Frou Frou and Sparkle

I was very dissappointed with the service I recieved. I ordered a white fingertip alencon lace veil. It arrived in a timely manner but it was sent shoved in an envelope. I guess to pay cheaper shipping. For the amount I paid, I would have expected it to come at least in a box or even Priority Mail.
Well, that was not the only thing. The veil was clearly not a fingertip veil. It was a bit longer than an elbow but it still was not a fingertip. A fingertip veil should at least be near my waist like we talked about. Instead it was half way on my back. I emailed her telling her that I was not happy with the veil and it was clearly not what I wanted. She suggested that I return it and she would fix it but I would have to pay. What pay more money, you crazy. It wasn't even my error. Well to make a long story short, I ended up reselling it.

If you want a custom made veil or even a simple veil I would recommend Candi Merle. She does fabulous work and is very inexpensive.

This is so funny. How clearly you remember me when I didn't even purchase your veil on ebay. I emailed you because of a recommendation I got through another bride from the knot. This purchase was made through emails from your website and not even on ebay. (If I would have gone to ebay I would have found a much cheaper veil.) Big mistake on my part. This should have been a big red flag. However, I did purchase this veil and there was lot of misunderstading on both parts. My understanding of finger tip was 40" but I didn't receive even the measurement you are saying, I received a 36". If I would have purchased this in ebay, then I would have reported you and even file with Payal. And in regards to the packaging, it's was delivered to me tissue wrapped and shoved in a small yellow envelope. But all is good because I was lucky enough to resale the veil on the knot and get my money back.
