Flowers by Dan....You are amazing. Your work was stunning. I saw how hard you and your staff worked in the heat and not once complained. You did everything I wanted and then some. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work.

Dan was so knowledgable and made it so easy and stress free for us. The day of the wedding he and his crew were there early and had everything set up and stayed until he was sure everything was perfect. Besides being so great, the flowers were MAGNIFICENT. All night long people told us how beautiful the flowers were. As you look at the pictures you can't help but notice the georgous flowers. Thank you Dan for helping to make my son's wedding so perfect.

From the first meeting with the affable Dan Codron, he immediately clicked with the bride, groom and parents of the bride. He understood our vision and began to incorporate creative and invaluable ideas of his own. Painstakingly he prepared samples for us to see and his enthusiasm and professional manner completely won us over. We gave him a budget and he respectfully kept within those boundaries unlike other vendors who made promises, but when it came time for the written estimate they had truly only given us lip service and their quotes were way over the top.
During the many months of planning, he was always responsive and receptive to new ideas and thoughts and since the bride and I were extremely detail oriented, there was never anything which was considered too small for his complete attention. Emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely manner and even if we asked the same question 100 times, he was always patient, pleasant and considerate.
The day of the wedding, he was determined to exceed our expectations in every way possible thereby making Jessica and Derek’s wedding the event of the decade. Dan and his staff worked long and hard in their quest to make sure there was not one detail overlooked. His passion for his work and the joy he brought to so many was evident in every amazing detail.
Unfortunately we had serious issues with our site location, La Canada Flintridge Country Club, whose management did not deliver on their promises of a total renovation in time for our May 1, 2010 wedding. And though sadly the club maintained its shabby 1970’s décor, with Dan’s creativity, he managed to draw our guests’ eyes away from the club’s many flaws and the focal point became his magnificent flowers.
Anyone who advises you that flowers are not an important element of your wedding is wrong, because with his assistance, the wedding was gorgeous and a resounding success. Contact Dan at Flowers by Dan today and you will never regret it.

Dan is AMAZING! He did a fabulous job for our wedding. From the first time I met Dan I felt comfortable in his creativity and competence. He understood and saw my vision right away, and took it to another level. On the day of the wedding we were at awe when we saw the reception hall. Dan blew us away. He definitely went above and beyond what we paid him to do. His creativity with unused rose pedals and left over flowers from the ceremony completely changed the feel of our wedding. There were more rose pedals then I knew what to do with, which is exactly what I was looking for. He managed to get my leaves to look the exact shade of gold I asked for, and insert just enough rhinestones into my bouquet to give it that extra shine without being tacky. The guests fought over the centerpieces when we gave them away, beceause they were that gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Dan to a bride with any budget :)

Ours was a small family-and-friends-only evening backyard wedding. Dan worked with us to meet our preferences and budget. The result was truly magical. He matched flowers and lights and built a chuppah to create an elegant backyard ambiance that made the event warm and glowing. He created flower arrangements for the tables that were lit from beneath in colors that matched our color scheme. He decorated the buffet table with a beautiful arrangement, and had flowers for the cake. Dan and his team worked seamlessly with the caterer and photographer. Dan's wife helped the bride put flowers in her hair. He stayed late to help the caterer and make sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail allowed us to enjoy the evening and not worry. Overall, we received excellent service and value from Dan and his team. Strongly recommend Flowers by Dan for your occasion.

Dan did such an amazing job for our wedding. We got his name through a friend who had him do her wedding and it was amazing. He was patient and always willing to talk with us about anything regarding flowers!! He helped us figure out exactly what we wanted even when we weren't too sure ourselves. He had a wonderful energy and enthusiasm that made figuring out our flowers my favorite part of the planning process because it was painless! No matter what we asked or threw his way, he was able to do anything. We had no doubt the day of the wedding that our flowers were going to be spectacular!! They were better than we could have imagined!! It was so wonderful that he stayed to pin all the flowers on the groomsmen and make sure that everything to do with flowers was taken care of. From the first time I met Dan, I knew he would be wonderful and he only enhanced my expectations! I met Dan a little over a year ago when I was interviewing vendors for my September 26, 2009 wedding. After my first meeting with Dan, I knew he was the one I wanted! He seemed more excited about my wedding than I was! (And that was a lot!) I loved everything he suggested, he listened to me about what I wanted, he showed me pictures and asked questions, and in the end the price he quoted was within my budget. I felt like I was getting so much more from Dan than just "flowers". He was someone who really CARED about my wishes and WANTED to work with me! It is such a special feeling to feel that confident for such an important event. I knew from the beginning it would be perfect! I was not disappointed!

The wedding flowers were the most beautiful I have ever seen! I cannot tell you how happy I was the day of the wedding. I almost cried when I saw the bouquets. They were PERFECT! The flowers in the church were amazing and everything was incredible. I never saw Dan that day because he was so busy. I really wish I could have seen him in person to give him a hug and express how happy I was about everything. It was incredible!

When we got to the reception at the Sheraton, I was equally pleased. The centerpieces were gorgeous!! I can't tell you how many people commented to me on the flowers and how beautiful it was! Dan also brought the flowers to dress the wedding cake and it was amazing! I have never been happier - for so many reasons - but Dan definitely contributed to my happiness that day!

If I ever need anyone for an event again, Dan will be the person I will call! He does beautiful work. His prices are very reasonable. He is a good person in his heart and in his business. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone having an event or wedding!

I got married 9/5/2009 and when I first saw my bouquet, I was extremely happy. The bouquets for my maids of honor were also beautiful. I loved the flowers at the church and the flowers at the reception were just amazing. For my next event that I have I plan to use Dan again.

Flower by Dan made our wedding celebration more unforgettable than we could have ever imagine. My husband and I interviewed many florists but when we met Dan I knew he will be the one to do the floral arrangements for my wedding. There is something about his charm that made us feel comfortable; he understood the look I was going for! We did not have a large budget but the flowers arrangements’ he made looked like a million bucks! Furthermore, I didn’t worry at all on the day of my wedding; he was there on time and everything was set up and taken down without me noticing; it was amazing! As a kind gesture, a crew member brought my husband-to-be a glass of water for the day was extremely warm. Who does that, other than a true professional who cares for his clients?

Dan is wonderful. He is very reliable (he called me to confirm a couple of days before the wedding instead of me having to call him!); does a fantastic job; and his flowers are very high quality and fresh! Some of the orchids in my bouquet where still alive and fresh looking when I returned from my honeymoon 10 days later; I took them out of the dried up bouquet and put them in water and they still look good 13 days later....amazing.

AMAZING FLOWERS!!

From the moment I had my first consultation with Dan, I knew he would do a fantastic job. He is an expert at what he does and the finished product will be 10 times as good as you expect. Dan takes as much time as needed to make the bride happy! He has a lot of pictures, has a consultative approach, and pays extreme attention to detail. I was referred to Dan through a friend and was so happy with the results. We were married at the Calamigos Equestrian Center in Burbank and needed flowers for the outside ceremony area and the banquet room. My guests raved about how beautiful the flowers were for months!! My bouquet was the prettiest thing ever! I would recommend Dan a thousand times. He's the best!

SIMPLY AMAZING!

I can't even put into words how amazing the flowers looked on the day of our wedding! We knew it was going to nice, but everyone was absolutely blown away! Our wedding flowers could easily cost us 4X times more anywhere else and not looked half as nice. Dan went WAY above and beyond for us and it's just not in his blood to do anything than perfect.

OUR STORY: Dan was recommended to us by our venue coordinator. First of all, Dan is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. As we learned, he has been doing flowers for many years and after literally 1,000's of weddings his experience shows. He truly loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. Actually, before we met with Dan, my fiance and I had looked into other florists and had one already tentatively lined up. We just weren't at ease though. All the other florists either had little creativity or were too creative with their OWN ideas and wanted to take over everything.
We had lots of different design ideas, but we needed our florist to help us narrow them down and come up with a final design that reflected what we were looking for - and that's exactly what Dan did. We didn't find that with anybody else we met. Dan listed to our ideas and also showed us lots of his previous work for we were thinking of. He worked WITH us came up with a beautiful design for arrangements, centerpieces, corsages and, twinkle lighting. He told us what would and and would not work well and he always kept our budget in mind. He also put us at ease, and by end of our first meeting we trusted him completely 100%. We felt that he really understood what we wanted and we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Vendors will always say "don't worry, we'll take care it." Dan REALLY meant it! When we saw the arrangements we we're almost in tears! It was PERFECT!

Not only did everything look amazing, but Dan and his crew were also punctual, well organized, courteous and clean. Both our ceremony and reception coordinators were amazed as well and also commented on his professionalism. Dan will always be the first any only person we call for flowers. In our opinion (and about 220 of our guests) Dan is the ONLY florist you will ever need.

You won't be disappointed with Flowers By Dan!!

From our first meeting, Dan was great. Dan Made everything so simple for us. He always returned our phone calls and addressed all of our concerns. My husband and I were married at the Sportsmen's Lodge on 12/27/2008. On the day of the wedding Dan was there early working hard creating a masterpiece that exceeded my expectations. He created a perfect winter wedding. He Knew exactly what he was doing. He coordinated with the staff at the Sportsmen's Lodge. Everything came out perfect. He had the the arbor full of flower and lights. Everything was so enchanting...both the outside and the inside. The centerpieces were so beautiful. He sprinkled rose petals around the lit up arrangements. Guests were anxious to take them home. His creativity is amazing. Dan made every table look stunning. Dan stayed after the ceremony and brought in the flowers that were above the arbor and brought them to the sweetheart table and set them up in such a magical way.

My bouquet was amazing. The corsages and boutonnieres were beautiful. He was even there to pin them on to each member of the wedding party.

Dan is the best. It is that simple. I Highly recommend Dan. No questions. He is reliable, honest, willing to work with your budget, professional, very experienced and was a pleasure to work with. What more could you ask for? Flowers By Dan is the perfect wedding vendor. I was lucky to work with him. He made my wedding dreams come true and exceeded my expectations.

having Dan codron as my florist and decor in my wedding, made my wedding extra special, he knows what i really want and he delivers it with so much passion.. i really enjoyed my wedding day and so as my guests..i don't think i would ever experience the same without him..

First we have been to a lot of vendors and i cant really connect with them so one day, while we are in our cake supplier who is Jaquis ( the best cake i ever tasted), i Saw Dan's Post card and since he is close we went to there. He was soooo busy that day, but we called him and ask if we can come, he said sure and one i saw him ( the vibe is soooo Good) he is very nice to us (mike and i) he knows how to communicate with your needs and the colors I love how it turned out...

he knows what i want and he gives it to you with a very nice price..:D he is pretty much negotiable and soo friendly.. Easy to work with.. you can really relax ..

He is the best and we are thankful for a very nice wedding he gave us..

I cannot say enough good things about Flowers By Dan. I was blown away by the amount of dedication, love and artistry that Dan put into creating the romantic environment I had envisioned for my wedding day. From the beginning, he was enthusiastic about all my ideas and assured me that everything would be spectacular. And it was! In fact, I wanted several flowers for my bouquet that were not in season and Dan was able to make it happen. From the moment that I arrived at the hotel, I was blown away by how beautiful all the flowers were. The chuppah he designed was gorgeous! Dan is a wonderful florist and a true professional. Looking out for the needs of myself and my husband the whole time, Dan took us through countless options to customize our needs, budget and preferences. He spent time getting to know us so that he could suggest the perfect floral arrangement, and in the end he was our only vendor to have done everything perfectly. He is patient, friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a florist--for any occasion!

I don't normally like to gush, since I feel that it sounds disingenuous, but my wife and I had to share our wonderful experience with Flowers by Dan. After meeting with Dan and seeing his past work, we decided to go with him for our flowers. That decision turned out to be one of the best ones we made for our wedding.

We met with him a few more times afterwards to iron out the details. Dan could see that we were busy with other minutiae, and he knew exactly how to take the burden of planning flowers off our shoulders. His eye for detail and flair were tempered by a knack for building creations that were elegant, yet not so flashy that they overshadowed everything else.

Dan is personable, friendly, and artistic, and his prices are more than reasonable for the quality of his arrangements and the amount of care and dedication that he brings to the table. Dan, is by far, the best choice for a florist. From the very beginning, he was personable, caring, professional, and most importantly, easy to contact and promptly responded to all our inquiries. When we met with Dan and went over what we wanted for our wedding, he was amazingly helpful. His prices are extremely reasonable and you will certainly get much more than you would from any other florist. I felt completely confident that Dan would take care of our floral needs and I could, therefore, attend other wedding worries. When our wedding day finally arrived, Dan was not only early, but had EVERYTHING ready for our pictures. My bouquet was breathtaking, the arrangment for our arch was stunning, and people couldn't say enough wonderful things about the centerpieces. By the end of our reception, ALL of the centerpieces had "mysteriously" disappeared. I heard later on that guests were marking their centerpiece to take home early in the night. I could go on and on.

If you are planning a wedding and want beautiful flowers from someone who not only knows what he's doing, but really cares about how your wedding looks, you will not go wrong by having Dan complete all your floral needs. He is amazing.

We did not have a lot to spend on flowers. Dan was very flexible with us so that we could have the most beautiful flowers without going over our budget. He was great and easy to work with and was able to accommodate some last minute questions and requests the night before the wedding. The one thing everyone commented on about our wedding and reception was how beautiful our flowers were. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Flowers by Dan did a great job on our wedding flowers 3 years ago. First of all Dan is a very nice person. My husband, mom and I aren't really flower people but he listened to what we needed and what we were thinking for the wedding as a whole and figured out the right thing. He considered our needs and wants and combined it with practical considerations (like season/availability, and our budget) to find the best flowers for us. Simple and elegant. You can't beat his prices! I went to 2 other vendors and not only did they not listen closely (too over the top) to my needs, their prices were literally 3 times what Dan proposed. I'm so glad we found him at the Castaways wedding show. Now three years later, we needed flowers for my parent's 50th wedding celebration. We immediately thought of Dan. Not only did he remember us, but he gave us another good price on the best flowers for another happy, simple elegant celebration. Thanks Dan!

Dan is the best! He's meticulous, dependable, on time, and his flowers seem to last longer than any other florist. Besides all that, you'll really like the guy. I've recommended his services to many of our brides-and they love him as much as we do!
