French's Pastry

I should have realized the day we went in for our tasting that this place was not a good place to order our cake. They had messed up someone's cookie order for her daughters birthday and the daughter was crying her eyes out. During our tasting, we watched another customer walk out angry. However, we wanted to save a few $$'s on our cake, so we decided to go with French's. We chose the lemon cake with lemon poppyseed filling and vanilla with fresh strawberry. Our guests said it was really good. We didn't get to taste the vanilla with strawberry until 2 days later, when it was not good at all. The lemon was fine the day of, but not delicious.
My brother picked up the cake for us and apparently they gave him some attitude when he was there. Also, the cake was already put together and was lopsided. I would not recommend French's unless you don't care much about your cake, like we did.

My family has used French's Bakery for everything; my older sisters wedding, a couple of birthday cakes, etc. and the cakes have always been consistant with their flavor. They have great designs and will create a perfect wedding cake for you using whatever color scheme you may have. They were very accommodating and the cake disappeared at my wedding!!
A definate recommendation for them!

They were great with being flexible with my time availability and were extremely helpful. They delivered the cake and set it up right on time. The cake tasted amazing and looked great!
