I was a bit nervous when I did not hear from Nancy or Marz especially close to my wedding, but under the circumstances I can not complain. All my guest LOVED the decoration and the music. Marz was the best DJ he stayed to the end and everyone could not stop dancing. AWESOME bridal bouquet, boutineers and all my BM loved, LOVED their bouquets. I give you and your staff TWO THUMBS WAY UP. Thank you for the great memories. :)

We used Flowers on Mars for linens and for lighting at our wedding.

Nancy and Mars were wonderful to work with. They were recommended by our wedding planner for linens and we added on a lighting package after meeting with them.

Our original plan for our linens and lighting package ended up being insufficient, but we were just underestimating our needs. As everything started to come together, the quote was revised and was absolutely reasonable. They are flexible and responsive and prepared.

Mars was very helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted in terms of linens and we left the lighting decisions solely up to them. We were very pleased with the result.

Nancy and Mars were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed every minute of it. Sometimes they were slow to respond but we were trying to get things done during their busiest time of year so we knew we had to be patient. All in all it was a great experience

Flowers on Mars provided both flower and DJ services for us. This review is regarding the DJ service in particular. Many of our issues with this company are similar to what other brides have posted, so be forewarned!!! If you go with them, this is highly likely to happen to you!

First of all, after the initial meeting, they were almost impossible to get a hold of prior to the wedding. I would have to e-mail and call and text and it still would take a week or more for them to respond. Their excuse was always that they were really busy. Aren't we all?

Secondly, we filled out a form about what songs we wanted played for our first dance, anniversary dance and cake-cutting. I don't know why we bothered because he still had to ask us right before our first dance, what song we wanted to dance to, we had to remind him about the anniversary dance song, AND he played the WRONG song for our cake-cutting.

Lastly and most horrific, the DJ left our reception early (leaving his brother to man the music) without even letting us know!!! That is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! We did not pay for his brother's DJ services! We paid for his! The least he could have done was to ask us if it was OK for him to leave a little early. Instead, he slipped out like a criminal, without telling anyone, not even the wedding coordinator! It was not only unprofessional but extremely disrespectful!

After the wedding, we complained about their services, and they responded with an impersonal generic apology e-mail that included a statement saying he "thought everything went smoothly". How can you think that when you play the wrong songs and sneak out before the wedding is even over?

In all fairness, they did offer us 3 free flower bouquets as part of their apology, but I think what they should have offered was a refund for their shoddy DJ services and an apology that was more personal and heartfelt than some generic e-mail.

Beware of this company! You cannot re-do your wedding day and they may not treat you with the respect and professionalism that you, as a paying customer, deserve.

Flowers on Mars does great, quality work. I was pleasently surprised on my wedding day when I walked into the reception area. Nancy was able to put my vision together perfectly while adding her own special touch. The only thing was I had no idea what anything was going to look like until that day. I was a little nervous if she understood what my vision was. It would have been nice to have sketches or pictures of samples...etc to give me an idea of where she was going with my ideas. Other than that she was very nice, very flexable and dealt with a nervous bride very well AND gave us a beautifully decorated wedding!

Mars was wonderful!

We had a Las Vegas themed wedding and his LED lights completed our wedding! Everyone loved our reception and we couldn't be any happier! We highly recommend Mars and his staff!

Nancy and Mars are amazing to work with. They made our wedding more beautiful than we ever dreamed it could be. Nancy is incredibly creative and we consider ourselves fortunate to have her in charge of our wedding decor. They are wonderful people and the most reliable vendors you can wish for to ensure you'll have a wonderful wedding. I look forward to seeing more of their work and I HIGHLY recommend Flowers on Mars to any couple.

Flowersonmars provided the lighting for my wedding. The uplights and pinspotting looked great and really added depth to the banquet room. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. My only complaint is that we had to go back and forth with the contract several times. They kept putting it under the wrong name despite my asking them numerous times to fix it (it's a legal document, after all). Otherwise, they were fast and pleasant to work with.

Nancy and Mars were FABULOUS to work with. They went above and beyond to help with every little detail of the wedding. GORGEOUS custom pintuck linens, beautiful centerpieces, amazing lighting...... they did it all! They even set up the tiny details of the tablescape that I brought along.
They were always easy to get in touch with and discuss details, worked directly with my venue (which was less then helpful) and Nancy definitely made up the venues slack.
They also made our custom chuppah and I didnt see it until I walked down the isle- and I was taken back by how beautiful it was, and the detail they put into it. Hanging crystals drapping as a backdrop with lighting hitting them just enough to make them sparkle!

All in all-- one of my favorite vendors to work with! I can't wait to have another party to have them help plan it!

The ONLY reason i gave a 4.5 (I wish I could give a 4.75) on quality is that I sort of wished that the flowers on the centerpieces were SLIGHTLY bigger. But this was a small detail that were didn't effect the rest of the quality of the evening. Everything they did was absolutely stunning!!!!! And we got a handful of compliments on their brilliant work!

We only had two months to plan our entire wedding. Flowers on Mars were so helpful with many great ideas for decor and they were more than willing to listen to my crazy ideas about flowers and were able to create the exact vision I wanted.
They really made our dream wedding come true! We cannot recommend them enough!!

First of all I want to say that without Flowers on Mars i wold have been totally lost. They are total life savers. Not only are they super efficient but they are AWESOME down to earth people, and great to work with. They do everything to make you're Big day go by as smooth as possible. I loved the lanterns and lighting effects. Everything was perfect thanks to them!

The DJ brought a teenage assistant who looked like he was an aspiring photographer and kept following us around with our photographer, snapping pictures of us whenever he pleased. I had to have my wedding coordinator ask him to stop. The DJ did not play the correct cut of our first dance song, pronounced our last names incorrectly when we were introduced, called my sister the wrong name, had trouble reading a simple Q&A multiple choice game, started playing the exit song when he wasn't even queued to do so...was not a good experience.

We are extremely sad and regret that we hired this vendor for the most special day of our lives! They did not deliver what promised in the contract. We hired them for drapings, uplights and gobo, guest table linens, chair covers and chair sashes, sweetheart table decor, cake table decor, and staging for picture area taken with guests. We decided to hire them based on the positive reviews on PW as well as their pleasant personality. But I almost cried on my wedding date after seeing all the decor they put together. We spent thousands of dollars for a mickey mouse job, not to mention that they did not clean up on time at our venue. We had to wait for them extra almost 2 hours to make sure they will come to clean up so that we would not be charged overtime with our venue. We've been trying to contact them, but have not heard back yet. We hope we can settle this with them without going to court since they seem very nice people, they just don't deliver what they promised on contract.
But if settling in court is the way to go, we will pursue a lawsuit. Our hearts are completely broken.... we can't have another wedding to make up for the terrible job they did!!!

I just have to say that we LOVE Mars and Nancy!!! They did an amazing job! We would love to work with them again.

Our vendors were great, they did a very good job overall in the setup of our reception venue, during the planning process I was able to communicate my thoughts and ideas with my reception coordinator, however when it came to physical meetings she was never available, and instead we met with the DJ which obviously it didn't translate specifically to everything we wanted and needed. Also I spent alot of time and effort on my DJ Playlist and he did a great job following it for dinner hour and he did great in playing some great dancing music that got all of our guests up and onto the dance floor, but he ignored my do not play list and I requested music from him multiple times throughtout the night and it was never fulfilled. Also the flowers on the cake were the incorrect flowers, even though it was written clearly on hour invoice as to what we wanted.

Nancy and Mars are two of the most fantastic individuals that I have met. They are hard working, professional and really listened to what we wanted on our special day. My dreams came true through meeting Nancy and Mars. I would highly recommend them to anyone, on any budget. They will make it happen!

This husband and wife team are absolutely amazing!!! Creative, inventive, flexible, accommodating, kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable are the adjectives I would use to describe them. It was a pure pleasure to watch them create the gorgeous picture that eventually turned into my magnificent wedding decor. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, well taken care of and arranged beautifully. The lightening added to the ambience of the dining area. Mars even sewed ALL of my table cloths along with building an amazing tree that was used to hang photos. They are a dynamic duo and I would refer them to everyone! You won't be disappointed.

Mars and his team of dreammakers executed my dream wedding to the very minute detail. He tranformed my wedding into an elegant winter white crytal wonderland without the humongous price tag. He was professional always on time, creative with his input and can always be reached whenever I need his advice. I would recommend Flowers on Mars to everyone trying to plan a Platnum wedding without the Platnum cost. He is a one stop shop and the jack of all trades. He does everything from DJ to Decor, which is great for a bride who hate to hassle with different vendors. Thank you so very much for everything you have done.

Mar's and Nancy are both fantastic to work with. Their lighting design was breathtaking. Mar's is an awesome DJ, I never once saw our dance floor empty he kept the party going. And he managed to play all of our favorite music. He made sure to keep our timeline moving as needed. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work. Our reception was a huge hit thanks to Flowers on Mars, brides be prepared to be wowed. There style allowed us to have that platinum wedding without the price.

Nancy did a great job with capturing exactly what I wanted. I gave her a picture of my bouqet and it looked exactly like the picture. I was very impresed with my centerpieces they looked amazing. I would definitly recomend her!

I wanted to thank Flowers on Mars for their beautiful and elegant job. Both Nancy and Mars are two of the greatest people to work with and I must say not once did I ever have to worry any details on the most important day of my life. Everything was set up beautifully and it was all at an afordable price. Flowers on Mars has great customer services, they make you feel welcomed, they can handel it all and most off they make you feel like part of the family.

Mars is one of the BEST DJs I have ever seen/heard. And trust me, I have heard alot! He really takes the time to really listen to what we really want. He remixed 3 songs that we were not able to dance to if he did not fix them. The lighting was amazing and it transformed the room. We heard about them from a expo and we won a bridal bouquet from them, and that is how it started, it was love at first sight. lol

I assume she did a fantastic job because everything went off without a hitch and I didn't have to do anything other than have a great time! I think that's the sign of a great coordinator...keep any problems away from the bride and groom. Mars had the dance floor hopping all night and everyone loved the music. The level of expertise, professionalism, and efficiency were beyond our expectations! The flowers lasted well beyond the reception, and guests are still talking about the music four months later. If you are looking for a wow effect with your guests at an affordable price tag, you found your vendor. We recommend them to anyone we know, because they are that great!

Thanks to Nancy, I had the most beautiful flowers at an affordable price. I had no idea what my the bouquets were going to look like going into the meeting, and the results were magnificient. The flowers were fresh and lasted the whole day and beyond. Nancy's creations were works of art which I wish I could have kept forever.
