Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

The Franklin Marriott in Cool Springs was a perfect place to hold my ceremony and reception. Melissa and Ronda quickly responded every time I sent an email. I planned my wedding myself and they were always able to answer even my most random questions. The only problem I had was getting pictures of previous ceremonies/receptions held in the Marriott.My wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception were completely stress-free. The room managers changed the stage and table placement whenever I asked without any attitude. No one EVER said they couldn’t do something! During the reception one gentleman noticed my husband and I fanning ourselves and he brought us to a place behind the stage where plenty of air was flowing.My wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful thanks to the Franklin Marriott! I would definitely work with them again.

We had a wonderful wedding night at the Marriott. Our check-in was super fast, and one thing that really impressed me was that we declined valet parking, but when we went back to the car to park it, a valet van followed us to our parking space to give us a ride back to the front door anyway. We didn’t even know he’d followed us until we got out of the car! We were treated the way any bride and groom should be, like royalty. They offered a “Romance Package”, which includes champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries and whipped cream, living up to its name. The room was beautiful as well.
