We were overall pleased with the service. However, we had our wedding on a Saturday and they expected to have our tuxedos back on Sunday instead of Monday or there was a late fee that would be charged. My husband did get a free tux since we ordered a 5 others. The only complaint that we have is that the tuxedo for our 4 yr. old ring bearer cost the same amount as the other tuxedos. The fathers got discounts also.

The only way a ring bearer pays the same as the other members of the wedding party is if there are less than 6 people in the group or if he is in a mens size. We offer tuxes that range from $59.95-$139.95. We also ask that the tuxes are retuned the next day because they are already reserved for other customers the following weekend and we need a few days to get them ready and sent to the next location.

Awesome job on the napkins and programs, however, I ordered them 2 weeks prior, and got them the day before my wedding. Poor shipping, and service. Consider ordering more in advance. We had 3 people who were going to be in our wedding, but decided at the very last min to back out, thats why we had to order 2 weeks before.
The tuxes looked great and they were very accommodating. We had an out of town groomsman and he was able to get his measurements done where he lived and had the measurements sent to this store and when he tried it on, it fit perfectly.
