Flowers and Finery

Ellen was really pleasant and the flowers she provided were really quite lovely (if not as densely packed as I expected). I was disappointed with the number of errors in her invoices, though, which resulted in multiple surprises as related to cost. She also had a habit of saying, "yes, that's fine" only to later discover that the request was a problem for her.

Ellen was an absolute joy to work with. SHe completely understood my vision for my wedding and made it happen down to the last detail. SHe was always easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions. She provided beautiful flowers for a very reasonable and frankly cheap price. She was often my go-to person when I needed to vent about the wedding and to discuss details.

The flowers were by far one of the highlights of my wedding. I would recommend Flowers and Finery to everyone I know, you will be blessed to work with them!

Ellen is a sweetheart. She really might be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We felt so comfortable in our meeting with her and just knew that she would give us beautiful flowers. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted. The corsages and boutonnieres were more beautiful than I imagined. I was having a lot of trouble describing what I wanted for centerpieces. I knew I wanted tall and all white, but I was having trouble finding any pictures or describing it clearly. Ellen put together the most beautiful centerpieces! They really were the most beautiful element of our reception. When I first walked into the reception room during the cocktail hour, I couldn’t stop looking at the centerpieces – they were just so gorgeous! Her prices are very reasonable, too!

I think that my bouquets were AMAZING and INCREDIBLE--- my only complaint is that the centerpieces on the tables at the receptions were not "packed" into the vases like I thought I had requested. My only suggestion would be to pay for a sample centerpiece to be made, so you can know exactly what you are asking for and getting--- otherwise, it was incredible!
