Our wedding day was everything we had envisioned it would be. Trying to plan a wedding out of state was a daunting task but we soon realized we had nothing to worry about. Our wedding was very small and simple but I still wanted it to be elegant and special......it was so much more! Stacey and Annette were both amazing and always responded to my calls or e-mails quickly. They helped me choose the perfect location and time for the wedding I had in mind. We got married at sunset and it could not have been more perfect. Annette was our coordinator and also did all the girls make up, thank you for helping our day run smoothly, she really helped me enjoy every minute of my day from getting ready to the ceremony. Stacy was always available to answer all my questions and she did our photos, they were awesome! Thank you Stacy! I would highly recommend FIDW!!!!!!

Stacy was absolutely wonderful! I didn't have to worry about anything! She took a ton of pictures, which were all wonderful. Thank you, Forever I Do Weddings for a perfect beach wedding!

Overall they were very good. They coordinated the minister to be on-site, worked through our day of wedding weather issues, and got the marriage certificate done and sent to us (which I was worried about since it was a destination beach wedding) without any hassle at all.

Pricing can get a bit high but we were keeping it very simple. I'd recommend that if you want an extravagant wedding then talk to them. The convenience of having them take care of it all may just be worth the few extra dollars.

All of the staff was very polite and professional. We never saw anyone face-to-face until the day of the wedding and then it was for just about 30 minutes. Regardless, they helped a great deal and made it easy for us to not have to worry about the 'little' things....

Stacy & Annette were the BEST! I'm sure the rest of the staff is amazing too but I only worked with these two. I would highly recommend Forever I do. They took all the stress away from planning a destination wedding. Everything turned out beautiful! Everyone loved it and are still talking about MY wedding. They are very organized, professional, and worth every penny!

Forever I Do actually rescued me from a bad experience. I had originally booked another planner but after I made the deposit I did not hear from her. After calling Forever I do in "panic mode", they gave me more information & helped me MORE than the other had done in less than 30 minutes!!! BEFORE I ever gave them money they helped & calmed me tremendously!! We continued to correspond at least weekly as the day got closer. We went to Destin (we live in TX)to actually meet and take care of the details. Annette was wonderful!! Very particular (which I love), straight forward, loving, caring, organized, and just easy to talk to. Stacy, who I never physically met was also wonderful. I spoke to her mainly by phone/email-she was very professional & prompt!
I would most definitely recommend these group of ladies, they truly were a blessing!!! Im glad they rescued me.

We planned our wedding with FIDW in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Stacy was so helpful! She always returned our phone calls and emails promptly. Living out of state and trying to plan a wedding I would imagine would normally be a very stressful time, but Stacy and her staff made everything stress free. The wedding was beautiful and the the weather was perfect that day! Thanks again for a beautiful wedding and I would definitely recommend Stacy and her staff!

I used Forever I Do Weddings for my day-of wedding coordination, and it was one of THE BEST decisions I made for myself during my wedding planning! The Wedding Coordinator that we had was Annette, and she was beyond fabulous! She contacted me before the wedding and got all of my information and contacted all of my vendors within the weeks before my wedding to coordinate times, delivieries, etc. Basically, she did everything that I did not want to bother with, and she did it WELL! I was a very laid back and bride who did not have the set-up for the reception sketched or planned out, and Annette worked with my vendors the night before and day of my wedding to take care of all of this! I cannot say enough great things about her and the team at Forever I Do Weddings! They were just pheonomenal and I think that they are the best option on the Emerald Coast!!!!

Spectacular wedding and reception from start to finish! Best decision we made to use Forever I Do Weddings. Everything turned out exactly like my daughter wanted it- all the more remarkable because it was mostly planned through emails. All aspects of servcie - officiant, ceremony music, flowers , and the cakes- provided by them were exceptional! Very professional in working with our reception venue staff. We had to move the ceremony inside due to a deluge of rain the morning of the ceremony and the calm demeanor of this vendor kept everything under control and on track. I never worried about a thing! I HIGHLY recommend this vendor. Guests are stilll telling us how perfect it was!

i absolutely adored all the services granted to me and my fiancee'. Everything ran very smoothly and my wedding coordinator "Mrs. Stacy" was always just a phone call or email away. She was full of much needed information such as WHERE TO DINE, WHERE TO STAY, AND WHAT PLACES TO AVOID. She was always friendly and when I met her face to face she embraced me as though I was family. I would definately suggest FOREVERIDO to any of my family and friends. They definately made my wedding and valentines day in 2012 very memorable.

Words cannot begin to explain this day for me. December 17th, 2011 will be a day that I will cherish for a lifetime. The customer service was more than 5 stars. Meeting them in person was even better and they took away the jitters. Made me feel calm and cool. The setting was beautiful, the staff was superb. Stacy and her team at Forever I Do Weddings was very helpful from start to finish. The prices were very affordable and they catered to our every desire for a ceremony that fit our taste and needs. If you are looking to get married in the Destin-Ft. Walton Beach area, please give these ladies a call. I shopped around for the best bang for my buck and my husband and I were very pleased. All of our guests kept complimenting us on how beautiful the ceremony site looked. They made it so easy for me planning a wedding hundreds of miles away. We picked out what we wanted and they took care of the rest.....

The people at Forever I do wedding went way beyond of what I would have ever thought. It truly was a "stress free" wedding where everything was just beautiful and perfect. The lady with the doves was excellent and unexpected to my daughter that made the ceremony even more meaningful.

I highly recommend this avenue to anone that is planing a beach. I don't think that I could have found anyone to fit our need anymore that Stacy. I feel as if she has just been a part of this special time for us and my duaghter.

When you are 9-10 hours away it is nice to know that there is someone willing to help and make sure that everything goes perfect. (and it did).

Stacy was wonderful and did an excellent job! She was so professional and took great pictures for us!! This was our dream wedding and I googled beach wedding and Forever I Do came up and I did a little research and found they are a very reputable business. I would recommend them to anyone! Our hope is to go back in a few years to renew our vows and we will have Stacy plan this for us too! It was a wonderful experience!!!!

Stacy and Annette were fabulous! My daughter and her groom decided to get married and they wanted a beach wedding. I found FOR EVER I DO WED on the internet, I was worried about the quality we would receive. I was so pleasantly surprised, everything was great quality for a wedding planned in 2 days! The cake was delicious, the flowers were beautiful, her keepsake glass flutes were Mikasa crystal, and the minister did a phenomenal job! The sand ceremony, the bride and groom just loved it! My daughter got to choose her flowers and her decor for the beach ceremony and everything was beautiful! Hats off to you girls for a job well done!

I live in Indiana and Forever I Do helped me plan my destination wedding. Living that far away I needed someone who would be able to handle all of the details for me without any worries. I was very pleased with the promptness I received for all of my questions. I just wanted a low key ceremony and they helped me keep that feel while at the same time making it a beautiful and memorable event. Basically all we had to do was show up! Stacy was wonderful to work with. I couldn't have asked for someone more helpful or easier to work with. Also, the officiant was wonderful. They suggested Princess Beach for our location and I did feel like a princess that day! I would highly recommend Forever I Do to anyone!

What a disappointment this was. This was undoubtedly the biggest waste of money for any part of the wedding.

Initial contact was made and a deposit paid on 1-20-10 to reserve 7-24-10 for their services. We mentioned use of a beach access area near the condo which was to be used by the bride for the weekend. This location was mentioned by the condo management office as it was close and would provide a short distance to walk to the wedding ceremony. The planner stated they would check to ensure there were no legal issues which would prevent the use of the recommended site and advise us accordingly.

The next contact was not until 4-13-10 and was a result of an e-mail we sent to them asking for an update of their findings, what was scheduled and what if anything we needed to do in preparation for the wedding. Their e-mail response indicated they had received our planning guide and recommended a ceremony time, confirmation of locating the site we had mentioned, photography recommendations, sand unity options vs. unity candle and a color chart of the options available. The package charge along with sales taxes and flower delivery charges and their “20% Business Fee” which seems like a duplication of costs for the wedding planner that the package cost included. Once signed acceptance of the proposal was received by them they would send an itemized agreement contract for us to sign and return. It also explained the wedding license was not included and a link to a website was provided for additional information.

Another long period of time goes by and finally we call them again to determine why they haven't sent the contract they mentioned as a requirement. On June 18, 2010 they sent the seven page contract to lock in the proposal agreement and their "business fee" had increased another $20 for whatever reason. The “business fee” is determined by using the total costs in addition to the stated package fees and upgrades/extra services.

On the date of the wedding, they had "highly recommended" all guests be present at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled 6:30pm ceremony time as there would be extra charges if there was more than one hour (6-7pm) required for completion of the service. Thus, we told all guest to be present as required as there would be no waiting for anyone.

It wasn't until we received pictures taken by family and friends that we learned our family members had been drafted into hauling the items for the ceremony to the beach and removing the sea weed which had washed ashore at the site. What a slap in the face!

The planner who met the car in the access point parking area didn't even know what music was scheduled or what order it would be played, so she stated that whatever music was played would be our signal to walk down to the beach. Just before starting the music they instructed everyone to look at the ocean and not look back as the bride walked to the beach. The bride had only requested her husband-to-be not look back or turn around until she was at his side.

We find it hard to understand how this company would ever win an award for services and would NOT recommend them for anything.

We booked this company because we thought they would be professional provide quality vendors. The only positive things I can say about the company is that the set up guy and the photographer were great! We paid extra for a videographer and he never even showed up! He said that he couldn't find the wedding site so he went home. Forever I Do Weddings did refund our money for the videographer, but, obviously, we were still without a wedding video. The have yet to provide us with the videographer's name, so we could leave them a review. The cake lady was supposed to call/come set up between 4-4:30, but didn't get there till two hours later. She did set the cake up and it looked great. When asked about this Forever I do Weddings said my wife was never told when the bakery would be in contact. The officiants opening line was, "We are gathered here today to join Ken and Michelle. . . Michelle is your name right?" The officiant then kept referring to my wife as "he." When we brought this to Forever I do Wedding's attention they said, "Well any mistake was not meant to be personally offensive." The wedding coordinator wanted everyone there 30 min early, but she didn't show up until about 15 min prior, and then she was VERY hard to find when we needed anything. The man who set up did an excellent job, and he was very nice. Likewise, the photographer they sent was very helpful and kind. She did a very handled the wedding very professionally. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a wedding company.

Forever I do is wonderful to work with. They make everything very stress free on the Bride. My wedding turned out to be absolutely beautiful and everything I had hoped for.

Forever I Do Weddings was the best decision that I made for my wedding. I dreamed of a beach wedding forever and I live in Kentucky and know nothing about Florida. So, I needed to find a company to help me with all my wedding planning. So, I took trust with Forever I Do because they had previous customers that raved on them and they the package that was perfect for my wedding, with a few upgrades. With every question and request they always responded back fast and never said no. My wedding turned out perfect from my flowers, the decorations, the ceremony and the pictures and video. The only thing that could have been perfect would have been the cold, strong wind, but I don't think they could have done anything about that. Forever I Do made my dreams come true and I would tell anyone who is getting married in the Fort Walton Beach area to definetely go with Forever I Do. LOVE THEM!!!!!

We live about 300 miles away from Ft. Walton so, it was hard to tell how many people will actually show up. They charge $4 per chair and we only ended up using about half of the ones we purchased.. essentially throwing away almost $200! My suggestion would be to only get a few chairs for older family members and have everyone else stand up. Also, they only provide ferns as the "given flower." Flowers are almost always the most expensive piece of the wedding but, honestly the day of my wedding I did not even notice all the flowers because the beach and pure scenery itself was so beautiful! The beach spot I recommend is Princess Beach. There are no buildings/condos/hotels or ANYTHING around. It is just beach with a walkway from the road so, you (as the bride) can still have the "wow factor" of walking up over a small hill before everyone else can see you!

Forever i do saved my wedding day. Everything was just as I had pictured it. I made changes from the time I hired them until the day before and they were on top of everything. They found a pastor I wanted who did an amazing job and the ceremony was beautiful. The only thing that was a disappointment was the flowers, my bouquet wasnt like the picture i sent them and the groomsmens flowers were dying. Other than the flowers all the services they provided for me were wonderful!!

We signed a contract with Forever I Do Weddings 6 months prior to our weddings and we live in Maryland, so we put our trust in them to plan our destination wedding.We scheduled a trip to Florida 4 months prior to our wedding, to meet with vendors and plan our wedding. None of the vendors knew we were coming on the days they gave us. They did not respond to any of my emails when I was inquiring about when and where to meet these vendors.The florist was located in the back room?! (this is not normal, we were told later, by a real wedding planner) So this was the only choice given us by them, which is a conflict of interest. We ended up not meeting anyone on that trip, nor did we get any planning done. This caused a lot of stress for us and we had to struggle and find another planner. If your idea is that you need a wedding planner who will be organized and helpful, do not do business with these people. They are contractors, not planners. They will say they are planners, but then use only their vendors to do each different service, and you will not be given choices.

Friendly, helpful, and professional. Our wedding couldn't have turned out better! Thank you Forever I Do for making our day special.

Everything was Great! The only thing I can say is sometimes I would email one person and hear back from another and that is a tad distracting when you are not sure if they know anything about your file.

The wedding was beautiful. They did an awesome job. Wish they could have shown up a little earlier than they did. That was the only down part. However, they pulled it together quickly.

The officiant with this company was extremely flexible and professional. I would recommend doing business with this company.

This was a destination wedding and it was perfect. Simple but elegant. Fun and intimate.

Stacy and I have worked together for years, and also serve together in Association of Bridal Consultants. She is the other Co-Director in this area and I couldn't run our group without her. Her company is amazing and I even had one of my closest friends hire them because I could not do the wedding. You really can't go wrong with Forever I Do because they offer so many packages that one will definitely work for you.
