Flower You

I used their services for my April wedding last year. Similar to most brides, I met with several florists around Manhattan before I decided to hire Flower You. Their pricing was very reasonable so I decided and I liked the things they suggested, so I decided to go with them. My white and blue color scheme wasn't an easy one to work with. Luckily, their designer suggested several options to pick from. They were easy to work with, very friendly and accomodating and not pushy at all. I ended up getting hydrangeas, white roses and some orchids. They even provided me with 300+ candles with holders free of charge. On the day of the wedding everything was flawless. They did ask for several hours for set-up but I think that's reasonable considering the final result. I couldn't be happier with the way everything looked and my guests gave me and my husband a lot of compliments on the flowers.

I loved working with Flower You. They were able to work with me and my 'vision' while keeping in my budget. A few other florists laughed when they heard what my budget was. Flower You said they'd work with it and didn't change the flowers that I had my heart set on, chocolate calla lilies and cymbidium orchids.

Do NOT use this florist. They are crooks. They did NOT have the flowers I wanted for my wedding. I was supposed to hae red peonies, and they only had bright pink. They had to SPRAY paint my flowers red, and they looked simply HORRIBLE. To make matters worse, they called me the morning of my wedding to tell me of this situation. LEt's go down the list of other things that we wrong.

-The mother's corsages were wilted and fell apart after the ceremony.
-The groomsmen boutiniers were too large.
-The floral arrangements for the ceremony were nothing but greenery and were missing numerous flowers that I asked for.
-The bridesmaid and maid of honor bouquets were the same size when the MOH one should have been larger. To top it off, the wrong flowers were used.

When I asked for my money back I was only able to get back approximately $400 out of $2800. If you even consider using this place you are going to be very mistaken. They basicallt ruined my wedding and I'm still looking into suing them. WORST VENDOR IN NEW YORK CITY!!

It was a pleasure working with Jenny & Alex - two of the wedding designers at Flower You. Thank you guys for being so flexible and creating a miracle for one of the greatest days in my life! The arrangements were exceptional and my white and pink bouquet was gorgeous !!!
