Fresh Events Company was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! They made us feel like we were their top priority, and helped up at every step of the way. None of my family or close friends live in LA and to have Fresh Events there to help with recomendations was awesome!

I hired Fresh Events to be my day-of coordinators. On top of being flexible on price, they were on top of every detail before, during and after the wedding. From participating in conference calls with the DJ, to creating a day-of schedule and greeting vendors throughout the day, they were great. Everywhere I looked, everything was taken care of. When the "bouquet toss" bridal bouquet disappeared, they searched high-and-low even thinking about picking flowers from the venue to create one...it wound up being found but their can-do attitude as well as their "do whatever it takes" work ethic was great.
Fresh Events Company were extremely professional and patient. I did not have to worry about contacting vendors or making sure guests arrived on time for the day of the wedding. Amanda, my planner, was able to chart a timeline for us before the wedding. The day before the wedding I was able to give her the wedding favors, guestbook, candles, vases, place cards, etc. It was a relief not to worry about a thing. During the wedding, everything flowed smoothly. After the reception, they stayed behind and cleaned up and made sure the linens and chair rentals were picked up or given to the correct individuals. Could we have asked for a more professional and seamlessly supportive experience? The Fresh Events Company not only assured us that they would have things done and make our wedding reception amazing, they actually made sure everything was amazing. We did a lot of the planning ourselves prior to bringing on FEC so what we were really looking for was the strength of a coordinator to really pull together our vision and make it all go off without a hitch. We got so much more than a coordinator our of this deal. Our plans were guided to fruition and on top of that, our event was buoyed by the great attention to detail that Amanda Ma and company paid to all the additional concerns that we had not thought about, in some cases, at all. On top of that, we gained a friend in the events business who genuinely cared about our event and about us. The human touch that FEC puts on things before and after your event is priceless. Add to that, an exquisite team of professionals to pull off the most stunning, marvelous night, and you've got a winning combination. 3) For out of town weddings or events, an event website is key. It’s so convenient and keeps all the ‘need to know’ information for the guests organized and keeps guests informed. We highly recommend it to all!
4) Escort card font size should be easy to read and in font size 14+.
