Fusion Linens

As recommended by our hotel and by our wedding coordinator, I used Fusion Linens for my wedding at the St Regis on June 11th and they are absolutely amazing. We worked closely with Danielle and she is so friendly, so professional, and provided us with excellent customer service. She is awesome!!!We rented specialty linens, chaivari chairs (with satin cushion), satin napkins, and their white dance floor for our wedding. All our rentals looked so gorgeous in the ballroom and we couldn't be happier with our rentals. Their products are in excellent and even NEW condition. They have a one time setup fee and it included EVERYTHING, so worth it! We also rented linens and chairs for the Tea Ceremony and they came to set up the day before and came the day after. The people from Fusions were just so professional that I was HIGHLY impressed. They did an excellent job with everything and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting your chiavari chairs and linens ONLY from Fusion Linens!!!

Fusion is AMAZING!! When I first went to the shop, I loved it!!! My planner, Vanessa, referred them to me and we went together to pick out my linens! The ideas that Veronica and her team had were amazing! The reception was gorgeous! I had the wall behind our sweetheart table piped and draped and it was soooo elegant! We also rented lounge furniture and matching pillows to give the reception room, that club vibe! The black chairs with the white bows were perfect! The linens for the reception and cocktail hours were exactly how I envisioned them! Veronica responded very quickly to my emails regarding questions that I had! When I had to add or take away from certain items, she took care of it for me and sent me an updated contract! When it came down to the week of the wedding, I had to change the amount of guests that I had quoted her, and she made it happen! If you are looking for a great place that has high quality linens, furniture, etc. and has friendly and knowledgeable staff, FUSION is your place! Book them! They are AMAZING!!

Fusion was great. It rained on our wedding day and they were able to deliver early so that we could have nice chairs for our ceremony. since i made all of our table linens, they matched them so that wer would have matching linens. they are a little pricey but worth it!

Fusion Linens really came through for me. The tables looked amazing! They had such creative ideas that really worked nicely with my baroque theme. I would highly recommend them!

Veronica was a pleasure to work with. She had the best prices for linens and chivari chairs. She was also quick to respond to emails. We scheduled our floral mock up at Fusion. Veronica helped us finalize our choices to match our centerpieces. The linens and chairs were in excellent condition and truly completed the look of our wedding!

This vendor came highly recommended by another bride through a blog. The price seemed right for Chivari Chairs.

Everytime I called I spoke to Danielle she was perfect to deal with. Always tried to accommodate every need. A couple of wks before the wedding I wanted to add more chairs but since it was so close to the wedding they didn't have any. So I decided to use another company.

My DOC Christina Molina did NOT think much of this company so she spoke with Danielle letting her know there was no room for error as the enter time to the venue was very close the ceremony start time.

On day of the wedding, since they didn't have enough chairs to accommodate for ceremony and reception I decided to use them for reception chairs and the other company for Ceremony.

Well they got to the venue so early, before my DOC...they left the chairs in Ceremony. The 2nd company got there so late they started setting up in the reception BUT I ordered less chairs for the ceremony. So Ceremony was suppose to have Mahogany chairs and black chair for reception.

So the Mahogany chairs were being put reception and our guest were sitting in the black ones. When someone finally noticed nothing could be done. Ceremony was starting in 15 min and reception was immediately to follow.

We had to pay the 2nd company $100 to leave the chairs all night since we had paid them to pick them up after the Ceremony.

The reception ended at midnight and Fusion Linen not to be seen. I believe I left the venue after 1am and the venue was still asking where was Fusion Linens.

I think it was a mess...another unorganized vendor.

I would NOT recommend them at all.

We used Fusion Linens for our linen rentals. They were able to work within our budget and provide us with exactly what we were looking for. They were wonderful to work with, very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for linens.

I loved loved loved everything!!! They were beautiful. Once again a last minute decision to ungrade my linens (Friday before our wedding) and they were so accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Angel and Danielle. Angel stayed late for us just to do a mock up and for my (FI now my dear husband) to be able to join after work. Great linens amazing quality, great service and unbeatable pricing! They really made a difference to make my wedding look and feel special, sophisticated and elegant. They were on time and set everything up!

I LOVED working with Fusion for my linens and chivari chairs! Angel was super easy to work with and VERY passionate about his work and making brides happy. I was in their showroom a few times before I 'finalized' everything- since I was stuck between colors. Angel was supportive and offered me great advice to help achieve the look I wanted for our wedding! Most of all they were on time for delivery and set-up at our wedding and everything was perfect! I truly mean this- Fusion has EXCELLENT customer service and that means a lot when your an overwhelmed bride. Very few vendors really know how to maintain their passion and support in all the madness- but Fusion does! PIB!

Fusion Linens is definitely top notch. Angel is such a pleasure to work with. Of all the vendors I worked with he returned phone calls very quickly and in a timely manner. Everyone at his operation is a pleasure to work with. You must go to him showroom it is amazing and you get to touch and fell the linens and chairs. His linens are great and since he makes them all in his warehouse he is able to custom make anything. Not to mention his prices are fantastic. He also does chivari chairs which make sit convenient to get your chairs and linens from one place (so your cushions can match).

Fusion Linens was on a list of recommended vendors for our wedding venue so we went with them and everything went off without any problems. They were easy to communicate with through e-mail, telephone and fax. As it got closer to the wedding and we had to add a few people here every couple of weeks, they were flexible and just let us order several more chair covers/sashes each time the numbers of guests went up. In fact, I changed my chair cover and sash colors completely and they were always fine w/ all the changes, no extra charges or anything. The cost of $4.35 per chair cover+sash was a good deal compared to some other places and they deliver/pick up. The colors were exactly what I wanted too.

I got chair covers from Fusion Linens and they were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and did a wonderful job. I think the chair covers really added to the overall feel of the wedding reception and would highly recommend them. I had ivory chair covers with a gold sash and the cost was $4.35 each, which included tax and delivery. Chivari chairs are also very in style these days and Fusion has them as well, although I hear they are not very comfortable for guests to sit in. The best part is that once you book what you want, you don't have to do anything. They will call the reception site, deliver the items, set them up, and pick them up without you having to call anyone or do anything. They are very professional. I was very happy with their product and service.

I met with Angel for my wedding linens and loved what he had to offer. I was really unsure of the colors to pick and he really helped me coordinate the colors. The day of the wedding, his team delivered all linens on time and set up the room just as we discussed. The room was gorgeous. He did a wonderful job.

Has a variety of options for every event without the hefty prices.

Angel and Danielle are very nice and will work with you to get what you need. They have so many colors and styles to choose from. If you're looking for high quality linens and chairs along with excellent customer service, Fusion Linens is the place to go.
