Joe and Maria are husband and wife and work well together at the bakery. They have always been dedicated to providing the best quality cakes and service. My family has been going to Fortune Bakery for all of their cake needs. I got my bridal shower cake here as well. Joe never fails at making the most creative and elegant cakes. Our wedding cake was 3 tiers and consisted for the too die for chocolate banana. His Tres Leches cake with cream is soo delightful and moist, not too milky like the other's I've tried. The vanilla and strawberries cream is the original favorite for birthdays and otherl occassions! With sliced almond shavings. Our wedding cake was exactly what I wanted . It was elegant and beautiful and I can always expect nothing but the best from fortune bakery. Joe is so reliable and hard working. He is there 7 days a week and always has a smile on his face. It is important to have a vendor like this who is reliable, affordable and flexible. I had several last details to worry about, my wedding cake was not one of them! The cake arrived promptly and all of my quests are still raving about how great the cake was. Highely recommended!!

Our cake was so delicious, everyone loved it and some even had second slice.

I was way over my budget for my wedding. I wanted something that just tasted good and had a simple concept because the florist I had was going to do everything else which was a design I stole from another bride. (The best ideas are stolen and made into your own). I brought pictures to show them exactly what I wanted.

I ordered my cake 2 weeks before my wedding. I spoke with Joe and he was very helpful. I had gotten this cake at our wedding shower and so many people liked it I thought I would see if they could make a wedding cake. I was a little scared about this inexpensive find and if he was going to be able to deliver a cake from San Gabriel to Silverado but it came out beautiful and best of all again I say it was very inexpensive. I think this was the cheapest thing I had at my wedding and no one would even know or did know. I was not able to find anyone else that could beat the price.

My cake was 3-tier (6x10X14) with chocolate and banana on the top and bottom layer and white cake and strawberry for the middle.

It was SO YUMMY and the chocolate cake and banana is my favorite and I don't really like chocolate cake. =)
