Fullerton Marriott at California State University
Although I loved my wedding and had so much fun, it was not because of the Fullerton Marriott. The day of coordinator, Amanda, was extremely unorganized and often hard to get a hold of during the whole planning process. The banquet staff was nice and easy to work with, but it wasn't them that I was dealing with through the whole process. The food was good, and the price was right. Working with Amanda was difficult, to say the least. We had issues with our suite that we were suppose to get for free the night of the wedding. When we went to check out they had charged us for it and said that it wasn't in our contract (which is was). My husband had to go out of his way to get the contract to show the lady at the desk that we were suppose to be getting it for free. When we went to sign the final paperwork and make the final payment, they were trying to charge us $5 more per person than what was written in our contract. Again, we had to get our contract out and prove that was not the deal we had made. There was a lot of confusion, and barely any communication throughout the whole process.
Kevin and his catering team were awesome! They made sure that I had my dream reception and that everything went smoothly. That knew I was a stickler for detail and made sure everything was as I wanted it. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation, inviting. Everyone wanted more. Not because the portions were small, but because it tasted so good. I am so grateful for all that Kevin and his staff did for me and my husband. I highly recommend the Fullerton Marriott for any event that want to go smoothly with people who have your vision in mind. Thank you for everything!!!! Awwww Kevin, I wish you didn't transfer. However, I know that the staff there will still give the same service that we received. Love, Rocky and Sabrina.
