Got our personalized mint tins they looked awesome everyone enjoyed them. They looked great!

High quality unique wedding favors and supplies. I ordered my favors and bridal party gifts from them. Both were received in a timely manner and were packaged very securely and were all received undamaged. I may order some favor tags/ribbon from them as well. Items are decently priced and they have frequent sales/coupon codes.

We ordered several items that were engraved but our favorite was our black sand ceremony shadow box. They don't have a preview option on their website so I had to use the live chat function to see if I could get help with the font selection. Not only did they email me a preview of the shadow box and design the glass exactly as we specified sending several proofs to us during the process but they added a white fill to the personalization on the black box that made our personalization pop. The box looks awesome. Everyone at the wedding loved it and I can't say "Thank you" enough.

We purchased a sand ceremony shadow box from Foreverwed, we searched the web trying to find the right one and they were the only store that had them until July 31st. Which was way past our wedding.

Not only did they get the item to us in time but they were able to provide us with a proof of the item and our engraving right through their live chat service. Made ordering way easy! No guesswork on what I was ordering. The shadow box arrived exactly when they said it would and was packaged great.

Very happy with their service. I placed order with them two weeks before my wedding and had some items that needed a little more customization that a normal item. My husband is from Russia and we needed a few items engraved in his language. Foreverwed was able to make the order for us, engrave the items in Russian & English and get them to us before the wedding. I only had a few days of margin between the order date and arrival date. The items arrived exactly when we were told they would, Tracy in customer service was Awesome going over each item with us making sure not a detail was left out. We ended up even ordering some extra mint tin favors which my guests absolutely loved. Thank you guys for going the extra mile!!!!

We received our shipment 4 days after we ordered, exactly when they told us we would. We were very happy with the quality of the items and how nice the engraving turned out. Their customer service team took the time to go over our order with us that we placed online and went over every detail of the order. Our attendants loved their gifts! We ordered a Memorial Vase which came out stunning. It exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love it. The vase is the perfect size. The engraving is lovely, and exactly what I ordered.I was able to track its whereabouts, although it arrived very quickly! The Vase was very well packaged, for shipping. This company is excellent. We used their proof process through live chat to order mint tins, it made personalization so easy. Saw our proofs within a few minutes, our order shipped out the next day. Loved the work they did for me.

I ordered mint tins for my wedding favors from Forever Wed. I was a little nervous because it sounded like some people had issues getting there stuff in time, so I called them two days after my order to check on my proof. They were very helpful and got it to me right away. My tins arrived very promptly and were very nice looking. The mints were also tasty as well!

They have a lot of sales, so their prices are fairly cheap. Also, we found they sold quite a few things that were not available elsewhere. However, they completely screwed up our order – shipping was delayed, items were removed, we paid for a couple things we never received, and didn’t even get the pen we order for our guestbook until AFTER the wedding (really useful now right). Honestly, I would be a bit hesitant ordering from there again, unless you get everything wayyyy in advance, so you have time to work out all the kinks.

I ordered my wedding favors from this website. I ordered mint tins with a picture of my husband and I on the front. There are a wide variety of colors and designs to choose from so I was easily able to find details that coordinated with the wedding colors. There are always sales going on and coupon codes available for their products. I was able to purchase during a sake as well as apply a coupon code during checkout, there are also alternatives for price cuts. There a charges for particulars such as having candy filled or stickers placed on prior to recieving the product. I ordered the stickers to be be left off so I could apply them myself. I was overall satisfied with the order and recommend this site to other couples looking for a wide variety to search from.

I was planning on making my favors when I found the little chocolate bars with the custom labels on sale at Forever Wed. I got 100 favors for $35 shipped - which was very worth it and saved So much time!

They came and were beautiful and the chocolate was great. Very happy!

Of all the vendors and websites I used, I had the worst luck with this one. Let me start by saying how glad I was that I started this process early, because almost two months after I placed my initial order, they finally got it right-which was only a few days before my wedding.

I ordered a sand unity kit that was supposed to have a fall leaf on it. In my first order, they sent me a plain one. I called only to have the lady tell me it was because I chose not to personalize it. I explained to her that there was nowhere on the site did it indicate that I was supposed to personalize it-not to mention the name of the products was fall leaf unity set. Why would I think that I needed to do anything different? Anyways, she said they would update the site and send me another.

While I waiting for the next one, I would periodically check if the site was updated-of course it wasn't because it was correct to begin with-they just didn't want to own up to that when I called.

I got the second order and this one was cracked. After getting the run around and having to call 3 or 4 times to get a hold of someone who could/would help, I ended up geting a call from UPS saying they were picking it up. I called Foreverwed back to find out if they were reshipping another one and that they needed to hurry-again, more run around.

Needless to say, it took them 3 tries and 7 or 8 phone calls for them to get the order right. If they were helpful to begin with and my order was correct, I would at least update some of their ratings and the price. But customer service wasn't good, and with all the time I spent with this, they should have just refunded my money in the end.

I do not recommend this company. Until they can get their customer service and quality control together, it isnt worth the hassle. Not to mention, the information on their website is wrong-the hours listed on the homepage aren't right. If you look in the customer servic section, they list somehing completely different. They are impossible to do business with!

11/14/2010 Update-as a result of my review, I was contacted by a manager at ForeverWed to discuss my experience with them and the issues I had. She understood my perspective and my dissatisfaction with the company and agreed that they dropped the ball on this one. She ended up crediting me the full amount for the unity set that I purchased. I appreciated that they contacted me to resolve this issue.

I had a small order issue, my own fault :) I ordered online and used a gift card. It was declined as I was unaware that you had to register gift cards. I called and talked to a customer service rep twice at Foreverwedstore, They were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They knew what the issue was right away and directed me how to fix it. When I called back They remembered me and were quick to help. I had a rush order, they processed it the same day and got it out to me for our October wedding. I couldn't be happier with the products I ordered, my attendants loved their gifts! I work in the service industry, so it makes me very happy when I work with people that exceed service expectations. They have great employee's working on the front line together with their brides and grooms to ensure that their customers needs are taken care of. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and others...

Our order was absolutely perfect! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate ForeverWed's professionalism. I made an order with them for some personalized wine labels and engraved gifts and I made a mistake on the order. I could have lied and said they made the mistake, but instead I explained what had happened. I fully believe that most places would have said, too bad, you missed the fine print, you made a mistake ... or whatever. But this company understood, they worked with me, replaced the item for us at no cost and in turn made us a repeat customer, I will definitely come back to and recommend Foreverwed store to others.

They were late on one of my products, and did not alter me to this.

However, all of my products were beautiful and I am satisfied with my service.

I ordered personalized miniature chocolates from this vendor and the order arrived on time and everything was perfect with them. This vendor has reasonable prices and really creative ideas for favors and gifts. I highly recommend ordering from them.

I ordered on 5/7/10 and have been told that my shipment is due tomorrow, 6/16/10.

We absolutely loved this store, a little skeptical at first, made a small order on May 7 which shipped the day after I ordered.

Made a larger order on May 14th, customer service called us to go over the order and made sure our engraving was correct, (Im so glad they did! I misspelled a name) so correcting this was easy! order arrived exactly when they said it would. The quality of the product and engraving was great!

Made a final order on May 31st which was so last minute for wedding favors! We ordered water labels, mint tins and some chocolates. Again just a great experience with customer service and their production team. I was sent a proof of what my order would look like, I had to approve the artwork, which we did immediately! The product looked exactly like our proofs! the colors were a perfect match to our wedding theme just as requested. Ordering couldn't have been easier.

We will definitely recommend ForeverWed to our friends and family!

We purchased tin mint cans that were personalized for our wedding. Even though we had the option to preview how it would look the lettering in the final product did not look exactly centered. This is a detail most people may not notice given the overall package is so chic, but when you really want everything to be perfect on your wedding day that one letter off center between your names is really bothersome. Other than that they had the greatest selection of wedding favors and they had the flexibility to personalize almost anything.

Didn't have any problems with foreverwedstore, our order was delayed and they called twice to keep us updated on how long it would be. It came in time and everything was perfect.

I purchased some wedding gifts for our attendants, and because my fiancé had some product questions and concerns, called them to ask about ship times and prices.

First, customer service was extremely nice to me even though I called like 10 or 20 times to ask about product availabilities and shipping times. When I told them that it was for my wedding, and the time frame was less than two weeks away, the lady who answered the phone promised that it could be shipped the same day that I ordered.. She explained that normally they ship items within 2-4 business days but they promised to watch for my order, and they took my name and order number.

True to their word, they shipped it out the same day. I ordered 10 engravable beer mugs, 10 rhinestone heart jewelry boxes, some chocolate wedding favors and some water bottle labels. When the labels and chocolates arrived they were absolutely gorgeous. The chocolate came pre-bagged and ready to be sent over to the caterer to be placed on the tables. The colors were the exact colors I asked for and the water bottle labels matched the chocolates to a T!

The customer service ladies were really nice to work with, I didn't have any problems ordering, calling to track the order, they gave me the tracking number immediately when I called. Which I only called because I though that I didn't get an email with the tracking number, but they explained that the email comes from UPS and its listed as a Quantum view email. As soon as she explained that, I found the email, in my spam folder (thanks hotmail!) and was able to watch the order until it arrived.

What brought me to the site was that they had allot of wedding favors and gifts that were and they were very inexpensive. There are allot of sites out there that offer the same products from the same manufacturer and cost three times as much. I cant begin to say how completely happy I am with them. Its probably due to the fact that they had is such great customer service and were so very friendly, they have a great selection and inexpensive prices, and they made the extra effort to ship it out my order on the same day I placed it so that we would have them for our wedding.

In short, if you need wedding gifts for your attendants or wedding favors I would definitely consider them.

We ordered chocolates and tin mints for our wedding favors plus some engraved beer mugs for the groomsmen and bridal party toasting flutes for the bridesmaids. Ordered on the March 28th, they shipped on the March 30th, and we just received them yesterday on the 3rd of April.

Customer service was wonderful from the ordering process to calling us and giving us a tracking number, they kept us informed so we knew the order had shipped and made this order the least of my worries. Our wedding was this past weekend, So receiving the order in a rush was crucial!

The glassware looked great and was packaged perfectly...Not a single item broke.!!! My fiance really loved the cute image of the groomsman on the mug itself. Made a simple mug look really classic.

If the wedding over I would definitely buy more items from this store. Absolutely great service and excellent customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I love this vendor, we ordered mini Hershey chocolates bars, they shipped them two days after I placed the order, arrived intact and were a hit at our engagement party. Placed a second order for more chocolates and some sparkling cider. Labels were perfect, exactly what we were looking for, arrived ahead of schedule. When my mom saw them, she cried,
"we had our engagement pictures put on them" as a gift to mom for a family get together for Christmas. Made a third order for personalized gifts, they said to allow up to 10 business days, however again, they shipped in two business days, arrived ahead of time and look absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to all of our friends!!!

Awesome favors and great prices. Our first order came in with the wrong font, I called and they sent out the right mint tin stickers immediately. Very easy to work with.

Got wonderful accessories for the wedding here- cake server, and garter. Both were great quality and price. Can't ask for more.

A++++ - The personalized beverage napkins I received from them are absolutely perfect. The colors and printing look fabulous, totally worth it. I also ordered gift tags and water bottle labels that are adorable.
