The flowers arrived on time and were in good condition. However, my order was incorrect (which was very upsetting one day before my wedding). I ordered cushion poms but recieved daisy poms. I called customer service, and Johnny reassurred me that I would be able to get a refund for the incorrect flowers if I sent pictures of the wrong flowers showing the flower explosion label on the box. I followed his instructions and sent the pictures to: . However, I never recieved a response from customer service. If the order had been correct, or if customer service had responded appropriately, then I would have rated flower explosion with all 5's. It is quite likely that I will order wholesale flowers again in the future. However, I'm not sure that I will use flower explosion again because of this incident.

Who knew that flowers ordered online could be so beautiful. I ordered tinted roses, carnations and aster flowers to make wedding centerpieces. Everything arrived on time and the wedding guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I took off one star due to the fact that I was promised a refund for flower food I ordered but did not receive and unfortunately I have not received the refund as of date.
We ordered a custom package with calla lilies for our fall wedding. It was the least expensive way to get the flowers we wanted. There was an issue because the flowers were supposed to be delivered Oct 10th (two days before wedding), and luckily we called that day for a tracking number! They had it in the system for delivery NOV 10th, despite our email/paperwork saying oct 10th. It took many phone calls to get them to find a solution that would work.
They were able to find a designer with the flowers in stock and we got them the day of the wedding. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but had we not contacted them for a tracking number, we wouldn't have had them for our wedding. While the value is great, i would recommend paying a little extra and going with a local florist!
Great prices are what lured me in ut also the great reviews I found for flower explosion. I didn't want to send a fortune but was a bit worried about a bunch of flowers being shipped to me from south america and everything turning out ok. The day of arrival came and the flowers didn't show up (2 days before the wedding) I was in a panic as the tracking number said the flowers would be here AFTER the wedding. The customer service person at FE assured me that the flowers would be there the next morning desite what FedEx told me and sure enough they were and the CEO of FE called us the next day and offered us a free bunch of roses for our next party. Really good customer service! and the ottome line is that the flowers were really beautiful!
The flowers were GORGEOUS! I think, besides maybe my dress (ha ha) they were the most beautiful thing in my wedding. I highly recommend the purple and blue lollipop roses to any bride using those colors (and I heard they are in this season!). We had some issues with the delivery and the flowers were wilted when we got them (we brought them back to life with ice water), but I realize that is the fault of the delivery personel and not your company. A great value for the price we paid.
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered roses and Star of Bethlehem flowers from them for my wedding. The roses came on time and were ok, but not as pretty as I expected. I realized later that I could have bought much better roses at the same price at the local flower store. Part of the package was lost (or they just forgot to put the rest of my flowers in it?). Even though the company responded fast and sent me the rest of the order two days later, there was not enough time for the flowers to start blooming. It has been a week since my wedding and they just starting to open up. they also promised to refund the money for the flower food that I ordered, payed for and never received within two days, but again, seven business days later and no refund. So the company is fast to blame everything on others and slow to make the customer happy. Very disappointed and WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM again.

We are deeply sorry that we could not fulfill your expectations. As it was explained, the box containing the Star of Bethlehem was lost by the carrier. As soon as we were informed of this on Thursday a replacement box was shipped overnight and arrived on Friday. The refund for the flower food ($7.99 dollars) was also issued, however the issuing bank may take 24 to 48 business hours to show the transaction on your card.
I was a little nervous about ordering flowers from an online vendor but thought I would give it a shot. We ordered 80 stems of the regular blue hydrangeas at a great price. The flowers arrived on schedule and we're beautiful. We also received a follow up call within an hour of delivery to make sure we got the shipment and we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend using flower explosion for a great deal on beautiful flowers!
I ordered all my flowers for my wedding from Flower Explosion. Everything arrived early morning on the selected delivery day and looked GREAT! Where do I enter my discount or gift code?
You may enter your discount or associate code on the Discount Code bar that appears at the bottom of the shopping kart, before the final checkout.
Remember that you may only use your gift card one time due to system specifications. However, if more than $25 will be left on the Gift Card you may call us in advance so we can cancel that code and split it into two different ones.
Are there special rates for established customers?

Are the prices online the same as the prices over the phone?
Yes, every product has the same price online or over the phone. However, if you need personalized flower arrangements that are not listed on our website, you may talk to a sales representative to get an estimate.
How are the flowers packaged?
We have four different box sizes. The biggest one can fit up to 200 stemmed roses, on average. Fresh cut flowers are grouped in bunches, hydrated and pre-cooled before being shipped. A time span of only three to four days passes in between the harvesting of our flowers and their arrival at your door. That is the reason why our flowers are so fresh.
Do the flowers come in a vase?
We offer vases on our "Flower Gifts" section, there once checking out, you may choose whether you would like to add a vase to your order.
Can I change my order?
If there is something you need to change you must contact us as soon as possible. Any request to change an existing order must be done seven days prior the delivery date. Our farms need to process every order in a timely manner since our products are shipped from South America. If you are calling after hours please send an email to email@example.com. If your order has already been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible. On all cancellations and order changes where FlowerExplosion has to issue a refund, the amount to be refunded is subject to a 20% fee. FlowerExplosion charges this fee due to the credit card double processing fees and labor time that a refund involves.
What if there's a problem with my order?
At Flower Explosion your satisfaction is our priority. We fully guarantee our flowers and do our best to make sure that our product will meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, please call us as immediately. If wrong flowers have been shipped or they are damaged, Flower Explosion may schedule an immediate reshipment to replace the flowers. If this is not an option, a refund may be granted. Upon placing a claim, we require a picture of the product as it arrived in the box. No claims will be processed if we have not been notified within 48 hours upon delivery of the flowers.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earler the better. This will allow you to secure your flowers before they might sell out or be removed from our catalog. In general, we recommend that you place your order at least 4 or 5 days in advance of the delivery date in case of bulk flowers and a week in advance for bouquets.
