Frenze Bridal & Tuxedo's

FANTASTIC!!! WALKED IN TRIED ONE ON AND THAT WAS IT! THEY CLEANED IT FOR ME BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE.

Several of my bridesmaids and my flower girls purchased their dresses from Frenze. Their dresses were adorable and affordable. I didn't purchase my dress from Frenze (I made it), but I loved shopping with them more than any other bridal store. They have a very relaxed atmosphere: they are more than happy to help you when you need, but also happy just to let you browse and try on what you want without being in-your-face or pushy. They make shopping fun!

Frenze ruined my dress. I bought my dress at Frenze and it was beautiful. The sales consultant was amazing with me. I was so happy with my dress. They brought out the alterations lady to see what we could do to alter the dress. She came up with a plan and I was excited. A few weeks later I went back for my first appointment and nothing had been done with my dress. They said they hemmed it but they clearly had not. They had thrown a piece in chest so that I could see what the addition would "look like". They really had just thrown something together last minute. A few weeks later I came back. They told me my dress was finished and how beautiful it looked. I put it on and almost cried. It looked a mess and when I turned around to look behind me the zipper ripped out the back. I took my ruined dress to many other dress alteration shops and no one was able to fix it. In fact they had no idea how she has ruined the dress so bad. Frenze wouldn't compensate me at all and said to bring the ruined dress back in. Why would I bring it back in if that was the "finished" product. The store has amazing dresses but DO NOT use their alterations lady.

I purchased my wedding dress and Frenze and absolutly loved it! The staff was so helpful! I felt important everytime I went in. I don't have a lot of money but they didn't look the other way when I told them my budget (like other bridal stores did). They also did my bridesmaid dresses and tuxedo's (which were under $100, so my wedding party loved me for that!) When I first got engaged I thought I would never be able to have the wedding of my dreams because my husband and I were paying for it all on our on....but I was wrong! I had the perfect day, I DID have the wedding of my dreams!!!!!!

I was delighted with the dress I found at Frenze. After some disappointing previous experiences with dress shopping, I was impressed with the selection and the service. Everyone was so helpful, and I ended up very happy in a dress that I loved!

The ladies at the shop were all so helpful! I'm not a very girly girl and they helped me find the perfect veil to compliment my dress. None of them were pushy either, which is something I was suprised with at other shops. It can get crazy busy in there, so try to go during the early afternoon and avoid weekends in the summer.

Frenze Bridal offers exquisite dresses and exceptional service. Their selection encompasses every possible style from mermaid to princess-cut and from sleek to full. The staff is helpful, possesses excellent product knowledge, and offers prompt service. Alterations are carefully done and quickly returned. They also carry a nice selection of dress shoes that are actually comfortable. I highly recommend Frenze Bridal!

The people were so helpful and gave great advice. I would say definitly go here if you are on a tight budget but want a beautiful wedding dress! I also got my jewelry from here too, they have some great stuff!

I found the perfect shade of pink on the perfect dress at Frenze Bridal. I was shocked to find it because I was having the most difficult time ever finding the right color of pink for the bridesmaids. My search was over when I came to Frenze. Although the price was a little steep, I was ready to make that sacrifice since the dresses were gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. The girls were fitted quickly and exceptionally. It was wonderful!

They had the most beautiful dresses and the best prices, but they sell multiple brands of dresses so when i tried ordering dresses in specific colors, the same color in another brand would come a completely different shade and they did not match at all. my dresses were wrong three times and didnt get the right ones until 3 weeks before my wedding(when i was about to have a mental breakdown), and they just kept telling me they didnt understand by my dresses were coming in the right colors. i dont care, just fix it! my bridesmaids ended up paying 40 dollars more than the dresses actually cost because they made us pay for shipping each time, which is wrong since it was their fault. i bought my wedding dress there and it was on sale and BEAUTIFUL. we had to get it altered twice because he took it in too much then forgot to put on the bussel. and mind you, this store is about an hour drive from my house, so i had to drive ALL THE WAY down every week to deal with this. all that gas and stress was not worth it at all.

For my gown, accessories, and all my bridesmaids' attire, they were EXCELLENT! They had all my information, and kept it on file, so I didn't have to find the dresses every time I went in to get the girls fitted.
