and the decorations were done excellently! Also, we got lots of comments that the cake was really moist and it was the best wedding cake people had had. I definitely think it was, in general, some of the best cake I've had, so I highly recommend Flour Power!

All we got on the cake was compliments, with taste and looks. We went for our consultation and they were very friendly and we got to pick out exactly what we wanted. And they delivered everything we asked for! I may have a little bias, but this was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. Everyone was taking pictures and loving the taste. It seemed to be in sync with other shops pricing and so this is a great choice! We got everything we asked for! AWESOME!

Our package with our venue (The Prado) included a wedding cake Flour Power, so of course we went with them! Their cake is delicious, they are super professional, and they have so many designs to choose from. James even gave us a complimentary groom's cake when he learned that my husband was in the military. They kept things simple and easy and stress free. We decided on the cake, and it was delivered on time. And I know I said it already, but it was so delicious! We had four layers and four flavors- bridal chiffon, strawberry, chocolate mint, and peanut butter chocolate. Everyone loved every flavor and the left over cake we had (strawberry) was still moist and fluffy one week after the wedding! You can't go wrong with Flour Power!

The cake was gorgeous and the tasted delicious! We had 3 different flavors and all 3 were amazing. The people were very friendly and overall we were very happy.

Flour power was the best! the made our cake exactly how i wanted it and it even tasted good. You may think me and my husband are weird but we both don't care for cake. yucky! But, flour power came up with a perfect light peach cake that we both enjoyed. we even ate it for breakfast the next day in bed!

Flour Power provided us with a very BEAUTIFUL cake! And it tasted even better than when we first tasted it at the tasting. It was AMAZING and we received many compliments from our guests on the wedding cake and the groom's cake. I am so glad we have a decent amount of left overs because I can't get enough of it!

Our son had a destination wedding in the Caribbean on the island of St. Croix. We hosted a blow out "Pre-ception" at our home in San Diego for those who couldn't attend the nuptials. We did a total beachy-islandy theme complete with a Flour Power 3-tier cake covered with starfish, sea shells, coral etc. BTW, they were all edible white chocolate. It was fantastic and every time a person passed by the cake table they drooled! The best thing was that it tasted every bit as good as it looked! Exactly what we wanted! Pricey, but what isn't when you get exactly what you want?

We chose to use Flour Power for just the bottom tier of our cake, mostly because of the price of a wedding cake. We were so happy with their flexibility, allowing us to chose the design and every detail. We paid significantly less by just purchasing one tier; I make the top two tiers myself. The staff is friendly and eager to please.

Flour Power does have wonderful cakes. They asked you to go over for discussion and select/taste flavors. was fun! However they mixed up the design colour when they delivered the cake. It still looks great but just not exactly what we were expecting!

YUM!! James was great, he helped me choose from the many selections. We froze the top of the cake and ate a piece for our first anniversary and it was still delish!

Awesome cake. I've seen reviews saying that their cakes are so moist, and this is absolutely true. Matt was very very nice, and patient, very professional, and was helpful with making suggestions for our event size and what would realistically work and look good as well. We chose the combination raspberry and lemon with buttercream frosting. It turned out so moist and many mentions of it being very delicious. And the design was spot on to what we had asked for as well. Very nice job.

We worked with Matt at the La Mesa, CA location and he was very professional and responsive. I didn't have to worry about whether or not they would deliver the cake on time or if the cake would look good. It was beautifully decorated and I was very, very pleased.This is the best cake I have ever tasted! We found this company through word-of-mouth and from the Bridal Bazaar last October. If you have a chance - go in for a tasting. You'll be sold!

I have always loved flower power, used them for all of my kids birthday cakes SOO I was very disappointed when I saw my wedding cake for the first time. .....the cakes tasted great...the cake just did not look like how I ordered it..... I had a red and black wedding with silver accent asked for no black on the cake....when the cake arrived to the venue it had an entire layer that was black and tons of black fondant balls. I ordered a cake that had crazy design on the top....because I did not want a cake topper...when the cake was delivered it had no design on the top and I had no cake topper......looked funny. I ordered one of those tilting cakes and the cake hardly tilted.......no one else knew that the cake was not what I ordered but I was not happy.

Delicious cake. James delivered our wedding cake himself and put the flowers on it at the venue. It was exactly as I wanted it, and tasted moist and yummy. They have many flavors to choose from and you can get a different flavor in each tier at no charge. A little pricey but well worth it.

This place is the best bakery in east county hands down. It is a little pricey for the average folk BUT once you taste their cakes and guest service you don't want to buy anywhere else. They are so creative and my cake was beautiful. Thank you James I'll be back for our anniversary

I loved working with the Flour Power family! I went in for 2 tastings, and both James and Matt were very friendly and helpful. When I brought in the design that I liked, Matt looked at the picture and was very knowledgeable about the materials and methods used to design the cake. He made a few modifications that allowed us to stay within our budget.We chose the red velvet (it's SO good), mint chocolate chip and pudding chiffon w/ strawberries for flavors. We already knew that the cake was going to taste good, but I was BLOWN away by how beautiful it was. It was beyond my expectations! I absolutely loved it! Plus, they gave us a groom's cake without charge. My husband and our guests loved the Lakers cake! Highly recommended!

Mmm, the cake from Flour Power was delicious! Even though they were a little higher priced than some of the bakeries I had looked at, once I tried their sample, I knew I had to go with them. For no extra charge, they let us choose a different flavor for each tier, so our guests had an option between 4 flavors! There were so many options for everything, flavor, filling, frosting, shape, and decorationThey were prompt in getting back to me whenever I called, and even called to let me know that they had received my final check.(If you're thinking about going with them, try going to the big San Diego Bridal Show, we visited them there and got a free groomscake with a flyer they were handing out there!)

James was very helpful during our consoltation and our cake tasted absolutely delicious at our wedding. However, we were disappointed in the color of our cake, it was not what we felt we discussed with them before hand. It turned out fine, our florist was able to make it belnd in. But we had more of a gold looking cake for a wedding that was primamrily white, silver and platinum. So just get white, don't mess around with the ivory colors!

YUM! this is the place to go for your wedding cake. James helped us decide our flavors after 2 plates of yummy cakes! He also threw in a small cake of the flavor we really wanted but ended up not going with for the wedding. Everyone kept talking about the cake after the wedding and we will be getting a cake from them every year on our anniversary!

The cake was included in our package with the Marriott if ordered through Flour Power. Considering he only wanted to charge us $89 for it, with $50 being refundable when we brought back the stands, we thought it was a killer deal. The cake was amazing, and the tasting was great. We mentioned that it was hard to tell how a cake would taste without frosting so he brought us out free cupcakes. The only thing that was odd was that 3 days before the wedding he called and said that the Marriott would not pay for the size of the cake since the number of guests attending was lower than we first expected, so he charged us $65 extra to reduce each layer by an inch... Since the cake cost was still significantly lower than we had expected we can't really complain.

We absolutely loved what we got from Flour Power. Their cake came with our reception package but it was incredible. They created a beautiful cake that perfectly matched our wedding invitation. The flavors were delicious and at the end of the night the cake was gone and people were asking for more. We made last minute changes to the cake and they picked them up without any hesitation. We were blown away by their service and cake design.

We went to 5 different bakeries before choosing Flour Power for our wedding cake. We chose Flour Power for their great tasting cake, customer service, and price. The cake at our wedding was delicious! We had a 3 tier cake as well as a 6" grooms cake. All of the flavors were amazing and the cakes looked great too. We didn't have any problems with them and always had excellent service when we contacted them. I highly recommend Flour Power for your wedding cake.

Flour power made for us Chocolate cupcakes with choices of mint mousse or chocolate mousse filling and a Lemon with Lemon jelly filling. They were delicious and all of our guests loved them. They even provided us with a free 6 inch round cake to go with out cupcakes.

Let me first start by saying that our wedding cake was the most delicious I have ever had. James helped us to pick out the perfect flavors and made the cake look absolutely beautiful. We got our cake through a package with the venue we used for our wedding and reception, so that made the value for the price even better. Only certain cakes were offered with the package, but James made it easy for us to upgrade for a VERY reasonable cost. So we ended up having exactly what we wanted. We chose a wonderful raspberry champagne flavor for our bottom tier and red velvet for our top tier and anniversary cake. James helped us to pick a flavor that would freeze best and be good for us in a year, which was very helpful. The guests at our wedding could not stop commenting on the cake and how great it was. I have never heard people compliment wedding cake like that before. Also, James was so friendly and easy to talk to. I think we talked with him for about an hour after picking out our cake! The experience was absolutely wonderful and if we ever need a cake for a special occasion again, I know we will go to Flour Power.

They have the best cake going! Amazing flavors and something for every palate. The best part of our wedding planning was coming here to taste cake! The only hiccup was that they delivered the wrong top layer for us to take home. I asked for a refund and they offered me a replacement cake which wouldn't have been bad except I don't live in San Diego. Wish they would have been a little more willing to compromise, but they still have the best cake I've tasted.

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Flour Power for making the most beautiful, best tasting cake ever! You guys were great to work with and made all of our guest craving for more!

Regardless, they were the easiest vendor we dealt with. We never had a cake tasting. I spoke over the phone with James from their El Cajon location only 2 times. I sent a photo of how I wanted the cake to look with a color swatch and the cake turned out PERFECT! I took his advice for flavors and he didn't dissappoint! Everyone thought the cake tasted great!

I recommend this vendor over all the other vendors I used in San Diego. Everybody I had to deal with was so nice and personable. The prices were reasonable. The owner even offered to buy whatever cake stand I bought. Also, he was very helpful in helping me create a special-themed groom's cake as a surprise. The only downside to this vendor was that they didn't accept credit cards. It took ages to get a confirmation that they had actually received my payment in the mail (check). They also have two locations for cake tastings, which is great for those of us that don't find el cajon so convenient.

We spent about $400 for a 5x7x9 tiered cake + 3 quarter sheet cakes to feed 125 people. We had a TON of cake left over. It was delicious. They even gave us a separate 6" round for our "anniversary" cake, or you could use it as a groom's cake. The husband/wife owners are very sweet and the cake is yummy. Cake arrived in good condition on our wedding day and we were happy.

Wow - you want a great tasting cake that also looks beautiful, get one at Flour Power! LOVED it. Great variety of flavors to choose from - the tasting is sure fun.

This cake came with our package. We wanted a PLAIN 3-tier chocolate wedding cake with choclate buttercream frosting...how simple is that? They delivered on time...but someone forgot to mix the choclate throughly into the frosting. THe effect was a "stripey" effect that was not attractive, at all. It was a totally unacceptable result. I am surprised that they delived it in that condition. Of course, i did not let it affect my day...however, I did contact them after my wedding to let them know...no on called me back. I would not recommend this vendor.

Loved it! No issues with them, everyone loved the cake, and we had tons of compliments on it. It was still great a week later.

Flour Power was very flexible and the designers/bakers do great work. I brought an image of a cake that I saw in a magazine, and they altered it to fit my color scheme and guest count. It looked beautiful and while I didn't get any time for cake, my guests all thought it was very fresh and delicious. An added bonus is that if you have your wedding at the Prado at Balboa Park, a cake from Flour Power is included!

Flour Power was amazing to work with. They didn't impose what we didn't want upon us, but instead asked for what we wanted and did what they could to meet our needs within our budget. The cake was very tasty and we are very pleased with this vendor!

Here are the top issues with Flour Power--Terrible customer service-overpriced -hard to get a hold of-screwed up our cake majorly.Basically, we went in and custom designed our cake, brought color swatches, design sketches, etc. When it got delivered to our venue the lines that should have been straight were wonky (and it is apparent in every single wedding picture :( ) Also, the colors intended on the cake were: magenta, turquoise, lime, and yellow. We ended up getting : lime, turquoise and a vomity purple gray... Needless to say, the last color was not appetizing.Also, they delivered the cake so early that the frosting was beginning to melt when we served it. Their customer service is awful, rude, untimely in returning messages.The cake tasted good, but overall was a mess, I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

This bakery is wonderful! The people are so helpful and created the most beautiful and delicious cake ever! The guests really enjoyed it!

We went through a lot of cake vendors and Flour Power is what we were looking for. This was the only vendor that would do a 4 tier cake that served a smaller guest count. The cake was delicious, our favorite out of everyone. Some vendors were irritated that you wanted to taste the cake. At Flour Power they have everything all planned out and it was a wonderful experience and planning process. Weddings are their specialty and it shows. They had so many designs to choose from, but we had an idea of what we wanted and they did exactly that.

I was so frustrated with bakeries by the time it was getting closer to our wedding. But when I had found Flour Power I was so impressed. They really work hard to make sure that you have the cake of your dreams within the budget that you set. The cake was so fabulous and tasted so good the day of the wedding, I could not have asked for more!

Their cake was amazing. It was very moist and flavorful. Our initial meeting was a little chaiotic. We went to their salon in La Jolla. They also have one in El Cajon. We went on a Saturday early afternoon so it was rather busy. There were a lot of people in a small area all tasting and selecting their cakes. We had to share our consultant with one other couple. If you want individual attention, I would advise you to go on a weekday or ask them when it isn't super busy in the salon. Jim was our contact for the initial consultation. We ended up inviting more guests after we placed our order so the month of our wedding, I contacted Pat and placed an order for a half sheet cake. I also changed one of the flavors. They were very helpful and pleasent when I called. I ended up ordering enough cake for all of my guests and a few extra peices for the days after the wedding. We ened up with soooo much leftover cake. I advise you not to order for you exact guest count unless you want leftovers.

All the feedback I received on our cake was that it was beautiful and tasted great!

My husband and I went in for our tasting we really loved the place and we picked out our cake that day. The cakes did taste great and I was in love with how my cake was going to look. I was so excited!!! Until my wedding day, my cake was completely wrong. The cakes layers were wrong, our top layer was supposed strawberry and the bottom layer was chocolate. We wanted the strawberry on the top since our friend was allergic to strawberries. Well to our surprise as we cut our wedding cake we saw right away that it was wrong. We ordered little pearls that would outline the cake instead of frosting (that was missing and we had ugly frosting dots that outlined our cake), we ordered a monogram that was missing and we also had a bow that was supposed to drape to the side. All of which were wrong or not even on our cakes. Don’t get me wrong we had a wonderful day but I’ve been married for three years now and I still wish my wedding cake was what I ordered. I must also add how unprofessional the owner was and how he handled the situation. We took him to court and won! All we wanted to was apology and never once got one. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My sister ordered the pudding chiffon cake from her for her wedding back in 2001. It was so good. So good infact, that I wanted the same for my wedding in 2007. We justisfied the high price due to the taste, and even ordered extra, as people kept going back for 2nds and 3rds at my sister's. However, the cake that came for my wedding was just OK. Nothing special about it. I should have gone to another retailer and saved a few hundred bucks.In addition, the "tasting session" selection was very limited.

I had a three-tier cake, so I could choose 3 flavors. And that was great. We had Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Champagne. I changed the stacking of the cake during the last week, and that was no problem with them. I would have liked to have a payment process one-sheet that explained what amounts were due by which date, but they know their stuff so it wasn't that big of a deal. Cake was delicious!

Amazing, delicious cake. Totally squashes the idea that wedding cakes taste bad. Try the raspberry/lemon filling...a house specialty. Also, the white chocolate shavings are amazing. A good price for the best wedding cake I've ever had!

The owner of this shop is great! He had a place in Julian (way far from the office in La Jolla) and he personally delivered our cake to the venue. It was beautifully done and I could not have asked for a more attentive and customer service oriented company. :)

We didn't choose this cake maker for their service, we chose it for their delicious cake. We had so-so service but loved the results. And we had people coming up to us telling us how delicious our cake was for weeks after the wedding. Definitely good!

This was the most amazing wedding cake that I have ever tasted. We paid for 6 seashells on top and they doubled it for free. Definately go cake testing though...Yum!

The owner gave us a plateful of delicious and unique flavors to try during our tasting (by appointment), but we wanted to try a few other bakers before deciding. During the tasting and when we booked Flour Power however, the prices (according to him, of wedding bakers all over town) went up, in this case from $2.75 / person to $4.00 / person. But it ended up being only a tiny bit more than our initial estimate. They listened to my ideas and delivered a beautiful and delicious cake, but not -exactly- as I'd told them (minor difference of a square edge when I'd said I wanted rounded edges).

My husband and I had a wonderful time tasting the cakes when selecting a flavor; James made the time enjoyable and had great suggestions to create a unique cake to match our vision and budget. Flour Power also had a great working relationship with our caterer 'Top Hat Catering' who coordinated the cake delivery and billing to simplify things for us. When I had a question about a special decoration for the grooms cake, it was easy to get a hold of them personally to place my special request. Perhaps the most impressive thing about our wedding cake was how my grandmother (a master baker herself) described the cake as the moistest, most delicious cake she's ever eaten-anywhere! WOW! If anyone is curious, we choose raspberry-lemon chiffon for the bottom layer, strawberry-lemon chiffon for the middle layer and peaches and cream for our top layer; the triple chocolate threat (probably not what they call it but they'll know what you're talking about) was chosen for the groom's cake. They also created white chocolate star fish for the main cake, enough for us and our parents.

Overall this was a very positive experience. The cake flavors are amazing and they have lots of choices. I wasnt to thrilled in the end with the look of the cake but maybe I wasnt specific enough. It was delivered on time and had no issues with the company though.

The reason we chose Flour Power is they have the BEST buttercream frosting we've ever tasted. That aside, the cake was beautiful, unique, and most importantly, delicious! We wanted to make our cake unique to our wedding, so I hand-drew a design and brought it to them. They made it perfectly, and it was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend!

I spent a lot of time going over the cake and what I wanted. They had a picture in a book and I wanted the SAME thing just with red grapes rather than green........well they made the grapes out of fondant and that was NEVER discussed and when I walked into the reception I was so ticked off that the cake looked NOTHING like in the picture and did not resemble anything close to how the original picture looked as far as the grapes were. They were sugared grapes in the photo and I ended up with fondant and I thought the cake looked "cartooney". I would have liked a phone call to let me know the sugared grapes were not an option. I was so pissed that I never returned the parts. Water under the bridge now, but SHOP AROUND because everything should be perfect on your wedding day! Good Luck! ;-)

The cake was perfect and yummy! However, I can't say the same for the service. When we came for cake tasting they hardly talked to us and grumbled upon any questions we asked. They didn't treat us very well. But they delivered the cake on time and everyone loved it.

I love this place. My mother and father had gotten my birthday cakes here since my first birthday. I will be 30 in a few weeks...my cake will be ready. they are very good.

Great cake. Infamous. Superior flavor, presentation, varieties, flavor, etc. They even suggested some ways to save money! I would definitely use them again, even for a birthday party or lonely Friday night indulgence!
