Fresh Company

Our wedding day turned out to be a dream...and it was due in large part to Fresh Company. Deb was so helpful and responsive to my ideas and flexible in tailoring to our tastes and including ethnic dishes and swapping ingredients. There is a lot of planning for an outdoor wedding especially when you live out of state. Deb coordinated all the rentals for me. It was so great to feel at ease on my wedding day. All the staff were helpful, attentive, and friendly and the food was fabulous. I can't say enough. We had so many people telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

When I was planning my wedding, I looked on weddingwire for reviews, and Fresh Company didn't have any or only had one or something. Anyway, I wanted to rectify that and add my voice to the other reviews here.

Our wedding was absolutely beyond perfect--it was such a happy day and we feel that it was the best wedding ever (and many of our guests said so too). All of our vendors made the day perfect, but the majority of the credit has to go to our caterers Fresh Company, who basically helped us plan the entire thing from start to finish. We had a little bit of an unusual venue, for which they are the exclusive caterer, and we really need their help for the whole thing. They were our liaison for everything--the rental company and the venue, and they also worked with our DJ etc to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Our menu was fresh and local and the food was so good. My husband keeps saying that he wishes we could have our wedding again just to eat the food! Definitely not cliched wedding fare (and no chafing dishes, my personal pet peeve)--just good, delicious food. Sometimes I read reviews and I question the reviewers' taste, but my husband is a somewhat well-known food writer and I have a very demanding family and they were all thrilled with it. All of the staff of Fresh Company (and their hired staff on the day of the wedding) were incredibly professional and kind and we are just so thankful for everything that they did.

We truly felt like they made our wedding day special and their number one priority and we could not be more grateful for all of their efforts. Our stomachs thank them too. :)

I can't say enough great things about Fresh Company! There name is true.. the food could not have been more fresh and delicous! They went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. We had a Kosher wedding and they had no problem working with us to make it happen even though they aren't usually a Kosher Caterer. They hired the rabbi to oversee it and worked with Kosher rentals. My family, who is not used to Kosher food absolutely loved everything (and of course so did his family.) They worked with our budget and our desires for the type of feel we were going for. They also did all of the coordinating with all of the rental company since our venue required renting a tent, tables, and chairs. I could not have done this without them!

Fresh company was absolutely wonderful. Many guests said that ours was the best wedding food they've ever tasted! If you use them, be sure to get the meatball hors d'ouvres. They are to die for! Truly professional, and everything looked and tasted perfect.

Though the quality of the food was quite good, we were very disappointed with our service at the wedding. They did not prepare enough food and ran out of a side dish. In addition, what seemed like a substantial main dish and side turned out to be a small amount. I later found out that a number of guests went out for food after the wedding! As the bride, I felt awful and embarrassed.

Great food, local, organic and delicious!

When I know I am designing a wedding with Fresh Company I can be certain it is going to be absolutely top notch. They excel with impeccable service and attention to detail. Deb is a lovely person to work with. I love Fresh Company!
