Beautiful and delicious cake. Exactly what i wanted. Took my breath away at the wedding. People went back for seconds! Freeds is great and dependable. They obviously know what they are doing!

Our wedding cake was GORGEOUS!!! Our theme was "gold and glamorous" and our cake was just that! It had a different flavor and filling on each tier (5 tiers) and so many of our guests told us how absolutely beautiful and delicious it was!! Freed's is amazing, and Jayme, who helped us to design our cake was extremely helpful and sweet! Would definitely recommend them for brides out there and am so happy we chose them for our vendor!

Since I live far away, all communication was done over email. We chose a Las Vegas themed cake. I can't say enough great things about it. They really worked with us because we had a small # of people. It looked amazing. We were surpirsed how great it tasted too because we just assumed it wouldn't taste as good as it looked. We were wrong! couldn't have asked for better.

Freed’s did our wedding cake and it came out exactly as I had hoped. It looked great, and even better, it tasted great! We were able to go in and do a tasting before choosing our flavors, and that was fabulous. They even recommended some flavor combinations for us, which we definitely took advantage of. I sent an inspiration picture a few months prior to the wedding...and then about a week before the wedding I changed the color of the ribbon detail. It was no problem and the cake turned out perfect!

We had a 3 tiered cake - 2 layers were Almond Cake with Chocolate Royale filling and 1 layer was Chocolate Cake with Bavarian Cream and Raspberry Puree filling. I made sure that I tasted both flavors, and both were fabulous!!

The cake looked exactly like the picture – no complaints at all.

I planned my destination wedding completely online and Freed's Bakery provided the fabulous cake for my reception. I chose the elegant Scroll Masterpiece wedding cake from their standard cake choices, but what made the cake really special was the flavors of each layer and the custom cake topper. The option of chocolate cake with a Kahlua mousse was fantastic. Then for the custom fondant cake topper, we chose to e-mail Freed's a picture of ourselves so that the figures could be made to look like us along with the request to have the groom be dressed in football jersey since he is such big football fan. Boy did Freed's deliver! I think the cake may have been the one of the biggest hits of the night...in fact, the pictures are priceless!

I had a wedding planner who recommended Freed's and being that I was a destination bride she took care of communicating with them about what I wanted. The cake was really just gorgeous and really more beautiful then I had anticipated. There were huge beautiful intricate flowers made of sugar that matched our wedding colors on top, lovely sheer ribbon along the layers of the cake and perfect white fondant with not a crease is sight. I ordered a red velvet cake and all the guests loved the super moist richness of the cake. I got so many compliments on it after the wedding!

Freed's highly lived up to its reputation for amazing cakes and service at our wedding. We had a very unusual request for a grooms cake and Freed's exceeded our expectations. I have heard other reviewers stating they had issues with their cake being dry. We only had the ceremonial bite of cake at the reception. We took our leftover cake home on a five hour drive, left if in our refrigerator for a week while we were on our honeymoon and were finally able to try a slice a week after the wedding. It was amazingly as moist as it was the day of the wedding! We would choose Freed's again without hesitation!

Our wedding cake from Freed's was delicious and beautiful. We wanted a Vegas themed cake that was elegant and sophisticated (which we thought couldn't be done); however, we found what we were looking for at Freed's. We chose the "Elegant Vegas Wedding Cake." It was definetely worth the money and worth the calories!! Also, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't absolutely recommend Freed's Bakery. Thanks, Freed's.

My wedding was on 10-10-10 and they delivered on time, to the Bellagio Penthouse and the cake was amazing!! I had forgotten to order the cake until about 7 days before and I called in, explained my wedding dress colors, and they matched it perfectly!! It tasted even better than it looked and it looked BEAUTIFUL!!! They had 64 other cakes to deliver that day and I would never have been able to tell.. The cake looked and tasted like they had spent all day on just mine. They also gave me a military discount when I mentioned my address! So amazing, I would go back for a birthday cake and I love in Oklahoma :)

I ordered my cake for my 10.10.10 wedding over the phone from Sydney Australia and made some alterations to the Vegas Romance wedding cake that was online and it turned out perfect.

It was delicious and exactly wanted I wanted !!!! Service was great and delivery to the hotel restaurant was on time and they even had the courtesy to call me and tell me that the restaurant had lost my reservation which saved me a lot of embarrassment and time.

Freed's Bakery was recommended to us by The Tahiti Village in Las Vegas. We picked out the cake before hand and it took only a phone call to have it ready. The marble with amaretto mouse filling was absolutly spectacular. I still wake up at night dreaming about it. People were going back for 2 and 3 slices and some of these people didn/t normally eat cake. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING

I was planning a destination wedding from NY which was scary. I sent a photo of a cake to use for inspiration. I was a little afraid since I couldn't see it until the day of my wedding. The cake was fabulous it look identical to the picture of the cake I found online listed as one the best black and white cakes. The prices was the most amazing part since they were creating a custom cake, I thought that would make it very expensive. Trust them they are the best even if they seem very busy

My cake experts, namely: My husband, best man and my son all agreed that they are the bomb. I am so glad I ordered a grooms cake so everyone had extra cake to take back to their hotels.

The cake was far more delicious and inexpensive than some of the other local, more well-known competitors.Its moist the flavor is amazing and the cakes look so pretty i loved mine, the people are nice and helpful and the cake tasting is fun, they do themed cakes or plain traditional ones whatever you like, everyone loved the cake i did not have that much left!Thank you so much,you are the best!

we noticed how everyone goes to freed's for cakes and especially wedding cakes, so we jumped on the bandwagon and got it from them too. turned out to be a good choice, because the cakes we got were very delicious and looked stunning

Freeds Bakery is the ultimate destination for anyone seeking the most original, beautiful and delicious cake in Las Vegas. Our 50th Anniversary wedding cake was a knockout. Our guests were totally awed by the design and delighted by the taste of our 3 flavor cake. We highly recommend Freeds for every aspect of our experience with them from design through perfect on time delivery.

We are from MD and wanted a las vegas wedding, and it has challenges when making arrangements at a distance.
Ordering a wedding cake at a distance seemed impossible but Freeds Bakery made it easy with online pictures and ordering. I picked the cake and sent them a copy/pic of the cake topper I bought, so they made the cake the right size and it was very tasty! They also made our flower arrangements for the tables and corsages. Once the order was placed, we picked up the cake and flowers early in the morning on our wedding day. They even agreed to open a little early, so we could make it back to the hotel before the limo arrived (we had a day time wedding). Everything was made for an easy transport (we declined delivery to save money). There did make a small mistake - they placed some decorations on the top of the cake but quickly fixed it once we showed them the bottom of the topper. We took the cake back to the reception party for refrigeration and were told it was one of the best wedding cakes the chefs saw! The day after the reception we took pedestals back to the bakery and got a prompt refund (I think all placed charge you a deposit on pedestals). And they even gave us free croissants and cookies b.c we were newly weds :)

My cake was included in my reception package at Maggiano's. Freed's worked with me to stay with in the package limits, all while making sure the cake represented what I wanted. The cake came out awesome and exceeded expectations! And to top it off, it was just tasty!

Freed's Bakery in Las Vegas was hand's down my favorite part of my wedding!!!! My cake was SO GORGEOUS. My wedding colors were dark purple and deep yellow, and I wanted purple on my cake. The consultant called and explained that they couldn't do dark purple frosting flowers, since it would stain people's teeth and taste gross. :) I can appreciate that, so she came up with a great suggestion of doing lighter shade purple flowers, and pretty detailing in a darker color around the sides of the cake.

I went with the Bride on a Budget option, and it was fast, easy, and the cake was excellent. Lots of folks complimented both the way the cake looked and the way it tasted. I did the 50/50 frosting, which was DELICIOUS. I combined one white tier and 2 chocolate tiers.

Overall, I give Freed's 5 stars all around. I really recommend them for folks doing the Vegas wedding thing. It can be hard to organize some of these types of details from afar, but with Freed's the cake was a breeze, and was the highlight of our reception!!

If you're getting married in Las Vegas, there is no bakery better than Freed's. The quality of their cakes stand alone. Not only are the cakes they make beautiful, they taste even better.

The staff is courteous and very attentive. I didn't feel as though I was just another client and wedding cake. I felt as though they sincerely cared about my fiancee and I. That's very rare in this day and age.

I will never be able to thank Freed's bakery enough for the amazing cake we had on our wedding day.

I had a destination wedding so picking a cake without trying it was difficult. How ever I have heard great things about them and decided to book my cake with them. They are great cake creators and provided that Las Vegas theme I had for my wedding. My cake was beautiful. Everyone raved about it and my husband and his friends raved about the canolis they had when they went to pick up the cake. It is a delicious bakery. Great prices for a wedding on a budget and small guest list. Highly recommend.

While planning my wedding in Las Vegas(we live in Canada), I had to do much of my research over the internet which unfortunately was quite stressful. Luckily I found a link for Freed's Bakery, which not only had images of their lovely wedding cakes, but reviews and recommendations from such distinguished magazines as Martha Stewart Weddings. I decided to chose Freed's as the bakery that would provide the cake for our wedding, and I'm so happy that I did! Elia(?), the lady that I dealt with over the phone was extremely helpful, and although I could only express my desires over the phone, the cake turned out absolutely beautiful! Not only that, they delivered to our reception location which took a lot of stress out of my day. I have to thank the staff at Freed's from the bottom of my heart, because not only was their cake the best I ever tasted, it was the best cake any of my guests had ever tasted as well. Congrats on the great job, and I'll be seeing you again next year on my one year anniversary!

Talk about a challenge, my husband and I wanted our wedding cake (not a groom's cake) to be in the shapes of our cars. On top of it, we were getting married on the busiest day of the year in Las Vegas. But Joni Freed and her team pulled it off beautifully! Wow, I am so amazed by the job they did and words escape me when I try to describe how thankful I am for them helping my day turn out so wonderful!

Exactly what I wanted!

Freed's was amazing! She took our ideas and made them a georgeous reality. We live on the east coast and got married in Vegas so naturally I was nervous about everything going right. After we met with Jayme for our tasting our cake fears were gone. She even helped us find a great spot to hold our rehearsal dinner.

The cake was absolutely beautiful. I purchased the cake from their bride on a budget selection and my guests were floored when they saw it. It was also delicious. I would highly recommend this bakery!

We wanted an original cake, and they were more than willing to combine several of their standard cakes to create what we wanted. They called me several weeks out, the week before, and the day before to confirm all the details. The delivery was on time and flawless, and the cake turned out stunning and delicious!

They were so helpful and gave me about 5 different cakes and frostings to taste. They even have a few cakes for a bride on a budget, which were quite beautiful.

We got a Las Vegas style themed wedding cake. It was so cute.
We ordered it two days before the ceremony and there weren't any problems.
The cake tasted great and looked great
For the bottom half I got white cake with white buttercream filling with buttercream frosting underneath the decorative layer or whatever you call that stuff. It tasted bomb!
For the top half I got chocolate cake with chocaloate buttercream filling with chocolate buttercream frosting underneath. Haven't tried the top half yet, we are saving that for our first anniversary.

Freeds was helpful and accomodating during the planning of our Las Wedding. When we got to the Reception, the cake was alreadsy there and being taken care of. We ordered a 3 tier cake with a different flavour for eacj tier - DELICIOUS! Thanks Freeds!

Joni's a bride's fairy godmother. My husband and I eloped to Vegas and hadn't made any arrangements for a cake, so we took her by surprised when we showed up at her bakery in full bridal attire. We thought we'd just buy whatever she had available (even a couple cannolis or something), but she offered to make us a cake on the spot. We didn't give her any direction at all, just "something small and wedding-y" and she threw together a fabulously gorgeous cake and fun cake that suited us perfectly, and OMG, it was the most delicious cake we'd ever tasted. Moist, with fresh strawberries and cream in the middle... mmmmm...... We cut it standing over of the canals at the Venetian and gave slices away to strangers, who couldn't believe their good fortune. Joni brightened everyone's day. And Joni gave us a great deal on the cake, we have no idea how much it really should have cost.

We recommend Freed's for all occasions, but they did a Stupendous job on our cake. It was exactly what we wanted, beautiful, and delicious! It was really easy to place the order and arrange for my brother to pick it up.

The cake was unbelievable. Service was good. Staff was helpful, especially since we live in TX and got married in NV and had to do everything by phone. A little pricey but definitely worth it!

They delivered, on time, to our hotel room. It's a bit pricey but worth it. The cake was yummy!

Best cake ever!!!! I called and emailed a picture of what I wanted. They helped me over the phone with the size I needed and my three tiers of flavors. I picked all three different flavors. They had the cake at the restaurant by the time we arrived, it was beautiful and so yummy. The guests loved it. I saw them on the Food Network and ordered them without a taste test and was extremely pleased.

Freed's is the best in town for a reason. Not only was our cake EXACTLY like we wanted it, but they were able to accommodate us for an extra sheet cake one week before the wedding. They did the job and it was awesome!

Picked my cake from the Brides on a budget selection, Creme Ribbons and Lace with 50/50 icing,and white cake, bavarian creme filling. It was delivered to the Restaurant for use for a small charge. It was all arranged on the phone, destination wedding for us. It looked exactly like the photo and it was beautiful and delicious. Everyone thought it tasted soooo good and fresh and the cake was so light and the icing and filling not too sweet or heavy. It was delivered on time and very well priced. The Wynn hotel wanted to charge about 4 times as much for the same design and size.
I would certainly recommend this bakery for a Wedding cake.

what a great place! planned my wedding from nj, decided i didnt want to go with a wedding cake from my reception site a week before the wedding, and found freed's on citysearch. i told them i wanted a good looking cake, but taste was my priority. they made a beautiful red velvet cake that looked just like the picture, and tasted incredible! you would have never guessed it was a wedding cake! everyone loved it! plus, the nice people at freed's helped me save money by recommneding that i order a smaller, 3 tier cake, and a separate sheetcake to cut up for our guests. great experience-easiest vendor to work with-by far!!!

Loved our cake! The service was excellent at both our cake tasting & our wedding. The lemon cake is to die for...and I must say they do an amazing job on all buttercream cakes...for those of us who don't like fondant! The cake was absolutely beautiful & tasted great!!!

I ordered 2 cakes a 2 tier wedding cake 2 different flavors/fillings and a birthday cake (we decided to get married the weekend of my son, step daughter & step sons gfriends bday) so I decided to turn our reception inton reception/birthday/family reunion. The cakes looked incredible exactly what I wanted. The best out of the 3 different cakes was the almond cake w/amaretto mousse filling. The others were good too, but the marble one was a lil dry.

After a little trouble with initial quotes (my emails wouldn't go thru!) I actually got a phone call from Joni, who walked me thru everything. The cake was delicious--especially the cheesecake!--delivered on time, just--great. Great service, great company.

I recommend Freed’s Bakery for any occasion that requires tasty sweet treats! We used Freed’s Bakery for our wedding cake vendor and they did a fabulous job. I wanted a very large and grand cake as I had seen on the wedding cake shows on WE TV and in all the wedding magazines, however, due to the design of the cake, Freed’s Bakery instructed me that it was to large and it would fall. I was a little disappointed; however, the end result was still breathtaking. They did a wonderful job and it was superb. We can’t wait to eat our top layer on our first year anniversary. Thanks Freed’s and keep on making those delicious sweets.

The cake looked gorgeous and was exactly what was promised. Although I only got a bite everyone said the cake was great. I look forward to actually getting to eat the top half in one year on our anniversary! It would have been nice if the cost was a little cheaper but overall I was satisfied.

The preferred cake vendor for Maggiano's is Freeds. I found a picture that I loved online and sent over to Cassy at Maggiano's to forward to Freed's. They contacted me very quickly about the flavors and design. I didn't really care about flavors so I just went with their recommendations. I did want my cake to be three-tiered and that was going to be extra over the amount that Maggiano's allocated. It was about $90 for the extra level which I thought was kind of high for such a simple cake but the look was important to me. The day of the wedding my cake looked JUST like the picture. It was beautiful. I didn't eat much because we had so much food but what I had was very yummy.

Lovely and tasty cake for a destination wedding. The owner was very responsive and helpful to all of my questions and provided recommendations for the best looking design. Pretty good options to help with budgets.

We used Freed's because our venue offered a $200 credit towards a cake there. Freed's has a lovely bakery location and a very nice website. They were especially helpful in allowing us to stick to our budget. They had an array of cakes to choose from within our price range. Our chocolate cake tasted wonderful and we received lots of compliments on the unique style of our cake. Customer service was wonderful too. I have absolutely no complaints about Freed's and would highly recommend them to others.

Loved our cake. It was 3 tiered white boxes with black and white ribbon on it. We put our initials at the bottom and cala lilies on top. I had created the deisgn on my own and brought it in and it looked exactly how i wanted. It was an expensive cake, but we really loved it. THANKS!

The look of our cake was better than imagined, and all I can say about the taste is YUM! We had 3 tiers: cheesecake, lemon with raspberry buttercream filling, and marble with Bailey's Irish Cream mousse filling. The cake was a little on the pricey side, but I would definitely use them again.

My first visit to freeds was not a good one. We decided on cupcakes instead of a cake. When we tried to tell the woman what we wanted and what we were going for she looked at me like I was crazy and stupid. She was not willing to help with the cupcakes or the display for them. I only went back because we had a discount coupon for them from our wedding location. The second time was awesome! She totally understood what we wanted and went above and beyond to make it better. We chose 4 different flavors and our family and friends loved them all. They decorated above what I could have ever dreamed up myself. We still used our own display that was bought before our second visit. In the end it was all perfect.

I had my cake made and delivered from Freeds Bakery. I ordered a plain white cake and had my florist decorate it. I chose the white strawberry puree and bavarian cream for the filling. The cake was very delicious. Also my guest would agree that is was very good. I was very pleased with what I ordered and would recommend it for sure.

Freed's Bakery had won "Best of Las Vegas" for wedding cakes quite a few years in a row, so we just had to try them. They've long been in the business of wedding cakes, so we were not surprised to see that they were super professional; it was the only bakery I've ever been in where you walk in and on one side was a normal looking bakery, with cookies and cakes on display, and on the other side, 3 business tables, each equipped with a consultant, to accomadate up to 3 personal wedding cakes consulatations at a time. They really knew what they were doing-- they knew details to ask us about that we really had no clue about, and they even had a standardized sample plate, with a taste of all the main frostings, icings, and cake flavors that you could ask for, a huge book of cake designs that you could look through (also available online), and even ribbons of different colors to tape to your purchase order so that the bakers could match your wedding color to your cake perfectly. When the day arrived, the cake arrived on time and was BEAUTIFUL!!! When it came time to eat it, our guests gave it rave reviews even though they were full on all our other food. The only place where I would grade it down was price; it was fairly expensive ($10/slice) even though our cake was pretty standard. But it's was worth it for such professional service and to prevent any mishaps on our wedding day. I highly recommend.

As my fiance and I both work overseas, we ended up picking our cake online and through emails with Freed's Bakery. The bakery was extremely flexible and helped us customize our cake. Everything was extremely easy and I never even had to visit the bakery although I would have loved to go for one of their cake tastings! Freed's did everything for us including getting the cake to the reception site and setting it up with our cake topper.

We ordered the "Formal Affair" cake with the Rum-Washed Raspberry fill. My family is still raving about how good the cake tasted and how wonderfully it was presented at the reception.

Freed's is the bakery that is used exclusively at our ceremony/reception location. The cake was amazing. It looked great and tasted even better. I do think that they charge more than other bakeries because they're "Freed's". I probably would not have selected them on my own because they would have been out of our budget, but our package at our reception locale paid for half of the cake if we used them.

Wedding cakes are just expensive, but as a bride on a budget I wanted something special but within my price range. I was also in another town trying to arrange a wedding that was taking place in Las Vegas. They have a great website with lots of pictures. They have lots of different types, styles, flavors, etc of cakes. I was sooo happy to find a beautiful wedding cake that fit into my theme and was DELICIOUS. I had so many people come back for seconds and say the cake was wonderful. Definately give them a call if getting married in Vegas

We got a Vegas inspired cake. It was beautiful. Everybody loved it. They delivered it to our suite. I didn't eat any of it though!

I didn't get to eat much of the cake but everyone said it was great. It looked exactly how we described it to them, they did a great job.

There was a little snag with communication at the beginning but everything got straightened out. We sent in a custom design and they gave us exactly what we wanted. The cake was delicious & moist, we received many compliments from our guests about how good it was.

The lady who helped us order our groomscake seemed a little scatter-brained. The cake as ALWAYS was DELICIOUS and over all the aesthetics of our Monopoly themed cake were very nice. It was the best ending to our rehearsal dinner.

I planned an event from the opposite side of the country, and working with Freed's was an easy experience. Via telephone and email, I was able to work out a custom designed cake, and have it delivered to my destination for my wedding rehearsal dinner. The cake was absolutely amazing, and tasted wonderful.

We live in DC and flew to Vegas with to meet our vendors and especially Freed's we were all about colors and wanted to cake to be the highlight especially since our topper was so awesome (go to toppers with glitz!). They sat and worked with us and even had the designer make us a little sample of a fondant calla lilly to take home...it was so cute. They made 100% sure that it was the exact cake we wanted. We did get a few calls to confirm things that were supposed to be long confirmed and they got some things wrong, but at least we ironed everything out via phone call. On the wedding day, the cake 99% took our breath away because it was EXACTLY like we designed it and it went with the wedding design perfectly. It was really beautiful except for the gold beading and the fondant border which were both put on kinda sloppy...also the cake looked like the tiers were un even and it was kinda awkward...the cake was REALLY important to us and that kind make me cock my head a bit...but all around it was a truly beautiful cake...but when we fed each other...the cake was kinda gross LOL! Like the icing under the fondant was slimy and the cake just wasnt...good. That cake tasted NOTHING like the samples we had in March. Apparently word got around at the wedding because i swear 65% of that cake was left behind and it seemed like a king sized waste of money. But im rating based on the look and overall experience with them..because they made a cake from nothing but random thoughts in our head, it was pretty freaking amazing...but i dont know if i would go there again. thank god i dont live in Vegas so i dont have to make that desicion....

The cake was gorgeous and tasted fantastic. The only issue, I had specifically requested fondant icing because I wanted a very clean, smooth look, and it was not. That being said, the cake was as gorgeous as ever and was absolutely amazing!

Hubby and I wanted a simple, and very small wedding cake for our Vegas wedding. We e-mailed this company several times, and each time they quoted us very high cake prices. It seemed impossible to get a cake under $100. We ultimately decided to chance it, and we went to the shop the DAY OF the wedding, to see what they had on display, and we got 2 small cakes for around $30 each. They weren't traditional wedding cakes, and they weren't exceptionally fancy, but they were just what we wanted and YUMMY!!!! I would definitely recommend them, but only if you have a fairly large cake budget.

The cake was beautiful and just as I wanted it. Since we didn't have a reception at a hall we didn't know the specifics of what needed to be done with the cake. They told us to keep it refrigerated until the reception, which was incorrect because it was too cold and thus hard to eat. But the cake was nice and would have been great if thawed out completely.

The cake looked and tasted AMAZING! My lower rating is for the fact that the cake was much smaller than I originally thought. It cost more than it looked like it would...but still tasted yummy. I still recommend them.

I came across Freed's after seeing it on a show on the Food Network and saw a cake I liked. I sent them a quote request and was told I would hear back within 72 hours. I got a response email in less than 5 with the phone number of the owner of the business. I called her the next day and was taken well care of. We changed some things on the design and they allowed me to change a cake flavor to exclude nuts for no extra charge. We also ordered playing card cookies. My only problem with this vendor is that we payed extra to have the cookies individually wrapped which wasn't done, but they did give us more cookies than we ordered so it was probably comparable. The cake arrived exactly as we discussed and tasted very good, as did the cookies. All in all I had a very excellent experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

The cake was awesome and just how I pictured it! There was lack of communication before the wedding and I had to get Maggiano's to intervene so that I knew that what I wanted would be done - but in the end the cake looked and tasted fabulous!

I ultimately was very happy with my wedding cake, but it took awhile to get there. The first designer I talked to was rude, unprepared and did not listen to me at all. She quoted me a price of over $600 when the first thing I said was that didn't want to pay more than $400. However, I went back a second time and talked to Elia about cakes for a "family reunion." We did separate round occasion cakes, 30 more servings than the original quote for $200! Freeds does have the best cake and buttercream frosting in town! Our cakes were simple, but very beautifully done.

The cake was great! Everyone loved it and it tasted so great. Anything I wanted too change to my cake they did it!

My wife and I decided to do a cupcake tower - with a small 6" sheet cake on top for the traditional cake cutting pictures. The cake tasted wonderful and the staff were very easy to deal with as we made revisions to our order. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the cupcakes that were delivered to the wedding reception. They looked sloppy and not professionally done. Considering that there were 120 cupcakes to 1 cake, it was not something that could be hidden. The cake looked and tasted wonderful but the cupcakes were a let down.

We had a cupcake towere wedding cake and it was delicious. For the quality and look of the cupcakes I think we paid a little too much. They were topped with ganache and they did a messy job.

I contacted this vendor several times with questions because my wedding was a destination wedding and I knew no bakers in the area. They were friendly and helpful but i ended up using another vendor becasuase of cost wise.

My cake from Freed's was delicious. I ordered my cake a few days before the wedding and the cake looked exactly like I wanted it to. They did make a mistake on one of my fillings but they offered me a credit for the error. Ordering the cake at the store was not the best experience- the customer service was not stellar. Only one of the many ladies in shop was actually friendly and helpful.

We loved our beautiful cake! We worked with a person who had HORRIBLE customer service, but after meeting with the manager, our situation was resolved.

The cake was delievered to the reception with little problems, the delievery guy called me while I was getting my hair done to tell me that no one was there to meet him and take the cake...but the guests said that it tasted very very good.

Our cake wasnt what we thought it would be. High priced but very good in taste.

My wedding cake was horrible. My wedding colors were blue and yellow. I got orange and purple flowers. They wouldn't deliver so my poor Aunt had to pick up the cake in 115 degree weather. She complained about the flowers and they did fix them.

I ordered the Vegas In Style wedding cake and it was okay. They wouldn't do the whip cream frosting because of the fondant decorations (for a December wedding temperature was not an issue). I also paid the extra delivery fee to have the cake sent to the restaurant and they didn't include the box for the top round that you save for your anniversary as promised.

The buttercream frosting is too sweet and the cake wasn't very moist...there were crumbs everywhere. The amaretto mousse is absolutely decadent, highly recommend that. And the cake did truly look like the picture.

For the money spent I should have had what I wanted and was promised. Also would have appreciated more attention to the phone etiquette/courtesy factor.

Very disappointed when I went for a cake tasting at Freeds. I will not be using them for our wedding.They say their cake is made fresh but I doubt it. Their cake tasted like it was frozen for 5 months and then thawed out.Yuk!

They've been doing wedding cakes for a long time!
