Flowers by Fudgie was great! We knew that they had to do our wedding when my and my husband walked in a half hour after the shop had closed (the door was left open so we didn't realize they were officially closed for the day until we were leaving). Becki sat down with us and happily spoke with us for about a half hour (while pulling up pictures of events she previously did at the site we booked so we had a better idea of how they would look) before she had to run off to set up for another wedding. Also, she was extremely accomodating when approximately 2 months before our wedding, the ceremony and reception site had to be changed due to construction that would not be finished in time for our wedding. Also, we really appreciated that she would mention more economical choices for each type of arrangement.

Becki was a pleasure to work with. She definately took her time and explained all of our options to us. Becki was able to help us stay within our price range by substituting different flowers, but we still had the same feel we were going for. The flowers were so beautiful on the day of the wedding, much better than expected. Also, the delivery guy was so nice and wouldn't let me tip him even though I insisted. Flowers by Fudgie is awesome!

Flowers by Fudgie are very professional & give excellent customer service along with the most beautiful flowers & arrangements. I had several compliments on the table arrangements that they did for my daughter's wedding. They are truly the best florist in Sarasota.

I don't know how she did it, but Becki created the perfect bouquets for me and my bridemaids! I am not a big flower person and I am really clueless on all things flowers, but she somehow understood what I was trying to say and made me feel at ease. All the flowers were perfect and even more gorgeous than I could have imagined! Even a last minute change on the number of boutineers wasn't a hassle and the flowers were there, beautiful, and on time. Thank you Becki for making my bouquets so pretty!!

Awesome! I LOVED my flowers! Very good pricing. The only thing Im disappointed with is that theyre going to die! I wish I could have them preserved, but the cost of preservation is too high. The day of flowers though were amazing! Perfect! We did have 1 bit of trouble when picking them up, they lost our last payment and said we owed a balance, but they found it. Hopefully that is not common. My flowers are prefect :)

When the flowers turned up on the day they were more beautiful than I could have imagined. This is really saying something because they were also unbelievably inexpensive. I had a few people tell me to use Flowers by Fudgie and I am so glad I did. Beckie was very easy and professional to work with and my flowers were exactly what I wanted. Beckie could have sold me a bouquet that would have been way above my budget but she didn't. She knew what would look perfect and elegant for my wedding and helped me make the right decisions. I was one of those brides that would email her pictures of $350 bouquets and was so in the moment of wedding planning mania that I would have paid anything to have it. Flowers by Fudgie did an amazing job with my flowers for my wedding. I was so thrilled with everything. My bridal bouquet was stunning 6 days later still looks like the day it arrived. My bridal party loved their flowers. I had many compliments on all of the arrangements. My centerpieces were glass jars with sand and shells and a tea light candle and I loved them. I used Flowers by Fudgie for my wedding back in April. I am from NY so most of our communications were over email. I did go down to Sarasota a few months before the wedding and met with Debbie. I was there for a few hours. Debbie was so amazing and patient. She went through every little detail and gave great recommendations. She really made me comfortable choosing them and they have done a ton of weddings so they know what to do. They had arrangements all set up for the ceremony and then moved them to the reception. I am really happy with Becki and her team. Very professional and so sweet! The bouquets were beautiful and I had rented the candelabras which came out great. Very pretty for my reception. The pricing was not bad at all. Pretty average compared with other florists. I chose them becasue they knew what they were doing and were so great to work with.

AMAZING!!!!!! Becki made my dreams come true! Flowers are a main part of a brides day. It is the finishing touch of your wedding dress. At our consultation I walked in their knowing nothing about flowers and left there an expert. Flowers by Fudgie exceeded my expectations. The flowers looked more beautiful in person than in the proposals and my consultant really captured the style and atmosphere that I wanted to create. Everything was beautiful and Amanda was very helpful!!! Only complaint is that the bm's hydrangea bouquets died very quickly, they just made it through the ceremony and barely survived through the pictures.

In sarasota, theres really only two florists.... fudgie and you know the "other" one. We went to both when planning our wedding. What sold us on fudgie was how helpful they were. They provided us with tons of pictures and options and a barrage of choices, but not overwhelming. I knew when I left Fudgies exactly what my wedding flowers were going to look like. The only shocker was the price. They were more affordable than the "other" place and much more of joy to work with. Debbie shared in our vision and our excitement, rather than telling us what it should be without any visuals like the "other" one. All in all dont waste your time anywhere else. They do a phenomenal job!The hotel i used loved our centerpieces so much, we actually saw the leftover ones show up at the breakfast brunch the next day!

I actually used 2 places for my flowers. One was Lakewood Ranch Florist and the 2nd was Flowers by Fudgie; I wish I had only used flowers by fudgie. I started with Lakewood Ranch Florist because they were close to my home but they were late in delivering the flowers to my wedding, the flowers were disproportionate and I felt like every time I went into their store they didn't care about my ideas and only cared about getting the most money they could from my wedding. Flowers By Fudgie was the opposite. They were very caring, created my design for an arch in a way that went well beyond my expectations and were very reasonable in pricing I highly recommend Flowers By Fudgie, you will not be sorry.

I can honestly say that Becki pulled off a flawless wedding. And in all honest I dont know how she did it given the ridiculous amount of last minute changes we made, but in the end it was picture perfect. She worked with us from start and finish, giving suggestions all along the way and adding her amazing creative imput that I couldnt have done without. At one point I even decided that I wanted a completely different arrangement for the canopy than we had discussed, so I sent pictures of my idea and Becki completely revamped the entire thing and it looked BEYOND beautiful. She's a visionary & everything she touches transforms into gold.Not only did we receive countless compliments about how amazing the flowers looked, but let me just tell you from my own experience that when I walked over the dune and saw the huge bamboo vase arrangements at the entrance, the gorgeous canopy with flowers cascading down the sides, the aisle perfectly lined with petals - I couldnt hold back the tears. It was everything I had ever envisioned. Everything was done so tastefully and really made the event elegant.One of the reasons I chose Flowers by Fudgie is because as soon as I met Becki I felt as though she had so much creative energy and amazing ideas. She was also super organized and able to show me pictures and examples, play with colors, and draw everything up into a detailed proposal right then and there. It was so impressive from the start, and although we made lots of changes, she kept to pace and nothing was left out of the final product. Becky at Flowers by Fudgie was the best florist I had talked to in the Anna Maria/Sarasota area. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. I don't know much about flowers and Becky did a great job in helping me pick out the perfect flowers for the Big Day. She quickly sent me emails with pictures of flowers that we were discussing on the phone. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Plus, they lasted for days!

So ok, it's a funny name but very well-known in the Sarasota area. When we first met with owner, Becki she showed her professionism, expertise, & options opinion from the start. My favorite color is fuscha & was interested in the stargazer lily for our main flower. Becki showed us that the stargazer has burgandy in it & highly suggested & showed us a couple other lilies which showed more fuscha, our color scheme. Becki uses her computer showing fine examples of their work. She also made excellent samples of flowers for the rest of our bridal party. We appreciated it very much that she also suggested to use some of the ceremony flower arrangements at the reception saving us money. Also, this company has their own center pieces that you can BORROW for your event which was also another savings to us. When we walked into our ceremony location we were so pleased that all the flowers were there on time, in water, & looked fabulous. Then there was the rattan chuppah (Jewish canapy) for the ceremony. It looked gorgeous with the elegant fabric flowing, ordered flowers, & ferns at the base. Again, the reception flowers to include the 3-tier candle center pieces & flowers on our cake were awesome. We were so pleased with Becki PLUS her staff especially Amanda who was very helpful many times on the phone from a nervous bride. We would highly recommend this florist to finalize your wedding plans....you won't be sorry!

I felt like I might have been a difficult customer because I didn’t know a lot about flowers, but Becki was so great with my mom and I!! I had some abstract ideas that I really didn’t know how to translate and Becki helped me figure it all out! We had multiple meetings and she always accommodated my work schedule.Flowers by Fudgie did so much more than just flowers! I was going for a vintage look and my colors were pink and champagne. Becki found the perfect flowers that we just in-between those colors and they were wonderful. I collected vintage vases and bottles, etc. for over a year and gave them all to Flowers by Fudgie for the centerpieces. They dealt with my centerpieces, ceremony décor, flowers on my cake, and the mantel piece, and best of all my bridal party's flowers. I LOVED my bouquet.Day of the wedding we had Bill who designed the site for us. He did a great job! He was cutting open picture frames, using ladders, and dealing with everyone else running around the Crosley. Everything was so beautiful and so perfect. I am so happy I hired Flowers by Fudgie!

We didn't have to many flowers for our ceremony. Just the usual bouquets, boutineers, corsages and a few ceremony decorations. What she did though was beautiful. Me and my bridesmaids carried tulips. the value for the cost was great too. I had called around and Becki had the best prices. She is also very professional. Once you fill out their form letting them know all the details about your wedding and what you want they send back to you a proposal via email that was wonderful since I lived in Atlanta and was getting married in Florida. It helped me better to visualize my wedding. The only downfall of the day was that a "throw away" bouquet was supposed to be left at the venue site with the other flowers. When it was time for me to throw the bouquet it was no where to be found. Patti at the Sandbar (my wedding venue) said that one wasn't left. Luckily one of my bridesmaids was willing to give up hers so all was not lost. Other than that everything else was as planned.

Becki was fantastic to work through throughout the year before my wedding. I went back and forth on the types of flowers I wanted and was disheartened to find out that the ones I settled on weren't in season. That said Becki helped me pick out flowers that were similar and together we planned on arrangements that were well suited to my taste and the venue. My only complaint is that I said I wanted a lot of candles so we designed the table arangemetns incoporating lot's of candles but the venue was outdoor and due to wind a lot of the candles didn't stay lit. I was told this is a common problem by our caterer so it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time so that we could have chosen something more appropriate. In any event, the flowers looked great and Becki's advice through the selection process was invaluable.

Flowers by Fudgie is amazing. We were so happy with all of the flowers and decor they provided for our wedding. I apprecaited their professionalism and they worked for over a year with us providing ideas and working with the colors and ideas I had for our wedding. I appreciated how they provided examples and pictures of previous work done at the venue that we were getting married. That really helped me because I am not an expert on flowers! Everything they did turned out absolutely beautiful. I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

I was definitely an indecisive bride! I changed my mind many times, and Becki from Flowers By Fudgie actually kept up with my constant changes, and responded fast. I did feel as though there was a smidgen of attitude from all the changes, but nonetheless they were very accommodating. I did have a slight problem with my arch, but I think that was mostly a miscommunication. I wanted my natural wood arch with sparse garland, and I was told it would not work or look good. Instead of trying to argue the point I did the arch myself and it was lovely, and got many compliments.The flowers were delivered early and they were GORGEOUS! Every single flower was exactly what I wanted, and I was a super happy bride! I would definitely recommend Flowers By Fudgie to other brides! Thanks Becki!

The bouquets were absolutely stunning and the centerpieces were gorgeous Manzanita branches with orange lillies and pink raval roses that matched the bouquets. We got married under a Banyan tree and Becki put together an amazing centerpiece/spray that was nestled into the branches of the tree. I'm looking forward to seeing the flowers in our photos!

For my wedding everything was done over the phone which was much harder than I thought, being that I am from Chicago. When the flowers arrived they were so incredibly beautiful. I asked for yellow and I got yellow!!! They were vibrant and perfect. Our wedding photos were even more beautiful with the flowers in them. Becki at Flowers by Fudgie was fantastic! When I first walked into the shop I didn’t really have a clue what I wanted to do because I’m not a big flower person and I was considering making my own centerpieces because I’d heard they were outrageously priced at florist shops. She looked at my dress and the bridesmaids dresses; she showed me about 10 different bouquet selections that she thought would match perfectly and they were absolutely great! As far as the centerpieces and the fact that I didn’t like flowers, she showed me some cheaper alternatives that didn’t involve flowers. The centerpieces were fabulous; hurricane vases with shells and a tall pillar candle (right up my alley) and for only $20/each. That was far less than what I would have paid if I had tried to make them myself! Overall everything was great and she really took my likes and dislikes and put them together to give me exactly what I wanted!

From the beginning, they were great to work with and I thought that they understood my vision of my flowers for my romantic tropical theme. However, what they provided just was not good enough. They did their job, they did, but I was not impressed. The boutonnieres were too big, and they wilted in the heat within the hour outside. My husband's even fell apart while we were taking pictures. My bouquet didn't impress me, even though it received many compliments. The girls' bouquets were nice though. But when I saw my centerpieces, my heart sank. Just not what I envisioned and thought that I had paid for.

Way over priced and poor quality. Nearly $400.00 for a bridal bouquet and a wedding arch. Bouquet was to have some "bling"/sparkle and it didn't, some flowers were turning brown (bouquet looked as if it had been prepared days before) and the arch looked cheap. Very, very disappointed in the quality for what we paid.
